Endlich mal wieder Neuigkeiten und dann auch noch GUTE!!!

Das Unternehmen Donfeng Motor plant ein Joint Venture mit der deutschen Schmitz Cargobull AG. Der Fokus des Gemeinschaftsunternehmens soll auf Forschung und Entwicklung sowie Produktion und Verkauf von Sattelanhängern liegen.

Die Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. plant, zusammen mit der in Deutschland ansässigen Schmitz Cargobull AG ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen zu gründen, um Sattelanhänger zu bauen. Das Investitionsvolumen liegt bei 600 Millionen Yuan (75,3 Millionen Euro).

Beide Unternehmen unterzeichneten am Freitag in Wuhan einen entsprechenden strategischen Vertrag. Das neue Gemeinschaftsunternehmen, Dongfeng Smith Special Vehicles Co., Ltd., soll auf Forschung und Entwicklung sowie Produktion und Verkauf von Sattelanhängern ausgerichtet werden. Der Firmensitz des Joint Ventures soll in der Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone errichtet werden. Beide Gründungsunternehmen werden mit jeweils 50 Prozent an dem Joint Venture beteiligt sein.

Es wird erwartet, dass das Gemeinschaftsunternehmen in der ersten Hälfte des Jahres 2014 die Produktion aufnehmen wird und in fünf Jahren eine Gesamtproduktionsleistung von 40.000 Fahrzeugen erreichen wird.

Die im Jahr 1892 gegründete Schmitz Cargobull AG ist ein professioneller Hersteller von Anhängern und Fahrzeugaufbauten. Das Unternehmen verfügt über sieben Produktionsstätten in Europa, die eine jährliche Produktionskapazität von 110.000 Fahrzeugen aufweisen.

so lange die Aktie sich um die 1,20 bewegt ist alles ok, da sind die Dongfeng Akionäre in letzter Zeit anderes gewöhnt. Nach der Rallye letzte Woche ist es doch normal wenn der Kurs nun erstmal stockt.

HARMAN Wins Branded Audio Contract with Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle of China
