Charttechnisch seit Mitte 2009 in einem sanften Aufwärtstrend befindet sich die Aktie an einem höchstinteressanten Punkt, nach meiner Meinung war der gestrige Anstieg das Startsignal.

Ich selbst bin noch zu 0,32 cad $ am 14. Feb. mit einer kleinen Position eingestiegen. Ich erwarte einen zunehmend rasanten Anstieg bis 0,42 in den nächsten 2 Monaten ....

Der Erwerb der smart cool system UK Ltd als wichtigsten Distributor wurde bereits am 17.02.11 bekannt gegeben. Und heute wurde der Abschluss der Übernahme bestätigt

Ist für mich verblüffend wie wenig aufmerksamkeit dieser Wert bekommt, wobei ich gestehe, dass er mir auch erst durch die Meldung am 17. Feb aufgefallen ist.

Mit dem Erwerb soll der Umsatz noch einmal erheblich in diesem Jahr erhöht werden.

Ich lass mich da gern überraschen.

nicht nur hier nix los, auch die Umsätze an der Heimatbörse sind mau.

Man muss wohl erst abwarten, ob die Umsatzexplosion nach dem Einkauf des englischen Großhandels wirklich kommt.
Die Nettomarge sollte sich auf jeden Fall gewaltig steigern.

Ich habe mir nur eine kleine Menge ins Depot gelegt, gewissermaßen als Erinnerungshilfe, vor Jahresfrist noch einmal kräftig draufzulegen ...

VANCOUVER, BC. May 4, 2011, Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V: SSC) has signed a distribution agreement with Bricks & Bits Inc., a provider of energy efficiency solutions throughout Central & Eastern Europe.

Bricks & Bits Inc. provides significant expertise and an impressive list of existing clients, including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Hilton Hotels, Carrefour, Tesco, Danone and many others. The distribution agreement has a five-year term and provides for a minimum purchase of $2.5 million for the duration of the contract. Bricks & Bits Inc. has received non-exclusive distribution rights for Smartcool's ECO3TM and exclusive distribution rights for the ESMTM for sales in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

VANCOUVER, Nov. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V: SSC) has filed its Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis for the third quarter and first nine months of 2012.

Smartcool has narrowed its focus to target primarily direct sales to major accounts in Europe, and development of ECO3™ distribution partners in the USA. This renewed focus is delivering positive results, with a reduction in operating expenses and an increase in the success rate of developing accounts with both new and existing customers.

Smartcool was able to deliver a positive EBITA of $287,650 and came close to overall profitability for the quarter. Revenue for the quarter increased to $1,645,225 from $785,689 for the third quarter of 2011, an increase of 109%. Operating expenses decreased to $1,010,912 from $1,259,019 for the third quarter of 2011, a decrease of 20%. Net loss for the quarter was $46,203 ($0.00 per share), compared to $1,103,803 ($0.02 per share) for the third quarter of 2011, a decrease of 96%.

Ist doch eigentlich das Erreichen des break even gemeint

Umsatzsteigerung um über 100 % und Kostensenkung um 20 % im Quartalsvergleich ....

und keine Sau interessiert das.

Bei 64 Mio Aktien beträgt die Marktkapitalisierung nicht einmal 23 Mio
canadische Dollar (wohlgemerkt: der heutige Kursaufschlag von 40% schon eingerechnet)
Bei einem Jahresumsatz von 5 Mio canad.$ ist das ein KGV von 5,5
Selbst wenn vorerst keine Expansion mehr anstehen sollte, wäre ein Kurs von 0,10 $ nicht zu teuer.

Diese krasse Unterbewertung war vor 2 Jahren nicht da. Im Gegenteil das Stück kostete etwa 30 Cent. Da ich die Aktie nicht die ganze Zeit beobachtete, weiß ich auch nicht, wie der Kursverfall zu verstehen ist.
Und bei den letzten gelieferten Zahlen ist der jetzige Kurs auch nicht zu verstehen.

Wer hier einsteigt, sollte Geduld mitbringen.

KGV von 5,5 war wohl nix. Umsatz! Und wenn man sieht, dass der Kurs einfach nicht in die Pötte kommt, dann ist zu hinterfragen, was dran ist. Schließlich wäre ich wohl kaum der einzige hier, wenn das Ding gut wäre.
Bin mit Verlust schon vor längerem wieder raus. ...
