THIS NEWS RELEASE IS NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES
PMI Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "PMI Gold") has entered into an agreement with Cormark Securities Inc. on behalf of a syndicate of investment dealers including, Haywood Securities Inc., Salman Partners Inc. and M Partners Inc. (collectively, the "Agents") pursuant to which the Agents have agreed to sell approximately C$7.5 million of special warrants of the Company (the "Special Warrants") on a "best efforts" private placement basis (the "Offering"). The price per Special Warrant will be in Canadian dollars and will be determined by reference to the planned concurrent initial public offering in Australia (the "Australian IPO"). The Corporation will use its reasonable best efforts to file a preliminary short form prospectus and obtain a receipt for a final short form prospectus by December 22, 2010 for the purpose of qualifying the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Special Warrants for distribution to the public with the applicable regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada where Special Warrants are sold. About PMI Gold
Mining analysts have recently stated that West Africa will soon become the World's second largest gold producing region after China, with Ghana by far the largest gold producer in West Africa. PMI Gold controls four previous operating mines on 85 kilometres of Ghana's major gold belts all located near the centre of near 200 million ounces of historical gold production and current resources. Our Kubi Gold Project adjoins the 60 million ounce AngloGold Ashanti Obuasi mine, the largest underground mine in West Africa with a 113 year, continuous mining history. At Obotan, where previous mining yielded 730,000 ounces of gold at a grade of 2.2 g/t, we recently announced a maiden +1 million ounce gold Mineral Resource estimate, and the commencement of an aggressive drilling campaign.

Launches A$27.5 Million Australian IPO And ASX Co-listing
Nov. 5, 2010 (Market News Publishing) --
PMI GOLD CORP ("PMV-V") - Launches A$27.5 Million Australian IPO And ASX Co-listing
PMI Gold Corporation ("PMI Gold" or "the Company") announces that it has lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ("ASIC") for its A$27.5 million Australian Initial Public Offering ("IPO"), ahead of a planned co-listing of its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX"), targeted for December 2010. Australian, Asian and International institutional investors have bid for well in excess of the maximum A$27.5 million IPO funding.
Hartleys Limited is Corporate Advisor and Broker to the IPO, which will consist of up to 39,285,714 CHESS Depository Receipts ("CDIs") to be issued at A$0.70 per CDI (approximately C$0.70). Subject to regulatory approval, each CDI will be equivalent to and exchangeable for one common share in the capital of PMI Gold. Securities issued under the Australian prospectus will be subject to a four-month plus one day restriction from resale into Canada or to Canadian investors, and cannot be resold into Canada during such period, unless an exemption is available from the applicable prospectus requirements in Canada. The CDIs will however be tradeable on the ASX upon listing. Hartleys Limited will receive a commission of six percent of the gross proceeds raised under the prospectus offering as well as a cash payment of A$100,000, 500,000 shares in the capital stock of the Company, 2.5 million broker warrants and a corporate advisory fee of A$10,000 per month for a 12 month period after completion of the IPO.
The A$27.5 million Australian IPO financing is in addition to the previously announced C$7.5 million Canadian Special Warrant private placement arranged by Cormark Securities Inc. on behalf of a syndicate of investment dealers including, Haywood Securities Inc., Salman Partners Inc. and M Partners Inc.
Funds raised pursuant to the Australian IPO and the Canadian placement will be used primarily to accelerate the progress of drilling and feasibility studies at the Company's Obotan and Kubi gold projects in Ghana and to fast-track regional gold exploration. The ASX listing will provide PMI Gold the opportunity to service its Australian shareholders and provide increased access to capital in the region, including the rapidly evolving resource funding centres in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.
The prospectus is intended for use only in connection with the offering of the Company's securities in Australia and is not to be construed as an offering in Canada or any other jurisdiction. This press release shall not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy nor shall there be any sale of the securities in any jurisdiction where such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful.
The Australian IPO and the Canadian placement are each subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the approval of the ASX and the TSX Venture Exchange. Closing of these transactions is expected to occur in early December 2010.
The Company also announces the granting of 1 million stock options at a price of $1.05 (150% of the IPO price) to each of Messrs Peter Buck and Ross Ashton, subject to their election to the Board of PMI Gold as Independent Non-Executive Directors, ASX and TSX Venture Exchange approvals, and completion of the IPO financing.
On behalf of the Board,
"Douglas R. MacQuarrie"
President & CEO

Title: Kubi Project Update New Kubi Exploration Drill Results
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THIS NEWS RELEASE IS NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE UNITED STATES OR TO U.S. NEWS AGENCIES
December 10, 2010 - Vancouver, BC - PMI Gold Corporation (TSX.V:PMV) ("PMI Gold" or "the Company") has received updated National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") and JORC compliant resource estimates for its Kubi Gold project in Ghana.
KUBI GOLD PROJECT - RESOURCE MODEL RE-ESTIMATE
The Company has undertaken a re-estimate of the Kubi Main gold deposit to better define the controls on the gold mineralization, and for use in future feasibility studies. As part of this process the Company is also undertaking additional metallurgical test work (Gekko Systems Pty Ltd. of Ballarat, Australia).
SEMS Exploration Services Ltd. of Accra, Ghana ("SEMS") was contracted by the Company to prepare an estimate of the Kubi Main mineral resource. The Company will continue studies of the deposit to determine opportunities for delineating additional resources, with conceptual underground mining studies to be undertaken by CSA Global, Perth.
SEMS has been active in exploration, mineral resource estimations, and mining studies in Ghana for the last eight years. The team includes the former Chief Geologist for AngloGold Ashanti at the nearby Obuasi gold mine (underground production of circa 400,000 oz Au per year). In this capacity, their personnel were a part of the technical team involved in the previous development and mining at Kubi by Ashanti Goldfields and subsequently AngloGold Ashanti, from 1999 thru 2005.
The previous resource estimate by Golder Associates Africa (Pty) Ltd. in 2007 (see SEDAR) gave an Indicated Mineral Resource of 5.1 million tonnes @ 3.66 g/t containing 604,085 oz of gold, and was based on a geological cut-off rather than specific cut-off grades. While this model is valid, the Company and SEMS personnel are of the view that the deposit can be more tightly defined for ongoing feasibility purposes using a combination of geological and cut-off grade constraints. The deposit, which has been modeled using DATAMINE software, adopted a lower cut-off grade of 2.0 g/t Au and a top-cut of 25.0 g/t Au and a minimum true width of two metres. Summary statistics and semi-variograms were constructed using one metre sample composites of gold values that locate within mineralised domains. An inverse distance squared method was used to interpolate grades into the model. Resource classification was carried out using solid wireframes to flag blocks as measured, indicated and inferred.
The SEMS model has produced a significant increase in the average mineral resource grade within the Kubi deposit from 3.66 g/t Au to 5.48g/t Au and resulted in increased confidence in the internal continuity of the mineralization to include a measured category (see table below).

KUBI - 513 ZONE TYPE GOLD MINERALIZATION INTERSECTED 600 METRES SOUTH
Drill testing of the 513 Zone on Kubi has resulted in the discovery of additional gold mineralization. Three exploration holes were drilled for a total of 333 metres.
Drill holes KV09-510 to 519 (previously announced) were drilled on targets generated by airborne and ground geophysical EM surveys. This resulted in discovery of significant gold mineralization in the "513 Zone", which is hosted in garnetized metagabbro (similar to the garnet zone of the Kubi Main deposit located 1.3 km to the north east). Following this discovery auger geochemical sampling along the EM anomaly trends defined a gold anomaly extending some 600 metres to the south. Drill hole KV10-521, reported below, returned significant gold grades to 3.68 g/t over an estimated true width of 5.14 metres in a similar garnetized metagabbro.

Table Three: Drill Hole Assay Results December 2010 Kubi Gold Project - 513 Zone
The 513 Zone is located on the altered eastern margin of the Ashanti shear which hosts the AngloGold Ashanti Obuasi mine (pre-mining 60 million ounce resource) located ~10 km to the north of the Kubi Gold project. These drill results, on the Ashanti shear structure, are considered to be very encouraging given that drilling by previous operators was primarily focused to the east on the sub-parallel Kubi shear zone that hosts the Kubi Main gold deposit, and as a result the Ashanti structure has only been superficially explored to date. Recent airborne geophysical surveys have clearly outlined the location and interpreted alteration associated with the Ashanti shear zone. Additional drilling to determine the economic significance of this discovery, and auger drilling to extend the prospective zone a further 4 km south to the Offin River where extensive alluvial gold dredging operations have operated in the past, will commence in the New Year.
Scientific and technical information contained in this news release relating to the Kubi gold project resource estimate has been reviewed and approved by Simon E. Meadows Smith, BSc Geology, Managing Director of SEMS Exploration Services Ltd., who is a "qualified person" within the meaning of NI 43-101. All other scientific and technical information contained in this news release, including the Kubi gold project exploration update, has been reviewed and approved by Douglas R. MacQuarrie, P.Geo. (B.C.), the President and CEO of the Company, who is a "qualified person" under NI 43-101.
Field work was supervised by Paul Abbott MSc., Consulting Geologist. HQ, and NQ core was logged, sawn and sampled on site, with half samples sent to SGS Laboratory in Tarkwa, and analyzed for gold by fire assay-AA on a 50 gram sample charge. Internal QC consisted of inserting both blanks and standards into the sample stream and multiple re-assays of selected anomalous samples. Where multiple assays were received for an interval, the final value reported was the average of all results for the interval. Results from the QC program suggest that the reported results are accurate.

Results from the QC program suggest that the reported results are accurate.

hab gerade nachgesehen,(musste dringend weg.)

Gruss an alle Threadschreiber: Bighit

PMI Gold Corporation Ltd hits extensive broad gold zones including 218m at 1.83g/t in Ghana
Well funded from a recent A$35 million capital raising, PMI Gold Corporation (ASX: PVM, TSX.V PVM) has some tremendous gold intersections from in-fill and extension drilling at the Obotan project, located in Ghana.
The location of the project couldn't be better, as it adjoins the 60 million ounce AngloGold Ashanti Obuasi mine, the largest underground mine in West Africa with a 113 year continuous mining history.
Gold was expected to be intersected, considering drilling is below a previous open cut mine, but the interesting aspect is that significant gold hits are across five different holes.
Hole 18 highlight; 218.2 metres at 1.83 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 262 metres, including 22 metres at 6.48g/t gold, 1 metre at 101g/t gold and 22 metres at 3.5g/t gold.
Hole 16 highlight; 45 metres at 3.41g/t gold from 326.5 metres, including 23.9 metres at 5.87g/t gold and 6.7 metres at 13.66g/t gold.
Hole 17 highlight; 79.1 metres at 2.21g/t gold from 352 metres, including 1 metre at 65g/t gold.
Hole 25 highlight; 12.7 metres at 8.95g/t gold from 379 metres, including 5.65 metres at 18.48g/t gold.
Hole 22 highlight; 65 metres at 1.15g/t gold from 273 metres, including 20.2 metres at 1.86g/t gold and 4.2 metres at 3.8g/t gold.
Drilling was focused within 350 metres of the surface, or 200 metres below the base of the Resolute open pit to determine the potential for continued mining down the plunge of the deposit.
Results will be included in an updated resource estimate for the Obotan Project, targeted for the September quarter 2011, to be followed by a Pre-Feasibility Study by the end of 2011.
Currently, the current total mineral resource for the five deposits at Obotan is over 1 million ounces of gold at around 1.6g/t Au but this looks likely to increase with drilling results.
Looking forward, PMI Gold said planning is underway to expand exploration within the Asankrangwa Gold Belt – where the company controls a 70 kilometre strike length of under-explored, widely mineralised tenure, previously .

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 40.863.290 von Hoschibaer am 14.01.11 15:07:48 anuary 14, 2011 - PMI Gold Corporation (TSX.V: PMV, ASX: PVM) ("PMI Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to report excellent results from recent resource in-fill and extension drilling at its Obotan Gold Project in Ghana, West Africa and to provide an update on its ongoing exploration and drilling activities following its recently completed $35 million capital raising and co-listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The Company is actively progressing its 2011 exploration and resource evaluation program, including a resource upgrade and extension drilling ahead of a planned Pre-Feasibility Study at the Obotan Project, targeted for completion by year-end, exploration and scoping study activities at the Kubi Project, and expanded regional exploration programs within its extensive ground holding within the regionally mineralised Asankrangwa Gold Belt in Ghana.
Drilling Results, Nkran Deposit - Obotan Project
Obotan, which offers the opportunity for a near-term development project, is the Company's flagship gold project in southwestern Ghana (see Figure 1). The project comprises four known deposits - the larger Nkran deposit, and the smaller satellite deposits at Abore, Adubiaso and Asuadi (see Figure 2). The current global mineral resource estimate for Obotan comprises: Indicated 3.06 million tonnes grading 1.59g/t gold for 156,000oz; Inferred 15.64 million tonnes grading 2.1g/t gold for 1,053,000 oz.
Obotan was mined historically by Resolute Limited before closing prematurely in 2002 after producing a total of 730,000 ounces at an average grade of 2.2 g/t gold and at a time of low prevailing gold prices averaging US$350 per ounce.
PMI Gold recently completed 15 confirmation and in-fill diamond drill holes for 6,399 metres at the larger Nkran deposit. The drilling, which is part of an ongoing drill program of up to 40,000m, was designed to confirm the internal continuity and delineate extensions to the mineral resources below and adjacent to the current open pit.
The drilling was focused within 350 metres of the surface or 200 metres below the base of the Resolute open pit, to ultimately determine the potential for continued mining down the plunge of the deposit. Results have been received from nine holes, with better intercepts:
NKR10-018:
* 218.2m @ 1.83g/t Au from 262m, including:
o 22.0m @ 6.48g/t Au from 291m, 1m @ 101g/t Au from 301m, 22m @ 3.5g/t Au from 324m
NKR10-016:
* 45m @ 3.41g/t Au from 326.5m, including:
o 23.9m @ 5.87g/t Au from 326.5m, 6.7m @ 13.66g/t Au from 344m
NKR10-017:
* 79.1m @ 2.21g/t Au from 352m, including:
o 0.24m @ 105g/t Au from 356m, 1m @ 65g/t Au from 429m
NKR10-025:
* 12.7m @ 8.95g/t Au from 379m, including:
o 5.65m @ 18.48g/t Au from 386m, 0.28m @ 320g/t Au from 391m
NKR10-022:
* 65m @ 1.15g/t Au from 272.8m, including:
o 20.2m @ 1.86g/t Au from 272.8m, including 4.2m @ 3.8g/t Au from 272.8m
Note: True widths are approximately 60% to 70% of the length of the stated intersection lengths. A full list of intersections from the drilling is provided in Table 1 attached, together with drill hole collar locations shown in Table 2 and on Figure 3 attached. Results for the remaining six holes will be reported once they have been received and collated.
Eight of the nine holes intersected significant mineralization with seven holes (NKR10-016, -017, -019, -021, -022, -023 and -025) intersecting multiple zones of mineralization from the parallel Western and Eastern Lodes (see Figure 3) and the broad, central stockwork zone. NKR10-024, drilled in the south-western limit of the deposit, only intersected weak mineralization.
The excellent results from the drilling confirm the integrity of the mineralization at Nkran as well as the potential for both depth and strike extensions. This is highlighted by the results of NKR10-016, drilled in the southern half of the deposit (see Figure 4 - Cross Section 209950N), which intersected 45.0m @ 3.41g/t Au in the Western Lode approximately 100m down-dip of historical drilling by Resolute. The broad zones of mineralization intersected in NKR10-018 and -022 (see Figure 5 - Cross Section 210205N) occur in the central stockwork zone of the deposit where there is coalescence of the various zones.
Visible gold is a common feature of the mineralization at Obotan, with an intersection of free gold noted in NKR10-025 at a depth of 391.5 metres (see photograph at link, below). This core returned an intercept of 0.28m @ 320g/t Au within an overall intercept of 12.65m @ 8.95g/t Au (uncut).

The recently completed drill holes at Nkran are part of a broader ongoing circa 40,000m drilling campaign designed to upgrade and expand the current gold resource inventory at Obotan. The funds raised from the recently completed $35 million Australian IPO and TSXV placement will be used to underpin this expanded drilling program, as well as other programmes, including metallurgical testwork and geotechnical drilling, to evaluate the production potential of the Obotan Project through a Pre-Feasibility Study targeted for completion by the end of calendar 2011. Advancement of the Obotan Project to the Pre-Feasibility stage remains subject to various factors, as discussed under "Cautionary Note Regarding Forward-looking Statements" below.
With two diamond drill rigs currently on site, the resource upgrade drilling is expected to be completed in about the June Quarter of 2011, which will allow for an updated resource estimate to be undertaken in the September Quarter of 2011.
This timing may be fast-tracked, subject to the availability of additional drill rigs which are currently being sourced.
As part of the expanded drilling program, the Company also plans to test for deeper, down-plunge extensions of the mineralization below the limit of the current resource, greater than 400m below the surface (greater than 300 metres below the base of the open pit).
The deeper potential has been highlighted by the fact that the deposit has not been closed off by drilling, with a historical intersection of 4.0m @ 8.95 g/t Au located some 326m below the base of the pit, confirming that the structure hosting the gold mineralisation at Nkran extends at depth.
Kubi Gold Project Update
The Kubi Gold Project adjoins AngloGold Ashanti's Obuasi Mine, which is the largest underground mine in West Africa with a 113-year continuous mining history and pre-mining gold inventory of approximately 60 million ounces. In the past, the bulk of the exploration drilling has been concentrated on the Kubi Shear zone, where the Kubi Main gold deposit is located (current resource comprising Measured and Indicated Resource totaling 233,000 oz Au @ 5.48 g/t and Inferred Resource of 115,000 oz Au @ 5.31 g/t).
However, most of the major deposits in the region including the world-class Obuasi Mine, located 20km to the north-east, are associated with the Ashanti Shear Zone, which parallels the Kubi Shear Zone some 2-4km to the west (see Figure 6). The exploration potential of the Ashanti Shear Zone is for narrow, high-grade lode-style deposits which typically have smaller surface footprints and long down-plunge projections at depth. At Obuasi, 90% of the production has come from underground resources and only 10% from surface mining, as the high grade orebodies extend to depths of up to and exceeding 3.0 km.
The significant potential for discoveries along the Ashanti Shear Zone was highlighted with the discovery last year of the 513 Zone mineralization, which is located 1.4km south-west of the Kubi Main deposit (see Figure 7). An auger drilling program, following up on geophysical targets, outlined near-surface gold anomalism within the weathered zone, extending over some 600m. This discovery justifies intensive exploration of the Kubi concession which has only been superficially explored due to the obscuring effects of transported overburden.
Auger drilling will be employed routinely to explore beneath the cover and locate deposits which are not exposed at the surface. The Company has recently commenced an auger drilling program along strike of the 513 Zone in order to further define the extent of the gold mineralisation outlined in initial drilling in 2009 and 2010. Work has commenced with two crews, and will be expanded to four crews as additional equipment is sourced. The program will consist of an initial 10,000 metres or circa 2,000 holes.
Regional Gold Exploration Update
The Company has tenements covering some 70 strike kilometres of the highly prospective Asankrangwa Gold Belt to the south of the Obotan Project. This belt has never had the advantage of a single owner with the resources to conduct systematic exploration to accrete mineral resources similar to those delineated at Obotan. A previous structural targeting exercise conducted by SRK Consulting identified numerous targets within these tenements (see Figure 8), including several areas where significant zones of gold mineralization were intersected by historic drilling (see Figure 8).
Using recently acquired aeromagnetic and radiometric data, PMI Gold is currently investigating/refining these targets in more detail for follow-up exploration, including drilling. With the additional funding now available from the recently completed IPO, the Company is putting in place additional staff and resources to escalate regional exploration activities over the coming months.

January 20, 2011 - PMI Gold Corporation ("PMI" or "the Company") (TSX.V: PMV, ASX: PVM) is pleased to advise that highly experienced mining executive Collin Ellison has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
The appointment of Mr Ellison, who has a long and distinguished career in resource project development and operation, reflects PMI's planned transition from a successful explorer to a substantial West African gold producer.
As part of this process, Douglas MacQuarrie will switch from Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to Executive Director. Mr MacQuarrie has been instrumental in PMI acquiring a significant land holding in Ghana and the Company's exploration success to date. He will retain an active role in this aspect of the Company's development going forward.
PMI envisages that following the Company's Annual General meeting in Perth, Australia today, (Thursday, January 20), Mr Ellison will also join the Board as Managing Director.
Mr Ellison is a mining engineer with 35 years of experience in resource project evaluation, development and operation around the world. His previous roles include CEO/President of TSX-V companies Asia Mineral Resources Ltd, which developed a nickel project in Vietnam, and Goldbelt Resources Ltd, which explored and developed gold projects in Burkina Faso.
Mr Ellison was also Project Director for Western Mining Corporation's Olympic Dam expansion study and held senior management positions with companies including Eagle Mining Corporation, where he helped develop the Nimary Gold Mine, later acquired by Great Central Mines, ZincOx Resources Plc, where he helped develop the Shiamerden Oxide Zinc Project, later acquired by Glencore International, and Goldbelt Resources Limited, which developed the Inata Gold Project, later acquired by Wega Mining.
Mr Ellison has also been Operations Manager at gold projects such as Freeport-MacMoran's Karonie, Australmin-Newcrest Mining's Tuckabianna and Orion-Gasgoine's Yilgarn Star.
PMI Chairman Peter Buck said Mr Ellison's appointment was aimed at strengthening the Company's development expertise to maximise shareholder returns from its advanced Obotan and Kubi gold assets in Ghana.
Mr Buck said Mr Ellison's vast development experience would be invaluable to PMI as it continued its evaluation of the flagship Obotan Project, which has resources of 1.2 million ounces1, and a Scoping Study on its Kubi Project, which has resources of 348,000 ounces2.
"PMI is continuing the shift from a pure exploration company to one with substantial development opportunities which we are confident have the potential to underpin the Company's transition to major gold production status," he said.
"Mr Ellison's knowledge and experience will help steer the Company during this evolution, ensuring we take full advantage of the outstanding opportunities we have."
Mr Buck also thanked Mr MacQuarrie for his work as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and said he looked forward to his ongoing contribution.
"Mr Ellison's appointment, combined with the $35 million capital raising that accompanied the Company's ASX listing in December, have left PMI ideally positioned for strong growth," Mr Buck said.
"PMI has a substantial resource inventory, an aggressive exploration program, a healthy balance sheet and a strong, experienced management team. We are now looking forward to the next stage in the Company's development."
On behalf of the Board,
Peter Buck

das ganze nochmal in Deutsch:
20. Januar 2011

Gold Ausichten:
Inflation,Papiergeldsystem,Bankster,Staatsverschuldungen,Politiker,

Beispiel:ADAMUS RESOURCES
Mine gerade fertig gebaut.
Mine:Ghana
MKPT:261 Millionen Euro
Ressourcen:ca 1,6 Millionen Unzen zu 20.3Mt 1.84g/t AU
Cash:23,0 Mio. A$
Schulden:90,2 Mio. A$
Ziel 90.000 Unzen Gold pro Jahr fördern.
Vorwärtsverkäufe:290.000 Unzen Gold zu ca 1000 A$
Momentan eine zusätzliche Belastung von ca 125.000.000 A$
Alles in Euro zusammengefasst:
Koste Adamus 403 Millionen Euro.

Tabelle 1 Bedeutsame Goldabschnitte (> 10,00 g/t Goldmeter):
http://www.irw-press.com/dokumente/PVM_Tables_030311.pdf
