jedoch hat man die zeichen der zeit erkannt und kümmert sich
inzwischen ebenfalls um die segmente pres. metals/ REE und auch
gold.

dafür wurde ende 2010 das komplette Dawson Hinkler Uranium Project
an TORO energy verkauft, wobei satte $ 6,2 mios erlöst wurden und
die CASH- posi zum ende von 03.2011 auf akt. 7,26 mios erhöhte.

NICHT schlecht für einen gut aufgestellten explorer der bei 105mio shares mal grad ne MK von knapp 15,- mios aufweist !!!


damit ist nicht nur das diesjährige expl.- programm abgesichert,
sondern bietet auch raum für aussichtsreiche aquis......aber lest
mal selbst..........

Diamond Drilling commences from uranium on the Ashburton JV


2nd May 2011 ASX Code: UTO ASX ANNOUNCEMENT Diamond Drilling Commences in the Ashburton Diamond drilling on the Ashburton Joint Venture in Western Australia, commenced on 1st May 2011.

U3O8 Limited has an eight hole, helicopter supported diamond drilling programme planned at Ristretto and the nearby Anomaly 22, both anomalies in the north of the Ashburton Joint Venture. Visible uranium mineralisation with assays in excess of 1% U3O8, was identified within the sandstone sequence at both localities during the mapping and geochemical sampling programmes in 2010.

U3O8 Limited has also identified samples with up to 2.7g/t Au in the sandstone sequence.

Drilling will aim to intersect the structure hosting the uranium mineralisation within the sandstone and the underlying basement. Holes will vary in depth from approximately 80 metres to 200 metres.

Samples will be collected from anomalies identified from previous sampling, the radiometric survey completed in 2007 and the hyperspectral survey completed in 2010.

Samples will be assayed for a wide range of elements including uranium, precious metals, base metals and rare earths. May ended with the uranium spot price down US50c to US$56.50/lb from its earlier price but US$1.50 higher than the April close.

The market was left to contemplate the implications of Germany’s post-Fukushima decision to phase out nuclear energy in the country by 2022.

There was very little activity in the week with only three transactions totalling 375,000/lbs of U3O8 equivalent noted by industry consultant TradeTech, and the spot price remained at the US$56.50/lb level. No new business was transacted in the term markets…………………………………

Bannerman Resources receives cash offer from Hanlong Group

Bannerman Resources (ASX: BMN, TSX: BAN, NSX: BMN) is another example of the increased takeover activity in the small end of the Australian resource market, with the company receiving a conditional cash offer from Chinese conglomerate Sichuan Hanlong Group (Hanlong).

The Hanlong cash offer is priced at A$0.612 per share for 100% of Bannerman, which is a 59% premium to the last traded price of $0.385.......

bestand von knapp 6,- mios zum ende von q2.2011

die nen dringd. fin.- bedarf haben, angesichts ner CASH- posi von nur noch
0,6mio ( stand 11.2011 !!) gem. nachfolg. brochure.....bei ner dafür satten
MK von 13,- cadmios !!!!!

in diesen tagen startet auf dem vielversprechenden OLARY- eisenerz- proj. ein
20.000m- bohrprogramm, womit nachdrücklich unterstrichen wird, daß man nebst
bisherigem schwerpunkt U308 nun ein 2. standbein aufbaut.......und auch im gold/ silber-
sektor hat man mit SALTWATER ein int. proj. gefunden und weitere sollen dort noch folgen.........

das BESTE - die dafür benötigten mittel stehen mit knapp maud 5,3
bereits zur verfgg. !!!!

HIGHLIGHTS

Diamond drilling continues on Olary Creek iron ore targets. A total of 18 diamond drill holes have been drilled in this programme by the end of the Quarter. Diamond drilling will continue at Olary Creek in January 2012, with a further 20,000 metres of reverse circulation and diamond drilling planned for the first half of 2012.

U3O8 Limited signs a Heads of Agreement on the Sierra Cuadrada Uranium Project in Argentina. The Company continues to pursue quality projects in Australia and South America. Regional geochemical sampling has identified a new significant silver anomaly on the Saltwater Pool JV with stream sediment result over 100g/t Ag.

Company receives the hy-logging data results from the cored drill holes completed on the Ashburton Joint Venture earlier in the year. The Cerro Chacon Project consists of 11 tenements, covering an area of approximately 419km2, in the province of Chubut, in the Patagonia region of Argentina.

The project area is prospective for low sulphidation epithermal gold-silver mineralisation with several very significant anomalies having previously been identified. jooo, DAMIT wird nun auch in der namensgebung verdeutlicht, daß
es sich NICHT mehr um nen ´reinen´ U308- titel handelt !!!


...grad die jüngsten aquis haben diese NEU- ausrichtung ja
schon angekündigt - evtl. folgt als nächstes noch ne weitere
im boomenden graphit- sektor.......CASH dafür ist ja noch hinreichend vorhanden

Bin ganz Deiner Meinung. Deren andere Projekte sind viel zu gut, als dass man sie unter dem Titel Uran laufen lassen sollte.
