Intellect Neurosciences, Inc. Obtains New Patent for Alzheimer's Vaccine From the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("US


Intellect Neurosciences, Inc. (OTCBB:ILNS), a biopharmaceutical company with an internal preclinical and clinical-stage pipeline and licenses with major pharmaceutical companies covering products in late-stage clinical trials, announced today that it has received a new patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") in relation to the Company's RECALL-VAXTM technology platform. Patents for RECALL-VAXTM have been issued in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, and corresponding patent applications are pending in Canada, China, Japan and Israel. RECALL-VAXTM is a method to immunize people to produce highly specific natural antibodies against the beta amyloid ("Aβ") protein before it causes irreversible damage by accumulating in the brains of Alzheimer's patients. The vaccine has the potential to delay onset or prevent Alzheimer's disease in individuals susceptible by age, genetic or other risk factor. The approach can be applied to additional therapeutic targets associated with Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative conditions. Professor Benjamin Chain, Department of Immunology, UCL School of Life and Medical Sciences, London, UK, is the inventor of RECALL-VAXTM. Professor Chain, brother of Dr. Daniel Chain, Intellect's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is a member of the Company's scientific advisory board.

However, instead of administering antibodies to patients, RECALL-VAXTM involves injecting a small piece of Aβ coupled to an innocuous bacterial protein with the goal of allowing the patient's immune system to generate antibodies that uniquely bind Aβ. A vaccine of this nature, which is analogous to a flu shot, could be viewed as the ultimate quest in Alzheimer's research. Alzheimer's disease, the most common form of dementia, is characterized by progressive loss of memory and cognition, ultimately leading to complete debilitation and death. A hallmark feature of Alzheimer's pathology is the presence of insoluble protein deposits, known as amyloid beta, on the surface of nerve cells, which results from the accumulation of soluble neurotoxic amyloid beta in the brain. nein habe mit den news gekauft. 0,002 ist mein ek. habe aber gestern schon sofort nach der news gepostet. nur nicht hier im thread weil die aktie nicht verfügbar war. also bevor du wieder unsachlich den thread zu postest bitte erst informieren.

und hier wurden gestern 300mio. aktien gehandelt nach dieser riesen news. habe ich warscheinlich gepusht oder

und nochmal für dich. ich lebe vom otc handel. das ginge nicht, wenn ich weit oben einsteigen würde.

denke ich nicht. da die aktie vermutlich heute bei ca. 004 startet bin ich am start schon 100% grün. und das wird noch mehr. warte mal ab. bei 200% wären es für mich 10000€ gewinn. bitte kein mitleid oder neid. ich komme denke ich ganz gut an der otc zurecht und benötige weder deine noch loserins hilfe. aber danke für eure warnungen.

Ich gehöre ja zu denjenigen, die zu Recht die letzten Pusherthreads von Imperator kritisiert haben. Auch habe ich mich nicht erst nach dem Absturz zu Wort gemeldet, sondern vorher auf die Rohrkrepierer hingewiesen. Der Grund dafür lag einfach in der perfiden Methode:
- sich eine Aktie auszusuchen, die vorher kaum Umsatz hatte,
- diese dann mit ein paar Mitstreitern hochzukaufen (was ja sogar mit einem Taschgengeld möglich ist)
- anschließend einen Dummpush-Thread zu eröffnen
- gleichzeitig im IHUB zu pushen mit angeblichen Gerüchten
- daraus dann ein großes Interesse der Amis an der Aktie zu suggerieren, obwohl nur Imperator & Co pushten.
Ziel dieser Aktion war einzig und allein, Lemminge zu finden, die die Aktien teuer abkaufen.

Den jetzigen Thread nehme ich davon aus !!

Auch wenn diese Aktie als OTC-Wert natürlich viele Risiken hat, treffen die oben genannten Methoden hier nicht zu.
- das Wichtigste: Hier wird der Umsatz nicht ausschließlich von Taschengeldzockern erzeugt
- die Meldung ist real und keine Erfindung von Imperator
- auf IHUB ist wirklich Interesse, die deutschen Pusher sind in der Unterzahl, die Amis machen den Kurs

Insofern überlasse ich Imperator diesen Thread und wünsche ihm mit dieser Aktie viel Glück. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass dein Einkaufskurs zwischen 0,0026 und 0,0028 liegt, denn anschließend wurdest du auf IHUB aktiv.

Solltest Du wieder zu obigen Methoden zurückkehren, werde ich wieder von mir hören lassen. Bis dahin gute Trades !

zu 50% zu 0035 mit 70%+ verkauft. die anderen 50% halte ich denn ich denke das es gleich wieder hoch gehen wird. finde es aber toll das du mir gerade zu meinen gewinnen gratulieren willst. hätte zwar besser zu 004 gestern verkauft aber keiner ist perfekt. aber besser ich handel und mache 3-4000€ in 23 stunden als wie du nur anderen hinterher zu laufen und blödsinn zu quatschen.

ich bin nun komplett raus. auch wenn ich im schnitt nur 50%+ gemacht habe 2500€ ist das für mich ein gelungener trade. hätte mehr sein können aber man kann nicht immer auf dem hoch verkaufen. darum um so wichtiger unten ein zu steigen.

sieht so aus als ob die firma gerade dilution betreibt. das sehe ich mir dann nicht länger mit an. dann lieber die leine ziehen.

sehen uns beim nächsten run sicher wieder. kannst dich dann wieder freuen wenn ich gewinne mache. so ich suche mal die nächste

NEW YORK, Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Intellect Neurosciences, Inc. (OTCBB: ILNS), a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery and development of disease-modifying therapeutic agents for the treatment of Alzheimer's and other neurological diseases announces today the commencement of the initial development of its new CONJUMAB-A platform technology for a novel class of therapeutics for treatment of Alzheimer's disease and other proteinopathies based on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Dr. Daniel G. Chain, the Company's Chairman and CEO and inventor of the CONJUMAB-A technology, will provide a brief description of the CONJUMAB-A technology during his presentation at BioInvestor Forum 2011 and in a video interview at the World ADC Summit, both taking place in San Francisco this week.

The new ADC- based technology has the potential to improve on current methods of passive immunotherapy by increasing clearance of amyloid proteins while delivering potent cytoprotective molecules to sites of damage in the brain and other organs. CONJUMAB-A is designed to reduce inflammation caused by amyloidosis while avoiding vasogenic edema, a side effect of plaque dissolution that occurs in some patients.
