By Tony Lystra – Tech Editor, Puget Sound Business Journal
13 hours ago

There was no question T-Mobile CEO John Legere would see a big payoff for closing the company’s acquisition of Sprint – the question was how big it would be.

SEC documents show that Legere was granted more than $50.52 million in stock at $85.13 per share, according to Securities and Exchange Commission documents. His stock holdings in the company now total nearly 2.5 million shares.

Legere, with his long hair and bombast, cultivated a maverick image for the T-Mobile brand. He exited his role as CEO when the $37 billion Sprint deal closed April 1, ...

The Sprint acquisition calls for an exchange ratio of about 11 Sprint shares for each T-Mobile share. Softbank Group Corp., which owns Sprint, agreed to surrender approximately 48.8 million T-Mobile shares acquired in the merger back to T-Mobile immediately following the deal’s close.

Sprint shareholders other than SoftBank will receive a fixed exchange ratio of 0.10256 T-Mobile shares for each Sprint share, or the equivalent of about 9.75 Sprint shares for each T-Mobile share. ...

It appears we must remind you and your colleagues of the fact that your powers as Commander-in-Chief extend only to the resources and personnel available to you as Commander-in-Chief, that is, the U.S. Armed Services.

Your Executive Orders only have force and effect over the actual domestic population of the [British Territorial] United States of America, the actual Federal employees and equipment allocations, and should not be extended to or imposed upon the General Population of this country, which is being harmed by these actions promoting a simulated war.

We are forwarding a message to United Nations Secretary-General Gutteres this morning as a joint action of our lawful government and the High Council in charge of the Precessional Transition. The damage being done to the usable atmospheric oxygen levels by 5G is totally unacceptable and constitutes a threat to life on Earth.

We are pursuing further action against various corporations and governmental services companies that have misdirected the use of Artificial Intelligence for corporate gain, including Elon Musk's operations, the deployment of literally tens of thousands of mini-satellites and millions of remotely controlled surveillance drones.

These technological developments are all precedent to violation of the Universal Law of Freewill and won't be tolerated.

We wish for these developments to be shut down and/or re-directed to appropriate subject matter, such as the collection of atmospheric data, mapping mineral deposits, and similar harmless non-invasive tasks.

These technologies are never to be applied to living people for crowd control or "wire-tapping" their physical location or physical condition, except in the single case of verifiable rescue operations aimed at extracting individuals from life-threatening situations. Period.

The actual government of this country, The United States of America --- the unincorporated State --- has not declared any emergency related to any influenza outbreak, and after considerable effort, we have ...

The Satanists, for their part, have not yet surrendered completely and are threatening another wave of electromagnetic attacks. Below are some of their threats as conveyed by a source who is now under police questioning:

“We are living in end times for sure. I have told you before that there will be an event that will be known globally between May 3-13. This is the 3rd electromagnetic wave coming into mother Gaia. I told you a few weeks ago, that there will be a total of 7 electromagnetic waves and it may take up to 18 months. When this is over, we will be in the 5D new world.”

Look how the media is putting it out there already:

https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2020/04/18/uk-could-face-up…

This is even closer to the truth:

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/forget-pandemic-could…

“’We have seen this movie before and are living through it now,” said Peter Pry, one of the nation’s leading experts on electromagnetic pulses; “the electric grid killer that threatens naturally from the sun and from weapons held by China.”

In other words, they are still hoping to stage electromagnetic and other attacks in an attempt to get China and the U.S. to blame each other and start their long awaited Armageddon.

There is plenty of proof now the coronavirus pandemic is a combination of a failed bioweapons attack with a more deadly electromagnetic attack using 5G. The link below to a scientific article shows how close the correlation to pandemic deaths is to 5G deployments.

http://www.radiationdangers.com/5g/study-shows-direct-correl…

NSA and MI6 sources say they are also getting intelligence about some sort of mass murder attack on or around May 11th on New York or Washington DC that the Satanists will try to blame on China.

To prevent further attacks, executives involved in promoting 5G are being steadily removed. The biggest to go last week was Randall Stephenson the Chairman of AT&T. Since AT&T also owns CNN, it’s possible this network will finally be forced to start reporting the truth.

Speaking about truth, the newly nominated spokesman for U.S. the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Michael Caputo, has blamed George Soros and the Rothschild family for trying to exploit the coronavirus pandemic in order to promote their own agendas.

https://sputniknews.com/us/202004241079082126-new-us-health-…

The Satanists are also taking credit for the murder of North Korean strongman Kim Jong Un saying:

“They pointed an advanced viral energy weapon at him and irradiated him. They had a perfect “shot” and the Morgellons started. The biohazard Morgellons literally short-circuited him by taking over his body and closing down his electrical system. In medical terms his sodium booster went haywire. Guess who did this… South Korea when Un came to the border to meet Trump on June 30th, 2019. Trump knew. It was a huge setup. Trump deliberately stayed motionless. Un was made into a brutal psychopath. His father made him watch murders at a young age so that he would not flinch.”

Of course the real reason they wanted to attack Kim is because he refused to hand over North Korea’s vast mineral wealth to them in order to stave off the bankruptcy of the U.S. Corporation. It was also yet another attempt to provoke a U.S.-China war by making it seem like the Americans were responsible for his death.

The North Koreans are now saying Kim is alive. This probably means they have decided to go ahead and use a look alike in order to maintain stability. “The use of body doubles is usually to provide cover and continuity in the event of anything unexpected,” MI6 sources note.

Thus continues the war of planetary liberation.

T-Mobile closing hundreds more Metro stores: reports
by Monica Alleven | Apr 30, 2020 5:29pm

Some T-Mobile-branded stores are expected to close, but they probably will get priority due to costs associated with rebranding. (FierceWireless)

Multiple sources are reporting that T-Mobile is closing down more Metro by T-Mobile prepaid stores – to now include possibly 1,500 to 2,000 exclusive Metro by T-Mobile shops.

T-Mobile provided the following statement after this story first published: "We are always optimizing our retail footprint as a normal course of business to ensure we are in the best position to support the thousands of communities we serve across the U.S. We recently notified some dealer stores that we will transition them to T-Mobile stores and we will also close a small number of redundant locations.”

Previous reports said a number of non-exclusive Metro by T-Mobile dealers were given termination notices. This time, the closures are for stores that sell only Metro by T-Mobile as opposed to the ones that sell multiple brands, including those from other ...

Dish not worried about funding for Boost, 5G network

COVID-19 is wreaking havoc on Dish Network’s existing business, but it’s not backing off plans to build a greenfield 5G network that it intends to make the envy of the world.

Dish’s access to the financial markets has been a big question mark as the COVID-19 crisis took hold and sent financial markets into a tizzy. But Dish indicated on the company’s quarterly conference call on Thursday that over the past 13 months, it has paid down $2.5 billion in debt and raised $1 billion in equity, and it continues to generate a fair amount of cash flow.

“The funding part is not the thing that’s keeping us up at night,” said Dish Chairman and co-founder Charlie Ergen during the call.

by Monica Alleven | May 11, 2020 5:41pm

The new T-Mobile just closed the merger with Sprint on April 1, and it’s already put its hard-fought 2.5 GHz spectrum to work in two markets. In fact, it teases that it might deploy at a pace that surprises the competition.

“We will deploy across thousands of sites this year, and I think that’s going to surprise our competition,” said T-Mobile President of Technology Neville Ray, speaking at a MoffettNathanson virtual investor conference on Monday. “They think this is going to take us kind of another two to three years to get some momentum and speed, and it won’t. We already have momentum.”

Ray explained that a lot of these 2.5 GHz radio and antenna deployments are at existing sites, so it’s not as if they have to start at ground zero. It was able to conduct a lot of leasing and permitting work prior to the close of the merger – at a risk, because it was possible its opposition might prevail. In the end, however, all that prior work paid off....

Marek’s Take: Mobile operators shouldn’t underestimate their cable competitors
by Sue Marek | May 11, 2020 9:34am

...

Comcast and Charter together added 505,000 postpaid customers in the quarter. AT&T added just 87,000 postpaid customers and Verizon lost 68,000 postpaid customers. T-Mobile was the big winner of the top three wireless operators with its 452,000 postpaid net adds. Sprint, meanwhile, lost 348,000 postpaid customers in the quarter (T-Mobile completed its acquisition of Sprint on April 1).

Lowenstein believes that the cable operators will have even more options in a couple of years. When Dish, for example, launches its 5G network, it might offer a more favorable wholesale deal than what Verizon currently offers. Or when T-Mobile completes its integration of Sprint’s network, it might offer a more compelling deal to the cable companies.

For now, however, the cable companies seem content with their existing MVNO play that is focused on luring valuable postpaid customers away from the traditional big-three wireless operators. This strategy allows them time to fine-tune their long-term wireless strategy and look for ways to become less reliant upon their host operator ...

Deutsche Telekom: Milliarden-Deal mit Softbank – geht jetzt alles ganz schnell?

... 💩 ... hose runter ... macht €uch keine Sorgen ... 😴 ... macht €uch keine Hoffnung ...🤥 ... Einkaufsliste für wen ... von Verkaufliste gestrichen ... 😜 ...

Scoop: Ted Lieu pens letter to Mulvaney demanding answers on WH cyber departures

Alexi McCammond

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) sent a letter to acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney on Friday, obtained by Axios, asking the White House to explain the recent series of departures from various cybersecurity offices, as we reported earlier this week.

The state of play: "A White House data breach would give our adversaries an untold advantage in almost every foreign policy and national security matter," Lieu wrote.

Why it matters: The letter is the first known step from a member of Congress seeking answers from the White House on how they are protecting themselves from potential cyber and national security threats.

Lieu's letter also brings up concerns about how consolidation in cybersecurity offices "fits the President's history of obstructing and hiding transcripts and government business by manipulating internal bureaucratic procedures."
