Oil and Gas - Argentina

We have built Americas Petrogas, literally, from the ground up. We have a proven, capable management and technical team with expertise of company building in Argentina. And that experience happens to be in the same hydrocarbon basin, Argentina's most prolific Neuquen basin, where our focus is today. Combining our proven team (which we believe is the finest oil and gas exploration and development team in Latin America) with our very extensive oil and gas land portfolio and adding investment capital has given us the foundation for success.

Potash Fertilizer and Specialty Chemicals - Peru

GrowMax Agri Corp is a private company owned 80% by Americas Petrogas Inc. We are applying the same business philosophy to GrowMax Agri Corp. to develop our potash fertilizer project. Our strategic investor partner, holding 20% of GrowMax is Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative or IFFCO. IFFCO is the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of fertilizer in the cooperative sector with over 50 million farmers associated with it and five fertilizer plants producing a total of approximately 8.2 million tones per year of phosphate and nitrogen fertilizers. IFFCO has investments in fertilizer projects in Oman, Jordan, Senegal and elsewhere.

Other potential minerals recoverable from our Sechura, Bayovar concession include bromine, phosphate, magnesium, diatomite, suphate, lithium and nitrates which will add considerable value to our company . We acquired a very large surface mineral concession (820 square kilometers). We have assembled our management and technical team with the proven track record to rapidly put our potash project into production. Our team has world-wide experience in exploration, geology, engineering and operation of solar evaporation processing. Using the sun and wind we will apply solar evaporation to recover minerals from our rich brine resource. This will result in very low capital cost, low production cost and low investment risk.
