ob meine schulische Ausbildung/Bildungsgrad dafür reicht

Auch in diesem Punkt gebe ich Dir recht.

      Ms. Judy Baker reports

      CENIT UPDATE ON COPPERCORP PROJECT

Cenit Corp. commenced a drill program at the Coppercorp project in July, 2011, to test the B zone and the depth extension of the past-producing Coppercorp Mine C zone. The drill program has been expanded to include testing the SB zone and the Kincaid Breccia. In conjunction with the drill program; there is an ongoing mapping and surface sampling program. The Coppercorp Project is located approximately 85 kilometres northwest of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Cenit and its joint venture partner First Minerals Exploration Ltd. retain approximately 60 square kilometres of contiguous claims at the Coppercorp Project.

Coppercorp B Zone and C Zone Drill Results

Surface sampling of the B Zone returned a weighted average grade of 4.94% copper across 3 metres over an 8 metre strike length of exposed vein at the north end of the zone, and 2.84% copper across 3 metres over a 17 metre strike length of discontinuously exposed vein at the south end of the zone. The mineralized veins and breccia veins were intersected in most drill holes. Drill hole cross sections are currently being prepared in order to determine the continuity and grade of the mineralized zone(s). The depth of the mineralized intercepts from surface is between 12 and 40 meters.

      Significant results include:

BCP-1-11 intercepted 5.58 metres of 1.97% copper and 20.85 gpt silver

BCP-4-11 intercepted 3.65 metres of 1.4% copper and 3.9 gpt silver

      BCP-3-11 intercepted 0.9 metres of 0.45% copper

      BCP-9-11 intercepted 1.5 metres of 0.42% copper

      BCP-12-11 intercepted 1 metres of 0.9% copper
Assays are pending for the one drill hole designed to test the depth extension of the past-producing Coppercorp Mine C-Zone.

Coppercorp Historic Data Compilation and Review

Historic data is being collected, digitized, 3D modeled and will be interpreted in conjunction with results to date. Historical data includes relevant data from past geological mapping, drilling, mining and various airborne and ground geophysical surveys.

      Coppercorp Surface Program

A total of 47 rock chip and grab samples were collected and assayed on the 16 Block which includes the Kincaid Breccia. The surface sampling and mapping programs are currently in progress on the North 16 Block of the Coppercorp Project.

Although 4 assays are pending; sampling results to date include:

16 of the 47 samples across the block returned copper values higher than
      100 ppm

A newly identified quartz/hematite breccia ran 0.31% copper and 1 ppm
      silver

Of the four grab samples taken from the Kincaid Breccia; two of the
samples assayed 0.11% copper and 0.6% copper, and one sample assayed
3.44% copper, 29.6 ppm silver and 0.184 ppm gold.

Surface mapping of the Kincaid Breccia has traced the zone over 400
metres. The approximate width varies from 40 metres up to 200 metres at
      its widest point.
Technical information on the Coppercorp Project has been reviewed and approved by Delio Tortosa, P. Geol. who is a "Qualified Person" under National Instrument 43-101 and a consultant to Cenit.

      Cenit drills 4.8 m of 7.2% Cu, 144 g/t Ag at Batchawana

      2011-11-07 12:17 ET - News Release

      Ms. Judy Baker reports

CENIT INTERSECTS 4.8 M OF 7.27% COPPER, 144 G/T SILVER AT BATCHAWANA COPPER PROJECT

Cenit Corp. completed the SB zone drill program in October, 2011, consisting of six drill holes. The program was designed to test the SB zone which is the southeast extension of the past-producing Coppercorp mine. Assays are pending for the last two drill holes completed on the SB zone. The drill has now been moved to test a second target, the Kincaid breccia, located six kilometres northeast of the Coppercorp mine. The reconnaissance geological mapping and surface sampling program has now been completed.

The Batchawana copper project is located approximately 85 kilometres northwest of Sault Ste. Marie, Ont. Cenit and its joint venture partner First Minerals Exploration Ltd. retain approximately 60 square kilometres of contiguous claims covering a large part of the prospective Mamainse Point formation and the western portion of the Batchawana greenstone belt.

Coppercorp SB zone drill program results

Six NQ-sized drill holes have been completed on the SB zone totalling 980 metres. Shallow drill holes BCP-15-11 and BCP-16-11 were designed to test the near-surface mineralization above level 1. Deeper drill holes BCP-17, 19, 21, and 24 were designed to test the extension of the SB zone below level 3 (145 metres depth). All drill holes intersected copper-silver mineralization 25 to 50 metres along the downdip extension of the SB zone from level 3. From preliminary cross-sections, it appears that the typical mineralized vein breccia has been intersected, along with a possible splay vein. Composite assay result for the first four drill holes are summarized in an attached table. Assays are pending for the mineralized sections in drill holes BCP-21-11 and BCP-24-11, which intersected the mineralized vein breccia and chalcocite-bearing veins.

      Kincaid breccia drill program update

Surface mapping of the Kincaid breccia has traced the breccia zone over 400 metres in a northwest-southeast direction. The approximate width varies from 40 metres up to 200 metres at its widest point. The breccia has been interpreted to be in fault contact with mafic volcanics and intrusives of the the Mamainse Point formation and occurs near the unconformity with Archean greenstones.

Four drill holes on 100-metre centres and 250 metres in length will test the contact between the breccia and mafic volcanics and the extent of copper-silver mineralization in the breccia. New assay results from grab samples of the mineralized portions of the breccia are summarized in an attached table.

      KINCAID BRECCIA GRAB

      3 17.06 23.4 0.078
      4 3.14 29.6 0.184

All core samples were selected by the Cenit site geologist and were split in half. Individual samples were placed in plastic sample bags with a sample tag number and sealed. Groups of samples were then placed into rice bags and sealed with locking plastic tabs. The remaining half cores are stored in core racks at the Coppercorp mine site in the outdoor storage area. The access road to the Coppercorp site is gated and locked.

All sample shipments were sealed and shipped to AGAT Laboratories Inc. in Mississauga, Ont., for analysis. AGAT Laboratories' quality control system complies with the requirements for the international standards. Cenit also had its own quality control/quality assurance programs in place. The remaining coarse reject portions of the samples and sample pulps remain in storage at the AGAT storage facility in Mississauga in the event that further analyses are required.

AGAT Laboratories used fire assay/ICP-OES finish for gold and aqua regia/ICP-OES finish for copper and silver analyses in determining the above values.

Technical information on the Batchawana copper property has been reviewed and approved by Delio Tortosa, PEng, who is a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 and a consultant to Cenit.

SUPERIOR COPPER CORPORATION ANNOUNCES $1,800,000 BEST EFFORTS NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Superior Copper Corp. intends to complete a best-efforts non-brokered private placement financing of up to six million hard-dollar units at a price of 10 cents per HD unit and up to 10 million flow-through units at a price of 12 cents per FT unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1.8-million.

Each HD Unit will be comprised of one common share ("Common Share") and one-half common share purchase warrant ("HD Warrant"), with each HD Warrant being exercisable for one common share of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.15 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the financing. Each FT Unit will consist of one "flow through" common share (a "Flow Through Share"), and one-half common share purchase warrant (a "FT Warrant"), with each FT Warrant being exercisable for one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.20 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the financing. Where the closing price of the common shares equals or exceeds a weighted average price of $0.25 (in respect of HD Warrants) and $0.30 (in respect of FT Warrants) for 15 consecutive trading days following the date that is four months and one day after the closing date, the Corporation shall have the right to require conversion of the HD Warrants and FT Warrants, as the case may be, at the exercise price therefore upon 30 days' notice.

The proceeds of the Offering will be used for exploration, property acquisition, and general working capital purposes. The Corporation will ensure that the proceeds received from the amount allocated to the Flow-Through Shares forming part of the Flow-Through Units sold will be used to incur expenses which qualify as Canadian Exploration Expenses for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and will renounce such expenses with an effective date of no later than December 31, 2013.

Superior Copper intends to close the Offering on or around December 21, 2012. The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a statutory four month and one day hold period. The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities regulatory authorities.
