Teuton Resources Corp. ("Teuton") ("TUO"-TSX-V) ("TFE"-Frankfurt) ("TEUTF"—OTC BB) is pleased to announce that it has received a drill permit for the High property, located in the Sulphurets region of northwestern British Columbia (see map). An aggressive program of regional sample collection, geological mapping and diamond drilling is scheduled for the 2011 field season.

The High property is located due south of Pretium Resources' Brucejack property and follows the projected trace of the Brucejack Fault which is spatially related to many of the Pretium deposits. Drilling by Pretium in 2009 and 2010 on the Galena Hill zone encountered many intercepts containing gold grades registering in the kilo/tonne range (greater than 1000 g/t or 29.17 oz/ton). Pretium plans a multi-million dollar program in 2011 to follow up on these very high-grade intersections. Further work is also planned for several deposits surrounding the Galena Hill zone, including bulk tonnage situations like the Bridge zone which returned a hole grading 589m (1,932 feet) of 0.99 g/t gold.

Prospecting by Teuton personnel in 2010 disclosed an extensive gossan located just south of the common border with Pretium's Brucejack property. After further sampling this gossan will be drilled within the field season.

The High property continues south for 7km and hosts numerous other gossanous areas which will also be sampled and possibly drilled.

Teuton's Treaty Creek Property is 800 metres Northeast of Seabridge Gold's New Iron Cap Gold-Copper Deposit

Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) (“TUO”-TSX-V) ("TFE"-Frankfurt) is pleased to announce that its Treaty Creek property lies just 800m northeast and along trend of the new Iron Cap gold-copper deposit of Seabridge Gold, located in the Sulphurets region of northwestern British Columbia (see map). Significantly, this deposit remains open down-dip, to the southwest and to the northeast.

Prior to this year’s drilling of the Iron Cap zone, Seabridge Gold had defined estimated proven and probable reserves of 30.2 million ounces of gold (1.60 billion tonnes at 0.59 grams of gold per tonne) at its KSM (Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell) deposits. This is currently the largest gold reserve in Canada. The total is expected to increase considerably when results of the 46 holes drilled into Iron Cap are calculated as part of a NI-43-101 compliant resource estimate due for release in January of 2011. Seabridge reported that all 46 holes intersected ore grade mineralization over significant widths.

The Iron Cap zone is now estimated to be at least 900 metres in strike length, 400 metres wide and up to 350 metres thick. Analysis of drill data indicates that the Iron Cap resource is also likely to have a higher metal value than the average KSM grade. For example, Hole 40, which is mineralized from top to bottom, contains a 128.5 metre interval grading 1.04 grams per tonne gold and 0.37% copper.

Seabridge Gold also reported (News Release dated Dec. 9, 2010) that “there is potential for an undiscovered, deeper core zone characterized by potassium feldspar, magnetite and bornite which could be expected to contain significantly higher metal values than the shallower levels tested so far at Iron Cap. This year’s drill results suggest that this potential core zone may exist below the current limits of the Iron Cap deposit. Seabridge intends to pursue this target in next year’s program.”

The discovery of such a promising deposit northeast of the giant Mitchell deposit underscores Teuton’s belief that the favourable host rocks for this type of gold-copper mineralization, characterized by the Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell-Iron Cap deposits, extend northeast into Teuton’s Treaty Creek property. Government mapping of regional thrust faults, alteration, and favourable geology show that these all extend from Seabridge’s ground into the Treaty Creek property. Further supporting this thesis is Hole CB-14, drilled on Teuton’s Copper Belle zone in 2009 (some 5.5 km northeast of the Iron Cap deposit). It returned a promising 241 metres of 0.80 g/t gold and bottomed in mineralization.

The Treaty Creek property covers approximately nine kilometres of the northeastern extension of this prospective geology and is host to numerous zones of mineralization. It was under option to American Creek Resources under terms whereby American Creek could earn up to a 51% interest by spending $5 million over three years, with a further option to earn an additional 9% by carrying the property to feasibility.

Teuton announced recently that it was suing American Creek Resources for various breaches of contract of the option agreement. Among other remedies it is seeking a declaration from the Court that American Creek has forfeited all right and interest in and to the Treaty Creek property. Should Teuton be successful in its arguments it will have a 100% interest in Treaty Creek; if unsuccessful, either a 49% interest, or if American Creek prepares a feasibility study on the property, a 40% interest.

And for you two-dollar bettors, the second stock is the one I have a large position in. I’m embarassed to tell you the price; it’s about 64 cents as of this writing. The stock is Teuton Resources; American Symbol TEUTF. I’ll use the Canadian symbol of TUO because it’s shorter! Their website is www.teuton.com and they will be updating and revamping it in the next thirty days or so as some of their info is a bit stale.

When you go to the site, be sure to click on “High Property Presentation.” Narrated by President Dino Cremonese, it talks about — you guessed it — the High Property!!!! And why am I so excited about this so called “High Property”?? BECAUSE IT’S RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO BRUCEJACK…TOUCHING IT, IN FACT. Sorry for shouting…I thought you weren’t paying attention.

Back to that in a minute.

Teuton Resources is a property accumulator. They have been acquiring property in the Golden Triangle since the early 80s. Their business model is to option out a property to another company; the other company spends the agreed upon amount of money to drill and explore. For their efforts, they get half or 60 percent or whatever the deal is. Teuton rarely drills on its own.

To put this geographic puzzle together, Pretium’s other neighbor is the giant Seabridge Gold (SA), which has even more gold, copper and silver than Pretium and is part of this happy family of interconnected grounds (Teuton having the most land but not a bunch of cash and, as of yet, no mindblowing numbers –YET.) I must mention Seabridge because Teuton’s Treaty Creek property is 800 meters away from Seabridge’s Iron Cap Zone which has 8.5 million oz. of au and lots of copper.

Our Treaty Creek property was drilled by our optionee partner, American Creek Resources, and they found .8gpt gold over 241 meters, the same grade as neighboring Seabridge.

Unfortunately, that company did not follow up, having run out of cash.

Teuton, no matter what, will always own 50%, but TUO is suing American Creek, claiming they did not spend the required $5,000,000 to drill; our president is an attorney and I believe his case may succeed. If he proves they didn’t spend the money, American Creek will lose their share or perhaps more likely, settle for a smaller percentage while relinquishing control back to Teuton… it’s speculation on my part; it’s up the the courts but a suit has been filed and discovery is underway.

Teuton has 300,000 acres of property in the Golden Triangle, making them the largest landholder there. I started buying the stock in 2007 when it was 61 cents or so…and during the crash, bought a lot more all the way down to a nickle!!! I look at it almost like a real estate play. Gold all around, up the ying yang and even up the old wazoo!!!

Teuton has plans to drill their High property this year. The drilling season is short, due to the cold arse weather and mega feet of snow they get there. I won’t lie to you; it’s ugly weather.

Teuton has many other exciting properties I won’t rattle off here. Like I say, I have a position in the company. You need to do your due diligence.

The hope is that by drilling our gossan (area of mineralized multi-colored oxidized rock) this year, we discover our own “Galena.” We are right on top of their Bridge Zone, which also has millions of ounces of gold. When you look at the Teuton presentation re the High property, you can see just how close “we” are. If we find big ounces this year, in the words of Jackie Gleason, it’s “To the moon, Alice.” Bear in mind, Teuton only has 40,000,000 shares outstanding.

TEUTON DOUBLES SIZE OF HIGH PROPERTY

Teuton Resources Corp. has entered into a purchase agreement with a private company for 12 mineral claims situated south and southeast of its High property, located north of Stewart, B.C. The 12 claims comprise an area of 4600 hectares, doubling the size of the High claims The new property covers the extension of the belt of gossans that runs south from Pretium Resources' Brucejack claims through the High property. In the northwest corner of the 12 claims, a prominent alteration zone called the Feld gossan has undergone limited rock geochem sampling, returning highly anomalous gold and silver values at several sites. A comprehensive grab sample collected in 1986 from numerous float boulders (where the gossan disappears under snow and ice cover at the height of land) ran 0.182 oz/gold per ton. It is probable that much of the ice in this vicinity has ablated (melted back) in the intervening years, exposing ground which may host the source of the anomalous float.

To the east of the gossan lies a large area where heavy sediment samples taken from five streams running north-south all carried highly anomalous gold values. Geochemical soil sampling over part of this area also produced gold and base metal anomalies. Cursory rock sampling has unearthed several small mineralized structures. One features a vein segment consisting of massive tetrahedrite from which a grab sample ran 523 oz silver per ton. Another isolated occurrence was found to contain flakes of native gold.

Teuton plans a comprehensive program of prospecting, sampling, geological mapping and diamond drilling on this new ground in 2011.

Teuton has agreed to pay 600,000 common shares to the vendor which is an arms-length private company. A 2% NSR is also payable. The agreement has a closing date of April 21, 2011 and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Teuton to Drill Tennyson, High Properties; Begin Work on Clone, Yellow Chris and Red Chris South Properties

Jun. 8, 2011 (Marketwire Canada) --

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- Teuton Resources Corp. ("Teuton") ("TUO") (TSX VENTURE:TUO) will drill its Tennyson property, situated north of Stewart, BC, beginning about July 15. Primary target is the porphyry copper-gold zone from which six holes drilled in 1992 and 2010 all returned significant copper-gold intervals ranging up to 325 feet grading .33% copper and 0.35g/t gold, or 0.95 g/t gold equivalent. The 2011 drill holes will attempt to follow the copper-gold mineralization under snow and ice to the north and northeast, in the direction of major magnetic anomalies identified during an airborne geophysical survey. Budget for the 2011 program is $500,000.

Thereafter a drill program will begin on the higher elevation High property, located directly south of Pretium Resources' Brucejack property, where 8 drills will be busy following up high-grade gold mineralization obtained during 2009 and 2010. A winter ice road following the Frank Mackie Glacier through the High property has been used by Pretium to access their camp at Brucejack Lake. Details of the 2011 High program will be announced at a later date.

Also beginning around mid-July is a bulk sampling program on the high-grade portion of the H-1 zone on the Clone property. This involves a blasting crew and an excavator. Plans for 2011 call for 200 plus tons to be removed. In 2010, 34 tons were taken out averaging 2.0 oz/ton gold.

Geochemical soil sampling is also set to begin on both the Yellow Chris and Red Chris south properties. Permits for drilling have been obtained in the event that sampling discloses geochemical anomalies.

Treaty Creek Tunnel Geophysical Survey

On May 20, 2011, Teuton was contacted by Seabridge Gold requesting permission to conduct a deep geophysical survey along the proposed tunnel route connecting their Mitchell deposit through the Treaty Creek claims to their prospective processing facility. This permission was granted. Subsequently Teuton turned over the correspondence to American Creek who then contacted and also gave permission to Seabridge Gold.

Teuton sitzt sogar in einer guten Position im Seabridge Gebiet - für KSM müsst ein ca. 30km Tunnel durch Treaty Creek gebohrt werden. Dort gibt es aber ein AMK-Bohrloch mit sehr guten Längen und einer Mineralisierung ähnlich Michel von KSM.

Teuton ist ein unglaublich interessanter Wert, der richtig in die Höhe schiessen könnte.

TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: EXPLORATION UPDATE/PRIVATE PLACEMENT COMPLETED

Teuton Resources Corp.'s drilling at the Tennyson property is proceeding well with over six thousand feet drilled to date. In previous years' holes, chalcopyrite mineralization was noted contained within a sericite altered schist running up to 100 metres in length. This year, especially from the second pad, holes have encountered broad widths of chloritic altered intrusive. The zones containing chloritic alteration appear to contain more chalcopyrite than observed in last year's holes, and certain of the holes drilled this year contain much longer intervals of chalcopyrite mineralization than seen in previous years.

Core from the program is presently being logged and will be sent out for diamond sawing beginning today. Assays are expected within three to four weeks.

Due to the encouraging results to date, the Tennyson drill program has been extended. The Company plans to move a second drill into the High property, situated approximately five miles to the north of the Tennyson claims.

The Company has completed the private placement announced June 21, 2011, as amended on July 8 and July 13, 2011. Altogether $1,545,000 was raised consisting of 3,090,000 units at $0.50 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share of the Company plus one warrant entitling the subscriber to purchase a common share at $0.55 for a one year period, or alternatively for $0.70 for a two year period.

Teuton Resources Corp. has released results from hole TN2011-4 at its Tennyson copper-gold property, located north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia (the Golden Triangle).

This hole, which was aimed at a malachite-stained rock island recently exposed from the snow and ice, ran 229.5m of 0.25 g/t gold and 0.32% copper, or 0.73 g/t gold equivalent at current metal prices. Full results are presented below:

D. Cremonese, P.Eng., President of the Company, stated: "This new result is very encouraging, being three times as long as the average interval obtained from the six holes drilled in previous years. Grade is roughly the same as in previous holes, but we believe there is a good chance that copper values will improve as we move out of the sericitic and into the chloritic section of the zone. Seabridge's Kerr deposit, located 20km to the north, is a local analogue with indicated and measured resources of 241 million tonnes grading 0.25 g/t gold and 0.47% copper (0.96 g/t gold equivalent). The top 158m of our hole grades 0.83 g/t gold which is only 16% from the Kerr average grade. However, unlike the Kerr, the Tennyson lies only 7km from the Granduc mining road without any intervening ice to traverse, so access and related infrastructure costs should be very considerably reduced."

Holes TN-2011 #'s 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are presently at the laboratory awaiting analysis, with a further ten holes being logged and diamond-sawed. The drill is currently being moved to the High property, situated to the north of the Tennyson and directly adjoining south of Pretium's Brucejack property.

The QA/QC protocol system employed during the 2011 exploration program included procedures for monitoring the chain-of-custody of samples and the insertion of blanks and reference standard samples in every batch of samples. Pioneer Laboratories of Richmond, BC, an accredited facility, performed the analyses.

High Property

Prospecting of the High property to the north of the Tennyson and immediately south of Pretium Resources' Brucejack property is continuing, in preparation for a drill campaign to start immediately. Float samples reported in the last news release have been followed to source where grabs from several localities confirmed the gold assays.

A second zone, located to the east was recently discovered. This area is hosted by intermediate volcanics cut by numerous fine stringers carrying pyrite, chalcopyrite and possibly tetrahedrite. Samples taken over a 400m length returned values ranging from 0.74 to 47.8 g/t gold. A drill pad has been constructed and this area will be the first tested on the High property.

Approximately 750m to the northwest, an Eskay Creek type environment featuring basalts, mudstones and rhyolite was very recently discovered and sampling is ongoing.

TN11-07—Drilled from Pad#2 out under the ice at a dip of 35 degrees in the direction of Pad#3 (see drill plan map filed with News Release dated Sept. 28, 2011—www.teuton.com).

TN11-08—Drilled from Pad#2 at a dip of 33 degrees on a line aiming just south of Pad#1.

D. Cremonese, P.Eng., President of the Company, stated: "All holes drilled to date at the Tennyson have intersected significant copper-gold mineralization, with the latest two holes having the highest copper grades seen to date. Results from the remaining eight holes are eagerly anticipated."

Teuton Resources Corp. has provided additional results from six holes at its Tennyson copper-gold property, located north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia (the Golden Triangle).

The holes, all of which returned copper-gold values, are presented in the table.

Given that the vertical hole from pad No. 3, hole TN11-13, first encountered copper mineralization at 98 m downhole (the first 35.4 m was ice), it appears that the zone is curving to the west. The zone remains open to the west and mineralogical indications suggest that this may be the direction toward the centre of the porphyry copper-gold zone. Hole TN11-14, the most western of the holes drilled to date, returned the highest grade of the six holes reported above: 106.6 m of 0.59 per cent copper equivalent. Further drilling is planned from pad No. 4 in 2012, which lies to the west along the azimuth of TN11-14.

The 14 holes drilled in 2011 have extended copper-gold mineralization for approximately 450 metres along strike from the downward expression of the mineralization in hole TN11-03 to that in TN11-14.

Two holes remain to be assayed from the 2011 program.

Dino Cremonese, PEng, president of the company, stated: "Drilling at Tennyson in 2011 was highly successful. We have proven 450 metres of continuity to the copper-gold system and have shown that we can drill through the ice. All holes encountered copper-gold mineralization ranging from 0.32 to 0.67 copper equivalent. If the zone continues westward then this is a real plus, because the ice only extends another 350 to 400 m in that direction. Beyond that point is snow-covered rock changing to bare rock at higher elevations."

The company is also pleased to report that a major mining concern with operating mines in North America has approached Teuton regarding the Tennyson property and that a confidentiality agreement has been signed. Representatives of this concern have made three visits to Stewart to examine Tennyson core, the most recent occurring a week ago. Representatives from an Asian copper smelter have also approached the company regarding the property.

The quality assurance/quality control protocol system employed during the 2011 exploration program included procedures for monitoring the chain of custody of samples and the insertion of blanks and reference standard samples in every batch of samples. Assays for the final two holes of the program, #'s 15 and 16, and also for an extension of hole #10 were received and continue to show copper-gold values. The two most southerly of these holes, #'s 10 and 15, also showed the greatest vertical range of mineralization seen to date, namely 180m and 183m, respectively. Hole #15 bottomed in mineral. From the assay data it appears the zone may be opening up to the west-southwest, as indicated by hole #14 which returned 107m grading 0.59% copper equivalent. Current strike length of the zone is approximately 450m.

Discussions are ongoing with parties wishing to option the property. If these negotiations prove unfruitful, the Company is prepared to conduct a large program in 2012. This will be aimed at following the zone further to the west and south as well as drilling holes from the rock outcrops located on the opposite side of the ice (heading east back toward the zone). Teuton will also look at the possibility of building a road into the property connecting 7km from the end of the Granduc mining road network.

The QA/QC protocol system employed during the 2011 exploration program included procedures for monitoring the chain-of-custody of samples and the insertion of blanks and reference standard samples in every batch of samples. Feb 24, 2012 (ACCESSWIRE-TNW via COMTEX) -- Raymond, Alberta...American Creek Resources Ltd. (the "Corporation") is disappointed to report that the Corporation was notified last night by Teuton Resource Corp's CA:TUO -1.54% counsel that Teuton has cancelled and will not be participating in the Discoveries scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. Dino Cremonese of Teuton was to be discovered by American Creek.

The discoveries that Teuton has backed out of were scheduled and previously announced on February 1, 2012. American Creek recently notified Teuton that it intended to proceed with a summary trial application in order to expedite the resolution of the dispute. Last night Teuton's counsel notified American Creek that they had just been advised that Teuton would be seeking new counsel and that as a result Mr. Cremonese would not be appearing at discoveries next week.

Teuton's failure to honor its contractual obligations continues to impede the exploration progress of the Treaty Creek project and to further damage American Creek and all of its shareholders. The Corporation will aggressively pursue all legal remedies to compel Teuton to honor its contractual obligations and transfer the title to the Treaty Creek property to American Creek. The Corporation has sued Teuton not only for title but for specific damages, general damages and punitive damages as well.

Ich finde TUO nach der mehrfach gezeigten großartigen Performance derzeit bei einem Niveau zwischen 25 und 30 CADCent hochinteressant. Das Geschäftsmodell ist so falsch nicht beschrieben, Teuton sehr unangenehmer Verhandlungspartner, da weitgehend unabhängig und in deutlichen Anteilen im Familienbesitz.

Das sind ja auch die Probleme, die dafür sorgen, dass andere Explorer von Teutons Properties (Bsp. Treaty Creek) abhängig sind und über bestimmte Stadien nicht hinaus kommen.

Teuton nimmt in der allg. Explorererholung lieber noch einmal die alten Tiefs ins Visier. Wer hier den auch in anderen Threads crossgespammten name droppings nachfolgte, hat mächtig Geld verloren.

Bei Teuton hängt ein wesentlicher Teil der Spekulation an Treaty Creek, da Seabridge von Teuton abharngig ist. Die Tatsache, dass nun die Umweltschützer gegen KSM mobil machen, macht es nicht einfacher und auch nicht das weiterlaufende Gerichtsverfahren.

Dann verstehe ich nicht, warum du hier eine Anlage in Teuton Aktien zu Höchsatkursen propagierst, in anderen Threads aber nicht müde wirst, genau das Unternehmen madig zu machen, von dem du nun behauptest, Seabridge sei abhängig davon. Deiner Lesart nach wird KSM doch sowieso nie eine Mine, also wird auch Teuton nicht davon profitieren.
Denk mal darueber nach.

Ich habe von einem Niveau zwischen 25 und 30 CADCent geschrieben. Mir hat der darauf folgende Anstieg wirklich Spass gemacht.

Natürlich bleibt Seabridge von Teuton abhängig, da hier Treaty Creek zum Bau eines Tunnels benötigt wird. Das ist aber nix neues und schreibt SEA nun gezwungenermaßen auch in ihrem AIF. Für SEA sind die Umweltaktivisten, die gegen KSM sin sehr unschön - da gebe ich Dir recht.

Das Zitat im Beitrag Nummer 34 stammt vom 13.8., wo du bei absoluten Höchstkursen Kursphantastereien ("richtig in die Höhe schiessen") von dir gegeben hast. Jedwede Spassereien in dieser Aktie waren nur sehr kurzlebig.

Seabridge raeumt die Problematik gezwungener Massen in ihren aktuellen AIF ein, auch wenn du es als Interessenvertreter hier und anderrswo immer geleugnet hast.

Die Spekulation in Richtung Seabridge ist nicht mehr gegeben, da das Projekt sich nun den professionellen Umweltschuetzern ausgesetzt sieht und ich nicht glaube, dass es hier zu einer FS kommt und zudem Seabridge selbst bald frisches Kapital benoetigt.

Trittbrettfahrer werden früher oder später erkennen müssen, dass man schon eigene Werte braucht und nicht immer nur Nachbarproperties.

Für Herrn Cremonese und seine Familie reicht es zumindest.

Was ich nicht verstehe. Zu bezeichnest den Kurseinbruch als Seabridge Effekt und wirst auch nicht müde zu behaupten, Teuton wäre ein wichtiger Baustein für die KSM Mine (was ich im übrigen nicht so sehe).

Das waere ja immer noch im Bereich der 25-30 CADcent von denen ich geschrieben habe. Ich bin zur Zeit allerdings bei Teuton nicht investiert und beobachte nur.

Ohne Teutons Treaty Creek keine KSM-Mine. Da ein Tunnel durch die Property führen muss. SEA schreibt das neuerdings gezwungeneer Massen in dem eigenen AIF. Die vorherigen Statements bezüglich einer möglichen Enteignung Teutons grenzten in meinen Augen schon an Betrug.

ROTATION MINERALS LTD. ANNOUNCES THE START OF EXPLORATION ON THE 4-J PROPERTY

Rotation Minerals Ltd. has started mineral exploration on the 4-J property under option from Teuton Resource Corp. The property is subject to an option agreement whereby Rotation can earn a 50% interest in the property by making payments of $180,000.00 and incurring exploration expenditures of $1,800,000.00 by 2014. The Company can earn an additional 20 % interest by performing and paying for such additional exploration expenditures as may be necessary in order to deliver a feasibility study to Teuton within 4 years commencing after the first earn.

The property is underlain by at least 3 different styles of mineralization outlined by sampling and diamond drilling in the past. Gold mineralization is associated with brecciated volcanic rocks hosting strong pyrite and arsenopyrite underlying an N-S trending 800 m long soil anomaly containing gold values up to 6.75 g/t. Drilling of this structure in 1990 returned maximum values within 2 holes that indicated 2.48 g/t gold over 15.22 m and 1.82 g/t gold over 13.06 m. The Company reports that the above assay results have not been confirmed and should be used for reference purposes only.

Another style is related to a NW trending zone of stratiform copper-lead-zinc-silver - gold mineralization. Where exposed, trenching in the past has shown massive mineralization consisting of boulangerite (lead-antimony sulphide), tetrahedrite (copper-antimony-sulphide), sphalerite (zinc sulphide) and galena (lead sulphide) over 6 m of width and 30 m of length in glacial till. This mineralization is underlain by a strong coincident NW trending EM anomaly indicated by several airborne EM surveys by previous operators on the property.

The third style of mineralization consists of quartz carbonate breccia veins that are located along E-W trending structures in the hanging wall to the above massive style mineralization. These breccia zones which are up to 2 m wide contain boulangerite, tetrahedrite, galena and sphalerite mineralization. Higher gold values are associated with this later style of mineralization.

The Company announces the completion of 2108.8 metres in 17 holes targeting mineralization along strike of the Cross vein within the Riverside property in Alaska. The drilling did not intersect any significant mineralization and the option on the property has been terminated.

("HDI") has elected to proceed with the second option in respect of the Tennyson property. Accordingly, Brigade Holdings (Canada) Ltd. (a new HDI company, "Brigade") will earn an initial 50% interest in the Tennyson Project by incurring $6 million in exploration expenditures over a four year term, with $1,000,000 required in the first year. Cash payments to Teuton amount to $300,000 over the term of the option. Once Brigade has completed the 50% earn-in, it can elect to acquire or Teuton can elect to sell Teuton's 50% remaining interest in the project to Brigade in exchange for shares in Brigade. These holes will be drilled along the route of the tunnels, proposed to connect Seabridge's KSM property to its Seabee claims. In return, Seabridge has graciously offered use of its KSM field camp to Teuton personnel. This is expected to materially reduce costs associated with the drilling of the High claims scheduled for later in the season.

Clarification on Warrant Extensions

The warrant extensions announced June 26, 2012 have now been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. However, as the $0.50 warrant exercise prices of the original warrants expired a year ago, it is only the $0.65 warrant exercise prices (originally in the second year) which are now extended.

Na also, es gibt ja doch einen Thread in dem du über die Auseinandersetzung zwischen American Creek und Teuton ausführlichst berichten kannst. Vergiss nicht den sogenannten "Liveticker".

Zu obigem Zitat. Ich sehe die Geschicklichkeit eher bei SEA. Die Bohrungen sind nun mal notwendig. Dafür die Unterkünfte (die man wohl z.Zt. ohnehin nicht auslastet) zur Verfügung zu stellen ist eine billige Gegenleistung.

Keine Ahnung, ich bin mir aber ziemlich sicher, dass es sich nicht um ein Stundenhotel handelt.

Die geotechnischen Bohrungen umfassen nicht die Rechte an Treaty Creek, sondern erlauben nur Rueckschuesse auf die Kosten eines Tunnels, welcher gebaut werden muss, um ueberhaupt an die angeblichen Goldunzen von Seabridge Gold heranzukommen.

Nachdem das nun mit SEA vermutlich nix wird, ist immer noch Pretium als Player interessant - kommt es hier zu einer Partnerschaft oder Uebernahme, wird Teuton ebenfalls profitieren.

Teuton ist ziemlich stark familiaer veruwrzelt, Mr. Cremonese wird ein sehr unangenehmer Verhandlungspartner bezueglich Treaty Creek sein - er wird da schon ein Optimum rausholen.

A drillsite has been located on a rock island which has newly appeared from under the snow and ice. It is situated 150m south of the boundary line between Teuton's claims and Pretium Resources' Brucejack property, and lies west of the southward projection of the Brucejack fault. The newly exposed rock is bisected by a contact between intensely quartz-sericite-pyrite altered coarse fragmental volcanics and highly sheared clastic sediments. Strong fracture coating with moderate pyrite occurs locally. In the southeast corner of the island pervasive malachite (copper oxide) stain was noted. The first drill hole will be directed southeastward to test the extent of this copper-bearing mineralization.

The immediate region is a beehive of exploration activity. Some 3km to the north on the Pretium property, nine drills are currently exploring the high-grade Valley of the Kings zone and satellite deposits. Pretium recently announced (July 31, 2012 news release) a 35.1 foot interval grading 70.3 ounces gold and 46.8 ounces silver per ton at a depth of 652 feet. This is the highest of several multi-ounce gold intervals reported by Pretium in 2011 and 2012. To the northwest of Teuton's drillsite lies the KSM (Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell) property of Seabridge Gold wherein Seabridge is advancing major copper-gold bulk tonnage prospects to the feasibility stage. To the south-southwest, a Hunter Dickinson company is exploring Teuton's Tennyson copper-gold property and to the south, Rotation Minerals is exploring Teuton's Four J's property.

Teuton Resources Corp. will mobilize a second drill shortly to the High property, located north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia. The High property adjoins due south of Pretium Resources' Brucejack property, where nine drills are currently exploring the Valley of the Kings and satellite gold zones.

A contract has been signed with Blackhawk Drilling Ltd. of Smithers, B.C. The target for the new drill is a zone of surface gold mineralization discovered in 2011 from which grab samples returned values ranging from one to six grams per tonne (g/t) gold. This zone was drilled in 2011 but the set-up for the drill was not ideal due to limitations caused by the lateness of the season. The new pad is constructed at a much higher altitude and, hopefully, will intersect the main part of the zone.

Plans also call for a trenching crew to test a second zone discovered in 2011. Grab samples from this zone returned values ranging from one to 47 g/t gold. A spalling glacier overlooking the main part of the zone precluded an effective drill test in 2011. The trenching is designed to evaluate the further reaches of the zone where it may be possible to drill.

Ich kann hier kein Ausnutzen einer Abhängigkeit seitens Teuton erkennen. Man scheint eher an einer fairen einvernehmlichen Lösung des Tunnelproblems interessiert zu sein. Dass Teuton für sein Entgegenkommen das SEA-Camp nutzen darf ist für mein Dafürhalten kein Ergebnis einer "Zwangslage" oder "Abhängigkeit". Das sähe dann sicher anders aus.

Also wenn du schon zu diesem Thema News von Teuton einstellst, dann bitte fairerweise die aktuellsten. Auch wenn sie dir vom Ton her vielleicht nicht in den Kram passen.

Es hat sich an der Sache nichts geändert. Teuton gewährt keine Rechte, sondern erlaubt ein wenig geotechnisches Bohren. Dafür können sie das Camp nutzen. Als Teuton-Investierter freut mich das Abhaengigkeitsverhaeltnis sehr.

Der nächste Schritt wird sein, dass Treaty Creek irgendwann nach dem Ende der Streitigkeiten exploriert wird. Ein Tunnel wird da absehbar nicht durch die Property gebaut. Ich würde davon ausgehen, dass das in den nächsten 20-30 Jahren nicht passieren wird.

Erstaunlich wie weit du voraus denken kannst. M.M.n. solltest du deine visionären Fähigkeiten dazu nutzen Aktien auszuwählen, die dir in absehbarer Zeit Gewinn bescheren. Mal abgesehen von deinem Ausbildungsversicherungsdepot, welches du vermutlich wg. mangelnder Performance nicht mehr weiterführst, sehe ich auch bei den Henk-Werten mittelfristig keine erfolgreiche Ernte.

Es wird dich deshalb sicher nicht verwundern, wenn ich deine Prophezeihungen als unglaubwürdiges Geschwafel abtue.

Nur kurz ... Seabridge bitte darum nun die Verhandlungen um Treaty Creek wieder aufzunehmen. Zur Erinnerung: Seabridge braucht diese Rechte, da die wesentliche Ver -und Entsorgung durch die Property laufen muesste.

Teuton kann da auf Zeit spielen, zudem sind die rechtlichen Streitigkeiten noch in vollem Gange.

Teuton Resources Corp. has provided results from the first hole drilled in 2012 on the High property, situated north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia (the Golden Triangle). The High property adjoins due south of Pretium Resources' Brucejack property.

A new zone, dubbed the "King Tut", has been discovered by surface sampling and drilling 1 50m south of the boundary with Pretium's Brucejack property, host of the Valley of the Kings zone (see Fig. 1, for location).

The drillsite was located on a rock island which has appeared from under the snow and ice, 600m west of the southward projection of the Brucejack fault. The newly exposed rock is bisected by a contact between hypabyssal porphyry and sediments + mafic intrusives. The drill hole had a dip of 75 degrees and was collared within the sediments, intersecting the porphyry at 300m down dip. Although two more holes were planned at shallower angles to intersect the gold-bearing porphyry at higher elevations, time constraints precluded their start. A drill section is produced in Fig. 2, accompanying this news release.

Four surface grab samples were taken in the porphyry immediately southwest of the drill collar. Results are as follows:

The copper, lead and zinc values obtained in these grabs, coming from galena, sphalerite and tetrahedrite mineralization, indicate potential for higher gold grades in the upper portion of the porphyry, the topmost 300 vertical meters of which remains to be tested.

Dino Cremonese, P.Eng., President of Teuton Resources Corp., commented as follows: "With this first hole into the northern High claims gossans, we were fortunate enough to hit extensive gold mineralization, proving that the prolific system of gold-bearing deposits evident in the properties of Pretium Resources and Seabridge Gold extends southward into our ground. The nearest zone to the north is Pretium's Bridge deposit from which 21 holes drilled in 2010 averaged 237m of 0.87 g/t gold, the same grade and almost same length as our hole. Surface sampling of the King Tut suggests that we may encounter higher grade sections when we return to drill the untested upper region of this zone. As well as the King Tut, there are at least six other targets in the vicinity."

Core sampling is now complete on Holes H12-02 and H12-03 drilled into the gold zone exposed in the southern portion of the High claims (see Fig. 1), and samples have been shipped to the laboratory. Both holes exhibit lengthy (up to 100m) sections of intense iron carbonate alteration with cross-cutting fractures containing sphalerite and pyrite mineralization. Assays should be available within three weeks.

The Qualified Person for the purposes of this news release is D. Cremonese, P.Eng. All samples are assayed by Loring laboratories of Calgary, an ISO9001-certified laboratory. Teuton Resources Corp. has investigated assay results from hole TC07-04EUR obtained from the 2007 drilling by American Creek Resources on the Treaty Creek property. The preliminary conclusion is that the Hole#4 results reported on Dec. 11, 2007 and which ran 8.51m of 2,094 g/t silver (equivalent to 61.1 oz/ton) from 100 to 108.5m, should not be relied upon.

Core from Hole#4 was examined by Vancouver Petrographics Ltd. The only minerals identified in the core during the petrographic examination which could carry silver values were trace amounts of chalcopyrite, sphalerite and chalcocite. Vancouver Petrographics Ltd. also found fragments of a drill bit containing diamonds in the core. The core was assayed and returned silver values as high as 11,541 ppm (equivalent to 336.7 oz/ton) along with anomalous values in copper, tungsten and nickel.

Teuton is concerned that core from 100-108.5m of Hole#4 may be contaminated. Teuton is cautioning shareholders not to rely on the 2007 assay results from Hole #4 until further testwork is completed.

Teuton Resources Corp. is releasing results from two holes drilled in 2012 on the High South property, situated north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia.

Both holes intersected lengthy sections of intense iron carbonate alteration with cross-cutting fractures containing pyrite and sphalerite mineralization. These intervals did not return significant values in gold. However, at the end of Hole HS12-02, narrow sections of extremely fine-grained, massive sulfide mineralization containing appreciable lead, zinc, silver and gold values were encountered as follows:

The lead-zinc mineralization appears to have been remobilized, and is hosted within a volcaniclastic-flow sequence with associated discordant stockwork stringers. Preliminary assessment suggests the mineralization could be VMS (Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide) in nature, similar to that at Eskay Creek. Unfortunately, shortly after intersecting the mineralized zone, drill hole HS12-02 had to be terminated at 850 feet due to high avalanche risk in the area supplying water to the drill.

Dino Cremonese, P.Eng., President of Teuton Resources Corp., commented as follows: "The local geological setting-rhyolite, felsic volcanics, mudstones and mafic rocks-- is conducive to hosting VMS mineralization, and is in some respects similar to that at Eskay Creek. So we are gratified to have encountered gold and silver-bearing massive sulfide mineralization, even though the intervals are narrow. We intend to extend these positive results with further drilling in 2013, in addition to a large program which is planned as a follow-up of the highly successful High North drill hole that ran 222 meters (728 feet) of 0.88 g/t gold."

Ganz so falsch ist Deine Bemerkung nun auch wieder nicht. Insofern verstehe ich die unbeherrschte Reaktion von BBL überhaupt nicht.

Im Beitrag Nr.22 (41.948.401) am 10.08.11 schreibt unser gemeinsamer Freund nämlich

Teuton sitzt sogar in einer guten Position im Seabridge Gebiet - für KSM müsst ein ca. 30km Tunnel durch Treaty Creek gebohrt werden. Dort gibt es aber ein AMK-Bohrloch mit sehr guten Längen und einer Mineralisierung ähnlich Michel von KSM.

Teuton ist ein unglaublich interessanter Wert, der richtig in die Höhe schiessen könnte.

Ah, der Dritte von Team Seabridge, schriebt hier nun auch hinterher.

Das Problem ist, dass hier die Spekulation in Sachen KSM nicht aufgegangen ist. Die angekuendigten Majors die Interesse an SEA haben gab es offensichtlich nicht. SEA bleibt abhängig von der Familie Cremonese.

Weitere Fakten: KSM ist noch unwirtschaftlicher geworden, Snowfield wurde auf Eis gelegt.

Mit der unfassbaren Menge an Claims bleibt Teuton dennoch ein unglaublich interessanter Wert, der richtig in die Hoehe schiessen koennte. Ich habe da meine Meinung nicht geaendert (43.263.360). Die Spekulation im Hinblick auf SEA (die brauchen Treaty Creek) duerfte sich jedoch erledigt haben, da dort meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr viel passieren wird. Es wurde extrem viel Promotion gefahren, herausgekommen ist nichts.

TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: BRIGADE DISCOVERS NEW COPPER-GOLD ZONES AT TENNYSON PROPERTY

Teuton Resources Corp. has received a progress report from Brigade Resources, a Hunter Dickinson company, detailing results of the 2012 exploration program on the Tennyson property. During the past field season Brigade carried out geological mapping, geochemical sampling, magnetic surveys, IP surveys, petrographic work and re-logging of all historical drill holes. Cost of the program was approximately $1 million.

In the Executive Summary of the progress report, Brigade geologists stated: "The current program has shown that at least two high-temperature porphyry-style hydrothermal centres are exposed at the Tennyson Deposit Area (TDA), namely at the Tennyson North Cu-Au Zone (TNZ) and the Tennyson Southeast Cu-Au Zone (TSEZ). A study of 19 historic drill holes (3,589m) intersecting the TNZ indicates widespread porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization over a 400 x 200 x 175m area. The TSEZ has similar alteration and mineralization characteristics to the TNZ, returned identical copper-gold surface rock chip results, and is essentially untested by drilling. Important indications of high-temperature porphyry-style alteration and mineralization have also been identified during re-logging of drill holes in the Tennyson Southwest Au Zone (TSWZ), as well as in most 1986 holes drilled between the TNZ and TSWZ. Both the TNZ and TSWZ display a clear magnetic signature that is believed to have been brought about by the presence of hydrothermal magnetite within these systems, relative to unmagnetic host rocks. As such, magnetic surveying has been of utility in target identification, and moreover, such targets appear to correlate well with alteration pattern observed at surface, as well as geochemical anomalism. The area in between the TNZ and TSEZ, and including the TSWZ, contains deposit-grade to highly anomalous gold values, and is interpreted as a peripheral gold halo, locally with epithermal gold-silver veins, immediately surrounding the porphyry-style copper-gold hydrothermal centre. The area of mineralization and alteration at the TDA is open at depth, and towards, the north, west and south underneath permanent snow and ice.

Further exploration during the 2012 field program has indicated that pervasive hydrothermal alteration extends into an area of exposed rock west of the TDA. In addition, observations east of the TDA have identified epithermal veins, locally containing gold, and local mineralized zones with a significant polymetallic signature coincident with magnetic and chargeable geophysical anomalies at depth. The results east and west of the TDA are permissive of porphyry-style mineralization extending at depth in both directions.

Reconnaissance mapping and prospecting discovered an important pervasive hydrothermally altered mineral occurrence about 1.3 km north of the TNZ which returned consistently anomalous gold and copper values.

All observations from the 2012 program indicate that the property has significant potential to host a large copper-gold porphyry system."

Dino Cremonese, P.Eng., President of Teuton Resources Corp., commented as follows: "Work by Brigade has confirmed our belief that the Tennyson property may host a large porphyry copper-gold deposit. During the summer program Brigade also discovered at least two more areas with such potential, wholly contained within the property boundaries. The next step is a comprehensive drill program to determine the size of the copper-gold systems."

Brigade Resources has also purchased the adjacent Tide property for $3 million. The Tide property lies between the Tennyson and the end of the Granduc mining road, and would have to be crossed to provide road access to the Tennyson copper-gold zones.

Brigade Resources is earning a 50% interest in the Tennyson property by completing expenditures of $6 million over three years. Teile der Spekulation haben sich erübrigt. Da Seabridge Gold nun alle Explorationsziele vergeigt hat und praktisch keine Hoffnung mehr besteht das dort eine Mine entsteht, kann man nicht mehr darauf spekulieren das Treaty Creek Bares einbringt.
Bei den zu Brucejack angrenzenden Properties kommt im Moment auch keine Phantasie auf, da Pretium inmitten der BFS steht.

Wie gesagt - Preise zwischen 11 und 13 Cent sind Einkaufspreise, das sehe ich weiterhin so. Ich rechne nur nicht damit dass wir hier einen Seabridge-Deal (ohne Treaty Creek keine KSM-Mine möglich) sehen, da es keine Interessenten gibt. Teuton ist ein sehr vertrauenswuerdiges Familienunternehmen.

was fuer ein Unsinn, bei Kaeufen zwischen 11 und 13 CADCent (sogar teilweise hier dokumentiert) von einem Verlust zu reden, wie gesagt: die Seabridge-Spekulation hat sich fast weitgehend erübrigt, da keiner an KSM Interesse bekundet hat und die Explorationsziele verfehlt wurden. Man kann sich leicht ausrechnen, was ein dreistelliger Millionenbertrag bedeuten wuerde.

Da muss ich unserem Dauergewinner Recht geben. 75 Prozent basieren ja nur auf deiner Vermutung er hätte gleichzeitig mit der Jubelarie "Teuton ist ein unglaublich interessanter Wert, der richtig in die Höhe schiessen könnte" auch gekauft (was eigentlich logisch wäre).

Aber halten wir uns doch lieber an die Fakten.

Ich habe es an anderer Stelle ja schon mal gesagt. Im Prinzip sind mir solche nicht nachprüfbaren Gewinn-Outings so wurscht wie nur was. Wenn es demjenigen Befriedigung verschafft, okay.

Aber in diesem Fall ist die Sache ja nun mal sowas von glasklar.

Es ist ziemlich einmalig, was hier versucht wird. Der Einblick ist nicht uninteressant, fraglich wie lange die Dokumente online bleiben. Man muss aber auch wissen, dass es nur um Treaty Creek geht, die unverzichtbare Lebensader fuer Seabridge Gold, ohne entsprechende Rechte z.B. Auch keine Machbarkeitsstudie. Anhand der Klage ließe sich der Wert Aug 150 Mio. schaetzen - was vermutlich überzogen ist, das spielt aber bei der derzeitigen MK von Teuton weniger eine Rolle.

Schade, dass da keine Antwort gekommen ist. Die 150 Mio. Klage richtig sich im wesentlichen gegen Stockhouse-Foreneintraege, die u.a. darstellen das AMK mit dem Drillingunternehmen verbandelt ist und vermutlich die vertraglichen Bedingungen nicht erfuellt worden sind.

Es sind ungewoehnlich schrille Töne, die AMK da anschlagen.

American Creek Resources Ltd. has had further testing conducted on 2012 petrographic samples and 2012 assay pulp from sections of the remaining core from the 8.51-metre drill core intersection at the bottom of hole TC07-04 (drilled at Treaty Creek in 2007 in the Eureka zone and reported in the corporation's news release dated Dec. 11, 2007).

The core boxes containing this 8.51-metre interval of hole TC07-04 were removed from the Treaty Creek exploration camp site by Teuton Resources Corp. without the corporation's knowledge in 2012. After recovery of the core boxes and the 2012 petrographic samples and 2012 assay pulp, the corporation commissioned a study to determine whether drill bit fragments were the source of the high silver readings in one of the 2012 assay results reported on by Teuton in its news release dated Oct. 25, 2012. This study indicates that the high silver readings in the 2012 assay results were in fact the result of drill bit fragments, which contain silver solder and which appear to have been included in the core samples notwithstanding proper 2007 sampling procedure. While the corporation cannot be certain that this affected the 2007 assay results, it appears likely that the anomalous silver values for this 8.51-metre interval of hole TC07-04 reported in the Dec. 11, 2007, news release were also related to silver solder from fragments of the diamond drill bit. Accordingly, the anomalous silver values for this core interval as reported in the Dec. 11, 2007, news release should not be relied upon.

Teuton Resources Corp. has optioned its Yellow Chris South claims to Redhill Resources Corp. on terms as set out as follows. The property (see map) is located east of the town of Iskut in the Red Chris region of northwestern British Columbia (northern part of the "Golden Triangle").

The claims lie a few kilometers northeast of the recent discovery hole reported by Colorado Resources on its North Rok property, which ran 242 metres averaging 0.63% copper and 0.85 g/t gold. Colorado is currently drilling a step-out to the discovery hole.

On the Yellow Chris South claims previous work by Teuton has delineated an area of magnetic highs associated with adjacent magnetic lows. Limited soil geochemical sampling has shown values running from 5 to 271 ppm copper. The geophysical setting is similar to that at the North Rok property.

Redhill Resources Corp. is a TSX-V listed company that had $7.5 million worth of working capital as at the end of its last financial reporting period (Nov. 30, 2012). It plans an aggressive program of property wide soil sampling, geological mapping and IP surveying over the Yellow Chris South claims to start immediately. Positive results from such work will lead to a diamond drilling program.

To earn a 50% interest, the option requires Redhill to pay to Teuton $300,000 over four years, with a $75,000 downstroke upon signing. Redhill must also make four share payments to Teuton of 350,000 shares each (the first within five days of regulatory approval). The first year work commitment is $450,000 rising to $4,500,000 in aggregate over the four year term of the option.

Redhill has a second option to earn another 10% interest in the property, bringing its total interest to 60%. To exercise this second option it will have to give Teuton another $200,000 in cash, 200,000 in shares and spend another $2,000,000 on the property.

2013 FIELDWORK BEGINS ON TEUTON PROPERTIES

Teuton Resources Corp.'s 2013 fieldwork has begun on its Stewart area mineral properties.

High Property: A program of prospecting and rock sampling has begun on the King Tut zone, located at the northern end of the High property, approximately 50km north of Stewart in the Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia. The King Tut lies 150m south of the border between Teuton's High property and Pretium Resources' Brucejack-Snowfield property, the latter featuring the exceptionally high-grade gold Valley of the Kings zone. On July 23, 2013 Pretium Resources announced discovery of another high-grade structure in the Valley of the Kings, the Cleopatra vein, from which one drill intersection reported 5.8m grading 2,567 g/t gold (19.0 feet of 74.88 oz/ton gold).

Work in 2013 at the King Tut is being helped by very warm weather which has locally melted snow and ice, exposing several new areas of rock outcrop. A new showing featuring blue azurite stain has been discovered, samples from which have been sent in for assay. The aim of the program is to follow-up the 2012 King Tut discovery hole which ran 222m of 0.88 g/t gold, with an emphasis on untested, near-surface targets. These drill targets will be defined by results from ongoing surface sampling as well as last year's sampling which returned values which ran between 0.56 and 16.8 g/t gold. Drilling is scheduled for later in the field season, contingent upon obtaining the necessary financing.

D. Cremonese, P.Eng., President, said: "The new high-grade results from Pretium's Cleopatra vein underscore the mineral potential of this area. As we have only just begun to explore our High claims (only one hole drilled to date in this portion of the property), prospects for further discoveries must be considered excellent."

Tennyson Property: The Tennyson property is currently under option to Brigade Resources, a private company controlled by the Hunter Dickinson Group, owners of porphyry copper-gold mines located in North America. A $75,000 option payment due to Teuton was made by Brigade in June of 2013. Brigade can earn a 50% interest in the property by spending $6 million over four years. It is currently in the second year of the option.

Brigade has not yet formally told Teuton of its plans for the 2013 season, but it will have to spend over $1.3 million on the property from March 31, 2013 to the end of the second year of the option in order to keep the agreement intact.

Yellow Chris Claims: A crew will mobilize to Iskut on July 26, 2013 in order to begin a program of prospecting, geological mapping and soil sampling over several magnetic anomalies discovered by an airborne geophysical survey conducted on Teuton's unoptioned claims in the Red Chris/North ROK area. This work will be followed up by IP (Induced Polarization) geophysical surveying and diamond drill programs, again contingent upon obtaining the necessary financing.

Redhill Resources, optionee of Teuton's southernmost block of Yellow Chris claims (which adjoin directly to the northeast of Colorado Resources' North Rok copper-gold discovery), has also begun a program of soil sampling, geological mapping and geophysical surveying. Redhill can earn a 50% interest in the claims by spending $4.5 million over four years.

Das ist derzeit richtig, sie waren in den letzten 30 Jahren sehr wechselhaft ... es ist auch nicht förderlich, dass hier der juristische Konflikt nicht beigelegt wird. Aber: neben einer der größten Property-Ansammlungen in dem Gebiet, kann man durchaus darauf spekulieren das hier Seabridge Gold die Tunnelrechte unter Dach und Fach bringen muss, da sonst kaum eine Machbarkeitsstudie moeglich ist. In diesem Fall wuerde viel Geld fliessen.

Hier hat AMK die Kosten bis zu einem 3stelligen Millionenbereich geschätzt.

Die Exploration davon abhängig zu machen, wo gerade der Schnee geschmolzen ist

TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: $4 MILLION DRILL PROGRAM BEGINS ON TENNYSON PROPERTY

Teuton Resources Corp. has provided an update on the the following corporate developments. A major diamond drilling program has begun on its Tennyson property, situated 40km north of Stewart in the Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia. Operator of the program is Brigade Resources, a Hunter Dickinson company, which is in the second year of a four year option to earn a 50% interest in the property by spending $6million and making cash payments totaling $300,000.

Brigade has informed Teuton that its budget for the 2013 season is $4 million. Brigade intends to drill up to fifteen, 500m deep holes to extend and delineate known porphyry copper-gold mineralization on the property. One drill has been mobilized to the property and another is due to arrive shortly. A third drill may be brought in if conditions warrant. Blackhawk Drilling out of Smithers, BC is the drill contractor.

The program will initially concentrate on drill testing two high-temperature porphyry-style hydrothermal centres exposed within the property, namely at the Tennyson North Cu-Au Zone (TNZ) and the Tennyson Southeast Cu-Au Zone (TSEZ). A study of 19 historic drill holes (3,589m) intersecting the TNZ indicates widespread porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization over a 400 x 200 x 175m area. The TSEZ has similar alteration and mineralization characteristics to the TNZ, returned identical copper-gold surface rock chip results, and is essentially untested by drilling.

On August 20, 2013, Seabridge Gold announced diamond drilling results from work at its Iron Cap zone, the northernmost of four very large copper-gold deposits discovered on its KSM property. The Iron Cap lies some 800m from the border with Teuton's Treaty Creek property, located 25km north of the Tennyson property. One of the new holes reported by Seabridge Gold ran an impressive 1,023m (3,356 feet) averaging 0.77 g/t gold and 0.24% copper from 9m to 1,032m.

On August 19, 2013 Seabridge Gold contacted Teuton to ask if Seabridge and Teuton could recommence negotiations for Seabridge's proposed tunnel through the Treaty Creek Property.

TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: DRILL PROGRAM UNDER WAY ON HIGH PROPERTY

A diamond drill program is under way on Teuton Resources Corp.'s High property, located 60 kilometres north of Stewart, in the Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia.

The drilling program will concentrate on near surface mineralization in the King Tut zone, situated 150m south of the border between Teuton's High property and Pretium Resources' Brucejack-Snowfield property, the latter featuring the exceptionally high-grade gold Valley of the Kings zone. On July 23, 2013 Pretium Resources announced discovery of another high-grade structure in the Valley of the Kings, the Cleopatra vein, from which one drill intersection reported 5.8m grading 2,567 g/t gold (19.0 feet of 74.88 oz/ton gold). A map showing the King Tut in relation to surrounding properties and mineral deposits/zones accompanies this release.

Assay samples from an initial 15 grabs taken from the King Tut zone in 2013 returned values ranging from 120 to 11,820 ppb gold. Many of the samples were accompanied by elevated values in copper (58 to 2,538 ppm), lead (61 to 7,998 ppm) and zinc (54 to 7,529 ppm). The assemblage of elements in these samples is much different from last year's single hole into the King Tut which ran 222m grading 0.88 g/t gold, suggesting a different mineralizing event. Assays from further samples taken in the vicinity from stockwork type mineralization are awaited.

The drill is currently on the third hole of the program. Blackhawk Drilling out of Smithers, BC is the contractor.

Yellow Chris claims

Geochemical soil sampling results have also been received from reconnaissance lines emplaced over magnetic anomalies on Teuton's unoptioned Yellow Chris claims, located east of the Colorado Resources North ROK copper-gold discovery. Of 240 samples taken, values ranged from 4 to a very high 1,002 ppm copper. A crew will return to the claims shortly to construct grids around all copper anomalies for further soil sampling.

(Yesterday, it said Brigade Resources had begun a $4-million drill program at Tennyson, a property nearby.) Teuton has owned High for 27 years, but president Cremonese became interested only recently, thanks to global warming, which "has begun to melt back permanent ice and snowfields, exposing virgin ground." The property is also 150 metres from Pretium Resource Inc.'s (PVG: $9.34) Brucejack deposit, from which Pretium assayed 5.8 metres of 2,567 grams per tonne gold last week.

TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: REMAINING INTEREST IN TENNYSON PROPERTY SOLD TO BRIGADE FOR $7 MILLION

Teuton Resources Corp. has sold its remaining interest in the Tennyson property to Brigade Holdings Ltd. for $7-million, being $500,000 plus $6.5-million in subscription receipt units (shares and warrants) of Brigade. The agreement closed yesterday, September 9, 2013, and both cash and subscription rights have been received.

Brigade will own 100% of the Tennyson property plus the neighbouring Tide property. Teuton will have a 29% interest in Brigade, being the largest of several shareholdings in the company.

The Tennyson property, located 40km north of Stewart, BC in the Golden Triangle, is currently the subject of an up to $4 million drill program aimed at testing zones of porphyry copper-gold mineralization. Two drills have done about 3,500 metres to date and are currently on the ninth hole of the program.

"Brigade is pleased to have acquired 100% of the Tennyson property, which we believe holds significant potential to host an important, bulk tonnage-style copper-gold deposit", said Brigade Chairman Bob Dickinson. "Limited historical drilling has intersected broad intervals of copper gold mineralization," Dickinson said. "Brigade's exploration program at Tennyson will be focused on determining the full extent and geometry of the copper gold mineralization."

Eine Klarstellung hätte ich noch gerne. In einem anderen Forum hattest du behauptet, Teuton hätte einen Vertrag bezüglich der Tunnelrechte mit Seabridge abgeschlossen. Kurze Zeit später hattest du bei einem Kursspike nach oben auch in deinem Musterdepot einen Verkauf von Teuton gemeldet. Für mich ist dies ein gezieltes Einstellen von Falschmeldungen, eventuell gar in kursmanipulativer Absicht.

Das ist nicht richtig.

Ich rechne derzeit nicht mit einem Vertrag zwischen Seabridge Gold und TUO. Auch wenn da die Spekulationen hochkochen.

Ich hatte hier folgendes geschrieben:

Das war ein Tippfehler, denn habe ich andernorts bereits korrigiert. Falls du das meinst.
Der Teilverkauf fand dann ca. 2 Wochen spaeter statt, wo siehst du da einen zeitlichen Zusammenhang?

Natuerlich fehlen Seabridge Gold diverse Rechte und u.a. sind sie von Teuton abhaengig. Deswegen wird eine Verhandlung mit Gertrud Cremonese auch wirklich spassig.

The UH series gold mineralization is hosted in quartz vein stockworks within pervasively altered chlorite-sericite andesitic volcanic and volcaniclastic rocks that contain 10-20% disseminated pyrite, 1-3% galena, and 1-7% sphalerite accompanied by minor tetrahedrite. The low gold-silver ratio varying from about 1:1 to 1:4, suggests that the precious metals may be partially in the form of electrum, although this will have to be confirmed by petrographic studies.

The drill program on the High property is now finished. Core has been diamond sawed and was very recently sent out for analysis. Results are expected in about a month.

The High property is located immediately south of Pretium Resources’ Brucejack property which hosts the high-grade gold Valley of the Kings zone. It is approximately 60km north of Stewart in the Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia.

All assays were performed by Pioneer Laboratories of Richmond, BC, an accredited facility. The QA/QC protocol system employed during the 2013 exploration program included procedures for monitoring the chain-of-custody of samples and the insertion of blanks and reference standard samples in every batch of samples. TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: 2014 EXPLORATION TO FOCUS ON SEARCH FOR PORPHYRY COPPER-GOLD DEPOSITS ON HIGH PROPERTY

Plans are being developed for 2014 exploration on Teuton Resources Corp.'s High property, located 50 kilometres north of Stewart, B.C., in the Golden Triangle. The Company intends to carry out extensive reconnaissance surveys over the large High property to be followed up with drilling of identified targets, contingent upon obtaining necessary permits and financing.

In 2013 the BC Geological Survey carried out investigations in the region of the High property, culminating in Paper 2014-1, pp 111-140, by J. Nelson and J. Kyba, entitled "Structural and stratigraphic control of porphyry and related mineralization in the Treaty Glacier - KSM - Brucejack - Stewart trend of western Stikinia". This work focused on the McTagg anticlinorium and its relation to the many deposits which are presently being developed in the area. All five of the deposits on Seabridge Gold's KSM property-the Iron Cap, Mitchell, Sulphurets, Kerr and Deep Kerr-are thought to be related to the Sulphurets thrust fault, a major structural feature traversing the KSM property. Notably, the BC Geological Survey has now extended this fault southward about 8 km into Teuton ground (see map). This highly prospective feature will be one of the principal focuses of the 2014 reconnaissance work.

Nelson and Kyba state that: "The Treaty Glacier-KSM-Brucejack-Stewart trend is one of the most productive and promising in northwestern British Columbia". Exploration carried out over the past ten years in the KSM-Brucejack portion of this trend resulting in the discovery of many large mineral deposits confirms this statement. The Mitchell deposit is a behemoth with proven reserves of 473 million tons grading 0.67 g/t gold and 0.17% copper, and probable reserves of 935 million tons grading 0.57 g/t gold and 0.16% copper. Seabridge Gold very recently released an inferred resource estimate for its new Deep Kerr deposit of 515 million tonnes grading 0.36 g/t gold and 0.53% copper. Just east of the Sulphurets fault and lying alongside the Brucejack fault is the very rich Valley of the Kings deposit of Pretium Resources. It boasts 1.2 million ounces of gold in the measured mineral resource category (two million tonnes grading 19.3 g/t gold); 7.5 million ounces of gold in the indicated mineral resource category (13.4 million tonnes grading 17.4 g/t gold); and, 4.9 million ounces of gold in the inferred mineral resource category (5.9 million tonnes grading 25.6 g/t gold). All three of these deposits are world-class in stature.

Teuton has done minimal work to date on its very extensive High property, bordering to the immediate south of Pretium's Brucejack and Seabridge Gold's KSM properties. A one-hole drilling program undertaken in 2012 on the newly discovered King Tut zone located just south of the Pretium-Teuton border resulted in an intersection running 222m of 0.88 g/t gold. This intersection compares well with the average intersections obtained in the first ten holes drilled by Pretium into their Bridge deposit, located less than 2km to the north. Numerous gossanous zones lying just to the southwest of the King Tut (on Teuton ground) remain to be fully investigated.

A literature search conducted over the 2013-14 months has disclosed details of an old prospecting traverse on Seabridge Gold's ground located a few hundred meters north of the common boundary between the KSM and High property (see map). Rock geochemical samples taken along this traverse carried anomalous copper values of the same magnitude as those found over what is now the Kerr deposit and may possibly indicate the presence of another porphyry system. Teuton plans to investigate this area in 2014 for potential extensions of the suggested porphyry-type mineralization onto its High property.

All zones of gossanous rock located on both sides of the southward extension of the Sulphurets fault are to be investigated. A cluster of these occurrences lies along the highly altered Orion nunatak completely controlled by Teuton claims. Past work has identified high-grade gold values in one part of this nunatak (Cat-in-the-Hat showing). To the east, in the area of the High South target, further work is planned on an area where chalcopyrite mineralization was found in 2011. Prospecting in this area uncovered gold values ranging from 0.74 to 47.8 g/t gold. The area was not drilled due to an overhanging glacier which may now have receded enough to carry on additional work.

Plans for further work on the porphyry copper-gold Tennyson claims (adjoining the High property to the south) upon which Brigade Resource spent up to $4 million in 2013, will be announced when and if legal documents arranging for its return to Teuton have been completed.

In other developments, the Company has recently been notified by Redhill Resources that it will not be continuing with its option on a portion of the Yellow Chris claims, located in the Red Chris area east of the town of Iskut.

LITIGATION UPDATE

Teuton Resources Corp. has provided a litigation update in regard to Supreme Court of British Columbia, Vancouver registry, action No. S-107895, American Creek Resources Ltd. versus Teuton Resources.

The Supreme Court of British Columbia has issued reasons for judgment with respect to the trial of the action.

The court held that American Creek Resources is entitled to an order that Teuton forthwith transfer to American Creek Resources legal title to Teuton's mineral claims known as the Treaty Creek property and that American Creek Resources will henceforth hold an undivided 49-per-cent interest in those mineral claims in trust for the company.

The court's decision does not affect title to any of the company's other properties.

The court dismissed American Creek Resources' claim for punitive damages and granted liberty to the parties to speak to costs.

The company intends to appeal the court's decision.

AGREEMENT REACHED TO PURCHASE 50% INTEREST IN DEL NORTE-MIDAS PROPERTY

Teuton Resources Corp. has reached an agreement with Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. to purchase Sabina's 50-per-cent interest in the Del Norte-Midas property, located 20 miles east of Stewart, B.C. Teuton currently owns a 50-per-cent interest in the Del Norte portion of the property and a 25-per-cent interest in the Midas portion (Silver Grail Resources owns the other 25 per cent of the Midas property). Sabina originally earned its interest in the Del Norte property by taking an assignment from Lateegra Resources Corp. (now Lateegra Gold Corp.) of the latter company's option to earn a 50-per-cent interest in the Del Norte property from Teuton. Sabina earned its interest in 2007.

Teuton will issue 500,000 shares of its common stock to Sabina and has agreed to grant Sabina a 1-per-cent net smelter returns royalty in the property, one-half of which can be repurchased for $1-million. The buyback on the net smelter returns royalty is limited to any time prior to completion of a feasibility study. Teuton has also agreed to compensate Lateegra, which had retained some rights under the original assignment from Lateegra to Sabina. Teuton has granted Lateegra a 1-per-cent net smelter returns royalty in the Del Norte property, one-half of which can be repurchased for $500,000. Lateegra and Silver Grail have both given their consent to the purchase from Sabina.

The agreement is subject to signing of certain closing documents and TSX Venture Exchange approval. An announcement will be made when the agreement closes. After closing, Teuton will own a 100-per-cent interest in the Del Norte property and a 75-per-cent interest in the Midas property, subject to the net smelter returns royalties as described above.

CARDSTON, ALBERTA–(Jan. 26, 2015) - American Creek Resources Ltd. ($AMK:CA) (the “Corporation”) wishes to provide a further update in the litigation with Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) over the Treaty Creek property, located in the “golden triangle” of northwest British Columbia.

COSTS JUDGMENT

On November 26, 2014 the British Columbia Supreme Court awarded the Corporation costs against Teuton in the amount of $621,712. The Order for this judgment was entered January 19, 2015. The Court also awarded “special costs” in an amount to be determined by the Registrar of the Court.

SEIZURE OF TEUTON’S ASSETS

The Corporation reports that pursuant to the Court Order Enforcement Act, it has had a Bailiff of the British Columbia Supreme Court seize all of the mineral tenures registered to Teuton at the Mineral Titles Branch in Vancouver, British Columbia. These mineral tenures, together with any other assets seized by the Corporation, may be sold at auction to satisfy the Corporation’s judgment against Teuton and any costs of the garnishing proceedings.

The Corporation has also garnisheed Teuton’s bank account. All funds realized from the seizure will be paid into court pending payment of the funds to the Corporation pursuant to the Act.

Teuton has notified the Corporation that on January 30, 2015 it will apply to the court for a stay of the enforcement.

SPECIAL COSTS HEARING

A hearing before the Registrar of the British Columbia Supreme Court to determine the amount of special costs owed by Teuton to the Corporation will be held March 31 and April 1, 2015. The Corporation expects the amount awarded to be significant. Assets of Teuton seized by the Corporation may be liquidated to satisfy the special costs judgment as well.

APPEAL HEARING

As previously reported, the Corporation was successful at trial in the litigation with Teuton over the Treaty Creek property and was awarded a 51% interest in the property. Teuton has appealed the Court’s decision. The British Columbia Court of Appeal will hear the appeal on March 9-11, 2015. The Corporation expects to prevail at the Court of Appeal.

As also previously reported, Holmes & King, Teuton’s third law firm in this matter, has withdrawn as Teuton’s legal counsel. As far as is known to the Corporation, Teuton does not presently have legal counsel representing it in the appeal.

The Corporation will continue to provide litigation updates as this matter progresses.

Es ist täglich damit zu rechnen, dass der Hauptanteilseigner Tudor Gold seine neue Website frei schaltet und der News Flow beginnt. Anfang Juli sollte TUO zudem mit seinem diesjährigen Arbeitsprogramm beginnen. Alleine das Aufschließen zur MK von American Creek würde eine Verdreifachung bedeuten, sollte ein heißer Sommer werden...
