Telia Lietuva results for 3 months of 2026

First quarter of 2026 (compared with the same period a year ago):

1. Revenue grew by 7.6% and amounted to EUR 128.8 million (EUR 119.8 million)
2. Adjusted EBITDA up by 8.2% to EUR 52.2 million (EUR 48.3 million
3. EBITDA increased by 7.0% and amounted to EUR 51.2 million (EUR 47.8 million)
4. Profit for the period went up by 9.0% to EUR 24.6 million (EUR 22.6 million)
5. Capital investments increased by 19.2% and amounted to EUR 11.3 million (EUR 9.5 million)
6. Free cash flow went up by 28.6% and amounted to EUR 40.2 million (EUR 31.3 million)

The Board of Telia Lietuva, AB proposes to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 24 April 2026 to decide on pay-out of EUR 0.14 dividend per share for the year 2025.

Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the Annual General Meeting that adopted a decision on dividend payment, i.e. on 11 May 2026 are shareholders of Telia Lietuva, AB.

The Ex-Date or the first day from when on regulated market (i.e. on stock exchange) with settlement period of T+2 acquired shares of Telia Lietuva, AB do not entitle to the dividends for the year 2025 is 8 May 2026.

The Company plans to pay-out dividend for the year 2025 on 21 May 2026.

The dividend will be split and distributed in four tranches of SEK 0.51 per share for the first three tranches and SEK 0.52 per share for the fourth tranche.

Auf Basis der Zahlen für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr, steigt die Dividende leicht von 2 auf 2,05 Kronen.

Wie die 2,05 über das Jahr verteilt werden, wurde noch nicht kommuniziert.

Seit kurzem notiert der Kurs in einem neuen 5-Jahrehoch. Liegt irgendwo bei 42 Kronen herum.

-->Bruttodivirendite fällt in Richtung 5%.

Zum ersten Mal seit langem, ist die Divi durch operativen Cash Flow gedeckt.

In der GuV hat sich der Gewinn pro Aktie von 1,8 auf 0,9 Kronen halbiert.

Die Ausblick soll die Rentabilität steigen ( kann man in ähnlicher Wortwahl seit 5 Jahren auch nachlesen).

Die Berenigung vom Portfolio geht weiter.

Leverage further reduced to 1.93x in Q3 (2.09x in Q2) due to strong FCF generation as well as the TV and Media divestment.

Blick in die Glaskugel für 2026 - unveränderte Dividende von 2 Kronen.

Bei höherem Aktuenkurs, nimmt die Divirendite ab.

2/40 -> 5%

2/30 -> 6,66%

Kurs hängt gerade bei 38 Schwedischen Kronen.

Am Donnerstag kommen die nächsten Quartalszahlen.

Im Vorfeld der Zahlen, zog der Kurs leicht an.

Auf Basis der Halbjahreszahlen habe ich keine spezifische Erwartung an Q3.

Ich denk die Konsolidierung um die Marke von 35 Kronen herum geht weiter.

Kurse von 40 sehe ich bei eine Divi von 2 noch nicht.

Einen Absacker unter die 30 auch noch nicht.

Das Zahlenwerk wird weiterhin von M&A beeinflusst.

Der Börse scheinen die Zahlen zu gefallen.

EBITDA stieg von 14,4 auf 15,6

Operatives Einkommen von 5,6 auf 6,9

Cashflow von 1,6 auf 4 erhöht.

Wie letztes Jahr, gibt es auch dieses Jahr Sonderfaktoren.

Telia Company has entered into an agreement to sell its TV & Media business, including the TV4 and MTV brands in Sweden and Finland respectively, to Schibsted Media at an enterprise value of SEK 6.55 billion on a cash and debt-free basis.

Die Firma will sich von ihrer Fernsehsparte trennen.

For 2024, the Board proposes to the AGM a dividend of SEK 2.00

Es wurde nicht viel erwartet, und nicht viel erwirtschaftet.
Dividende bleibt unverändert bei 2 Kronen.
Einschätzung: Halten/Abwarten - Gründe für einen Sprung über die 3 Euro Marke sehe ich noch nicht.

Die nächsten Zahlen kommen am
Telia Company will publish its financial results for Q4 and full-year 2024 on Thursday January 30, at around 07:00 CET.

Ich selbst habe mir nicht die Mühe gemacht Umsatz oder EBITDA für Q4 zu schätzen.

So langsam kommt die Firma mit dem was sie tut auf einen grünen Zweig.

Mein Eindruck: In einem vor sich hin dümpelnden Markt hat man eine gute Position.
Wunder darf man hier keine erwarten.

Heute ist der Kurs an der Marke von 29 Kronen gescheitert.
YTD liegt das Plus bei ca 15%.
