ich habe vorgestern die Investor Relations Abteilung von Prospect kontaktiert, da ich gerne wissen wollte, wer denn die Top-Shareholder sind. Außerdem wollte ich ein paar Kennzahlen nachfragen.

Die breite Aufstellung war auch eines der Argumente, die mich zu einem Kauf geführt haben. Die stabile - und v.a. überaus hohe - Dividendenendite natürlich ein weiterer Grund...
Es gab tatsächlich stabile Ausschüttungen. Allerdings hat man parallel zur Umstellung von "quarterly" auf "monthly" dividends eine deutliche Kürzung "versteckt". Von bislang ca. 0,4 US$ auf ca. 0,3 US$.

Ich habe - natürlich - keine Insiderinformationen, was die Dividende angeht.
Aber: die Dividende, die Ende August ausgezahlt wird, ist nach wie vor auf Höchstniveau (d.h. monatliche Dividende von 0,1013 US$). Das entspricht bei aktuellem Kurs einer Rendite von >14%.
Die für Ende September vorgesehene Dividende liegt auf dem gleichen Niveau, also auch 0,1013 US$. Beide Dividenden sind bereits "verabschiedet".

Generell ist zu sagen, dass Prospect historisch gesehen stabile Dividenden zahlt. Ich gehe also von weiteren hohen Ausschüttungen aus.

da versteh einer Mr Market - Prospect fällt, wenn der Markt sich nach oben bewegt. Und Prospect steigt, wenn der Markt "zusammenbricht".

Übrigens: beim aktuellen Kurs ergibt sich eine Dividendenrendite von 13,49%. So sehr ich mich über die fallenden Kurse ärgere, um so schöner ist die prozentuale Rendite...
