Die Properties von SOV halte ich für aussichtsreich.. ebenfalls die Tatsache, dass Drillings anstehen...

Q-Gold halte ich übrigens auch!
Bayfield ist ebenfalls interessant, aber auch schon mit 35 Mio CAD bewertet... und die Market Cap ist nunmal sehr wichtig, bei Explorern in diesem frühen Stadium!

Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) reports that Discovery Diamond Drilling Ltd., out of Morinville, AB, has commenced drilling on the Cameron Lake Block "B" property. This marks the beginning of the 2,500 metre Phase One diamond drill program on the Rainy River and Cameron Lake claims in northwestern Ontario.

The main target on Cameron Lake Block "B" is the Dubenski shear, which hosts gold mineralization on the adjacent Cameron Lake property held by Coventry Resources Ltd. Target sites for drilling have been plotted to test the Dubenski shear from the shoreline of Flint Lake.

Summary of Cameron Lake Blocks "A" and "B"

These two claim blocks totaling 76 units (3,040 acres) cover several kilometres of the Pipestone-Cameron Shear Zone, a major regional structure. This structure, or a splay off it, is probably responsible for localizing gold mineralization at the Cameron Lake deposit, less than 2 kilometres from the Soldi property boundary. Cameron Lake is a relatively low grade gold deposit that is now being actively explored by Coventry Resources Ltd. Recent increases in the price of gold have made this deposit appear to be more economically feasible. Current resource estimates for Cameron Lake are:

Soldi Ventures Inc. Expands the Current Drilling Program

Mar. 9, 2011 (Marketwire Canada) --

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) reports that the company has extended the current diamond drilling program on its Cameron Lake Block "B" property in northwest Ontario to include two additional drill holes for a total of five holes.

Drill holes FL-11-01, -02 and -03 were drilled in a southerly direction from the north shore of Flint Lake to test the possible extension of the Dubenski shear, which hosts gold mineralization on the adjoining property to the west. While hole FL-11-01 intersected only gabbro with a narrow band of intermediate tuff, holes FL-11-02 and -03 cut a zone of sericite schist with disseminated pyrite over core lengths of up to 87 metres. This sericite schist unit is believed to be the extension of the Dubenski shear. Samples will be sent for assay, but at this point the gold content of the sericite schist is not known.

A fourth drill hole is now under way to test the sericite schist unit 100 metres to the west of FL-11-03. A fifth hole on the Cameron Lake Block "B" will test the Meahan gold occurrence, where a 0.40 metre quartz vein has yielded assays of up to 66.2 grams of gold per tonne. The planned drill hole will test the possibility that multiple veins and other mineralized zones might yield a significant gold content, when averaged over a broad zone.

After the fifth hole on Cameron Lake Block "B", the drill will move to Rainy River Block "C" to test an airborne VTEM® anomaly with two holes on either side of an interpreted fault. From there it will move to Rainy River Block "A". Further drilling on the Cameron Lake claims will be dependent on assay results from the first five holes.

Final Results and Summary of 2011 Drill Program at the Golden Bullet to Come Shortly

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 14, 2012) - Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) is pleased to provide assay results from Drill Hole SV-12-04, from the 2012 drilling program on its Golden Bullet project, in central Newfoundland. Drill Hole SV-12-04 was drilled to test the extension of a historical high grade intercept of 57.46 g/t Au over 4.30 meters previously disclosed as the Knob showing. Drill Hole SV-12-04 was planned to intercept the target depth approximately 15 metres south of the historical intercept.

The current assay results were determined using a standard fire assaying technique, however due to the coarse free gold observed in Drill Hole SV-12-04, management has concluded that metallic gold assaying could more accurately reflect true gold grades. As a result, further metallic assaying has been ordered. Analyses for all assaying techniques were performed by Eastern Analytical in Springdale, Newfoundland.

Assay results for the high grade section in Hole SV-12-04 include 93.96 g/t gold (3.02 ounces/ton) over 0.85 metres. This intercept is included in a section grading 62.67g/t gold (2.02 ounces/ton) over 1.30 metres, which is within a section grading 41.70g/t gold (1.34 ounces/ton) over 2.00 metres, all within a larger 7.10 metre intercept that graded 12.40g/t (0.40 ounces/ton). The true width of the zone is unknown. Further drilling will be required to determine the true width.

Golden Bullet Project Overview

The two primary licenses within this project are the Golden Bullet License and the Boulder License. A significant amount of historical work has been completed on the Golden Bullet License identifying a number of prospects and showings. Prospects can be defined as areas of interest that have been drilled whereas showings are defined as having limited work.

Soldi completed fifteen diamond drill holes during the recent 2011 winter drill program which was successful in identifying multiple zones of visually significant mineralization, with many holes containing visible gold.

Hole SV-11-06 has the most significant high grade intercept with 45.8 g/t Au over 0.70 metres (m), within intercepts of 17.36 g/t Au over 2.15 m and 12.03 g/t Au over 3.15 m within a wider zone of 7.2 g/t Au over 5.4 m.

Forty meters to the northwest of Hole SV-11-06, Hole SV-11-07 also had a number of very significant intercepts with 20.24 g/t Au over 0.80 m and 18.23 g/t Au over 0.50 m within an interval grading 5.55 g/t Au over 5.3 m, within an interval grading 1.984 g/t Au over 17.15 m, all within a very broad zone of 1.322 g/t Au over 32.2 m.

Historical Drilling at the Golden Bullet License

The two most significant historical gold showings are the grab sample of 2,130 g/t, recorded by Noranda and the 338.6 g/t gold discovered by Rubicon Minerals in a grab sample in 2005. Grab samples are selective by nature and are unlikely to represent average grades on the property.

Other notable gold intercepts from historical diamond drilling include: 57.46 g/t over 4.30 m, 38.53 g/t over 6.45 m, 106.2 g/t over 2.3 m, 102.2 g/t over 0.76 m, 32.2 g/t over 1.6 m, 24.38 g/t over 1.83 m and 8.98 g/t over 14.33 m. These historical intercepts were drilled by Noranda beginning in 1987 and later continued by a Gander River Minerals and Hemlo-Bristol Joint Venture in the early 1990's. The Project lies within Davidsville Group turbiditic sediments including intervals of slate, siltstone and sandstone-greywacke that are interpreted to conformably overlie and be imbricated with the Gander River Complex. A belt of greywacke dominant sediments bound between two topographic linears appears to play a significant role in the known distribution of gold showings. The historical data has not been verified.

A government airborne electromagnetic-magnetic survey detected conductors on three lines, showing parallel zones to the one which was trenched.

All historical work is being compiled prior to designing an exploration program using modern exploration methods.

Pursuant to the terms of the option agreement, Soldi will pay a cumulative amount of $100,000 cash and issue 1.5 million common shares over a three-year period. The Lochaber property is subject to a 2.0-per-cent net smelter royalty. Soldi shall have an option to purchase 1 per cent of the net smelter royalty for the sum of $1-million at any time up to when a production decision is made. Soldi Ventures Inc. Adds to its Graphite Land Position by Acquiring the Cameron Property in Quebec

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2012) - Soldi Ventures Inc. ("Soldi") (TSX VENTURE:SOV) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the 2,920 acre Cameron Graphite Property in Quebec. The property is located 10 miles east of Maniwaki and approximately 70 miles due north of Ottawa, with excellent road access.

The Cameron Property is part of the Grenville Sub-Province of the Precambrian Shield of northern Canada. The formations of the area are generally gneissic granites, crystalline limestones, mica and amphibolites schists. Pegmatite dykes, veins and stock work are often present within the gneissic granite batholite.

Graphite is known to be common throughout the Grenville Sub-Province and has been commercially mined in the past from a number of deposits located mainly between the Ottawa River to the south and the Mont Laurier area to the north. On the property itself graphite was found to occur in large, irregular shaped masses of coarsely crystalline white limestone. The graphite occurs as a bed approximately 20 feet thick. The graphite grade was visually estimated to be approximately 15% with a high proportion of large flakes.

In 1965, a bulk sample of the graphite-bearing material was shipped to a processing plant located in Labelle, Quebec. Approximately 5 tons of this material was processed. In addition, 23 drill holes were drilled to the west of this occurrence and all, except for one, intersected graphite.

Three metallurgical tests were conducted on the bulk sample from 1965 using different grinding times. The results obtained were excellent, with the ensuing production of concentrate averaging 91.35% carbon after two minutes of grinding in the rod mill. A concentrate averaging 95.06% carbon was obtained after four minutes of grinding in a rod mill. In either case the recovery of large or "jumbo" graphite flakes in the plus 48 mesh concentrate ("plus 48 mesh" concentrate is considered highly valuable) was exceptional at 65.09% and 52.39% respectively.

The bulk sample was later analyzed with a semi-commercial plant test. The rod mill test gave a concentrate of 95.11% Carbon with 77.43% recovery. The final test run gave a concentrate of 97.40% Carbon with a 90.15% recovery.

All historical work is being compiled, prior to designing an exploration program using modern exploration methods.

Pursuant to the terms of the option agreement, Soldi will pay a cumulative amount of $150,000 cash and issue 2,200,000 common shares over a three year period. The Cameron Property is subject to a 2.0% Net Smelter Royalty ("NSR"). Soldi shall have an option to purchase 1% of the NSR for the sum of $1,000,000 at any time up to when a production decision is made. The terms of the agreement are subject to regulatory approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Both properties are located in the Grenville subprovince of the Precambrian Shield, where graphite occurrences are common. The property is located approximately 20 miles east of Ottawa-Gatineau, near a highway, in a historic graphite mining district.

A 1952 report: "Trenches were bulldozed by Frobisher Exploration, stripping overburden of 3 to 18 inches perpendicular to the strike of the graphite zone. Furthermore, 10 trenches were stripped every 50 feet for 550 feet of the zone. The graphite exposed ranged from 3 feet to over 10 feet in the last 150 feet of the zone. The author visually estimated grades of 10 percent to 15 per cent graphite. A pit 1,500 feet west of this zone exposed graphite-bearing rock."

A government airborne electromagnetic-magnetic survey detected conductors on 3 lines, showing parallel zones to the one which was trenched.
