Building Turbines Establishes New Renewable Energy Division Called "EcruosA" Aimed at Improving Electrical Power Source Efficiency

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire -02/02/12)- Building Turbines, Inc. (Pinksheets: BLDW.PK - News), a designer and manufacturer of commercial rooftop wind turbine systems and other renewable energy technologies, said today it is diversifying its renewable energy product lines through the establishment of a new division called "EcruosA." The purpose of EcruosA is to develop and market technologies that increase the efficiency of electrical power sources, including Building Turbines' own horizontal-axis wind turbine.

Building Turbines COO Max Champie said, "The launch of EcruosA reflects our commitment to being leaders in the development of revolutionary, renewable energy technologies and products that advance the use of limitless and untapped energy sources that are clean, green and environmentally responsible. Our initial product roadmap includes developing licensed applications for the medical, solar, lighting and battery industries with follow-on plans to address the residential and commercial energy needs up to and including large scale utility power generation."

Mr. Champie added that research has been underway since October 2011 to quantify the benefits of several new products that could potentially increase electrical efficiency by 30 percent or more on virtually any electrical source. "Some early tests have demonstrated efficiencies that have exceeded the 50 percent mark," said Champie.

Greg Miller, business development officer for Building Turbines, added, "Although we're still in the initial testing phase of these products, I'm excited by the results we've generated thus far and encouraged by the seemingly limitless potential of the technology."

Building Turbines Founder and CEO John Graham said, "The EcruosA operation perfectly complements the mission of Building Turbines, in that we strive to capture and utilize energy from non-traditional sources, make more efficient and mitigate the high cost of traditional power sources, and help reduce our community's carbon footprint overall."

Building Turbines, Inc. in Contract Negotiations for Multiple Rooftop Wind Turbine Installations
MarketwirePress Release: Building Turbines, Inc. – 17 minutes ago

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire -02/21/12)- Building Turbines, Inc. (Pinksheets: BLDW.PK - News), a designer and manufacturer of commercial rooftop wind turbine systems and other renewable energy technologies, today announced it is in negotiations with a major national retailer to sell and install its horizontal-axis turbines atop four different stores in several cities across the state of Texas. To date Building Turbines has installed turbines in Austin and Corpus Christi.

The company announced in January that it's also in discussions with 21 Rio, a luxury residential high rise located in the west campus of The University of Texas at Austin. Building Turbines officials believe these and other contract negotiations, should they come to fruition, could contribute meaningfully to reaching the company's growth goals for 2012.

Building Turbines CEO John F. Graham, Sr. said, "We are currently undergoing specific measurements and evaluations of our turbines which we believe, when completed over the next few weeks, will provide the necessary information our prospects are seeking to finalize our contract negotiations."

Building Turbines is producing data on how its turbines respond under varying conditions through a certification process with Intertek Testing Services. Graham said equipment measurement and certification will give potential customers a more sophisticated analysis of turbine energy production over the long term and provide them with the confidence to move forward with a viable green energy alternative. "Having an official certification process should help shorten sales lead times and help us close on business we have been pursuing around the state," said Mr. Graham.

Greg Miller, Chief of New Business Development, added, "We are proud to be at a point in our development where we can demonstrate to official value parameters that our equipment provides building owners. We aim to be not just an ancillary product manufacturer that helps reduce electrical costs, but a company that provides complete, renewable energy solutions to our customers that not only compete with conventional technologies, but win toe-to-toe."

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire -02/23/12)- Building Turbines, Inc. (Pinksheets: BLDW.PK - News), a designer and manufacturer of commercial rooftop wind turbine systems and other renewable energy technologies, today announced it has entered into negotiations with South Plains College (SPC) for a wind turbine installation at the Reese Technology Center in Lubbock, Texas.

As part of the agreement, Building Turbines will install a wind turbine unit at the Reese Technology Center, and the turbine unit itself will be used by SPC to further their green technology study curriculum. The company believes this will greatly enhance its ability to secure future contracts as well as to cement contracts already in its pipeline.

John F. Graham, Sr., Building Turbines' CEO, elaborated, "Lubbock, Texas is a windy environment and it helps us to have well-trained technicians educating themselves on our turbines. These are the future installers and maintainers of our equipment for our customers and for certification agencies. We have contracts in place at present, which we believe we can expand by a significant multiple, once our outputs are certified and standardized. We are especially pleased that South Plains College is considering the Building Turbines wind turbine system for their studies and look forward to working with them. What we are accomplishing here is the sharing of our technology and gaining valuable insight from another very high-caliber institution, as we are also working with The University of Texas. I anticipate our working with SPC will greatly accelerate the installation and sales of our turbines."

Greg Miller, Chief of New Business Development, added, "We are proud to synergize with all institutes of higher education retraining American's workforce in the burgeoning wind industry. This is one more example of our commitment to promoting American ingenuity while continuing to refine our product."

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire -04/03/12)- Building Turbines, Inc. (Pinksheets: BLDW.PK - News), a leading designer and manufacturer of commercial rooftop wind turbine systems and other renewable energy technologies, announced today that it has completed the installation and test of two Windtronics/Honeywell wind generators.

Roberts Development, an industrial park developer in the Houston area with several completed developments, has finished a successful test of a dual wind generator system on one of their main office buildings, reducing electrical costs by approx. 20%. Roberts Development is now ready to begin introducing Eco-Wind Solutions' Wind Generators to its existing industrial parks and customers, as well as implementing the systems into their newest 30-building development in the north Houston area. Introduction of the Eco-Wind generators to their facilities will allow Roberts Development to begin acquiring LEED certifications for their properties and the end-owners of their facilities. The LEED certifications will allow for a windfall of tax credits and rebates to both Roberts Development and their end-owners in the form of increased property values, lower operations costs and abatement of property taxes for up to 10 years as well as lower electrical charges and fees for the lifetime of Eco-Wind's Systems operations which is estimated to be 20 years or longer.

Dave Roberts, owner of Roberts Development, has said he is very satisfied with the system and is prepared to move toward retrofitting some of his facilities which will bring immediate savings in electrical costs to those buildings. He added that he looks forward to the benefits and cost savings LEED certification will bring to all of his business and his clients' buildings.

Eco-Wind Solutions, Inc. and Building Turbines' proposed merger reasonably anticipates significant business from Roberts Development as well as several other eminent clients of theirs which are expected to bring success to both their current businesses, and the merged entity, upon closing of the merger.

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire -04/13/12)- Building Turbines, Inc. (Pinksheets: BLDW.PK - News) participated Thursday, April 12, 2012, in a live radio interview with www.stocktraderstalk.com to discuss the company's opportunity to impact the $634 million small-wind turbine industry. The interview featured John F. Graham the CEO of Building Turbines, Inc. (BLDW) and future partner Bill O'Rourke of Eco Wind Solutions, Inc. (EWS). Their "marriage," or merger, should be completed and formally announced in a few days; however, the two state they have agreed on all major forthcoming terms. The two entities together will be able to handle the design, manufacture, distribution, and installation of all the essential, and aesthetic, components of a rooftop mounted wind turbine easily accessible for commercial and/or residential use.

EWS's prestigious Honeywell units are easily installed for residential and small scale, renewable wind energy GENERATION. BLDW units are slightly larger and are more apt for commercial installation. EWS rep Bill O'Rourke predicted that within 60 days the company would have 300-400 units on the ground generating both companies "millions" in revenue. O'Rourke also spoke about government tax incentives and credits of up to 80% for end-users. Once the units are up and running the unit not only pays for itself but EARNS income for being green, having no-carbon footprint, and generating electricity.

Both Mr. Graham and Mr. O'Rourke spoke of branching out of the Texas market in the near future with O'Rourke alluding to "the greenest county in Florida" wanting to test units on county buildings; Graham followed up by speaking briefly about a deal in Colorado which could require small wind turbines to generate power for slightly under 1000 communications tower's lights during frequent blackouts in the mountainous region.

Both Interviewees agreed that "Alternative energy is the future" and see the energy market as being forced into their direction to save money, reduce dependence on foreign resources, and to preserve our environment. As of now the wind energy market is estimate to double, for the second time, by 2015. Building Turbines, Inc. Is Pleased to Share Its Latest Corporate Update on Current and Proposed Future Events

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire -08/09/12)- Building Turbines, Inc. (BLDW)

Since its inception, Building Turbines, Inc. has been heavily engaged in Research & Development activities in order to ensure the company produces the highest quality product possible. The company's efforts have been focused on increasing wind turbine efficiency, cost engineering, and design and structural engineering. The improved product resulting from these efforts is expected to produce more power at a lower cost, yielding an appealing ROI to the customers. At the same time the company has continued new business development efforts while also strengthening relationships with the current clients and prospective clients.

The following summarizes some important developments since the company's last shareholder update. The company expects to be releasing a good deal of additional information in the near future as it becomes available to keep the shareholders and constituents informed during this very important time for the company's business development and strategic goals. Through ongoing efforts to maintain the highest level of transparency, it is the company's intention to provide valuable insight of how the company is being run.

The USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) issued a Notice of Allowance for a second patent on the Building Turbines system. This latest patent affirms the Building Turbines value propositions within the renewable energy market, and final issuance should be within a matter of days from this update.

Building Turbines, in partnership with Austin Green Energy Group and the University of Texas recently completed its fourth R&D study. This study focused on aerodynamics and mechanical design. Three scale prototypes were built and wind tested with permission from TxDot at their facility near Austin. The results are extremely positive; a full report will be completed within the next 2 weeks.

A full scale turbine based on the aforementioned R&D work is already under development on the Building Turbines HQ rooftop in Austin. The new design will take advantage of the same aerodynamic principles as current design and patents, but is expected to bring higher efficiency at a lower cost of material, and better enable product diversification with ranges of unit sizes that will expand the potential market.

A new, specialized direct-drive electrical generation system specifically suited to the Building Turbines design is under development, with a goal of expanding power output ranges into lower startup speeds, higher peak power generation, and increasing overall Kilowatt Hours produced by the turbine.

Building Turbines has been collecting wind data from 21Rio, a luxury 21 floor residential building in downtown Austin. Recently, AGEG and UT have also become involved with this important effort. The data indicates that the wind power potential is promising, and we expect to submit final proposals in the next several weeks. Installation of the Building Turbines systems will be a highly visible landmark that demonstrates 21Rio's well-known commitment to environmental responsibility, and further the awareness of the BT product within view of a major metropolitan area.

Building Turbines has a pending contract for four additional cities, with a current retail client, who presently has Building Turbine units installed in Corpus Christi. The Corpus Christi installations, in place for just over a year, have been especially valuable in determining system reliability factors and areas for improvement. These units have endured harsh coastal and tropical climatic conditions, including tropical storm conditions and have performed extremely well. Building Turbines plans to replace these turbines with its latest version to demonstrate to our customers our level of commitment.

"I believe that distributed generation (DG) will transform our world, creating power for our world in an unprecedented way, we continue to complement solar and moving towards the complete green roof solution for an urban environment," says John Graham, CEO.

Building Turbines Announces the Award of the First, in a Series of Sales Contracts, Well in Excess of a Quarter Million Dollars, Received From Stone Capital Partners, Houston, TX

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Nov 29, 2012) - Building Turbines, Inc. ( PINKSHEETS : BLDW ), a designer and manufacturer of patented, innovative commercial rooftop wind turbine systems, issued a statement today that within less than a month of Paul Getty joining Building Turbines team, BLDW has received a contract from Stone Capital Partners, for the sale of 10 of their model BT 5000 turbines, currently invoiced at $270,625. The turbines will be installed on "The Physicians Center" building on one of Houston's busiest, high visibility corridors, Loop 610. John Graham, CEO of Building Turbines, commented: "Adding Paul to the team was one of the best business decisions we have made. This is just the first in a long list of sales that Paul is in process of bringing us."

The city of Houston is looking forward to working with Stone Capital Partners, and helping them to create a greener Houston with this new LEED certified project. The Physicians Center will be the bench mark for state of the art Green Energy buildings in Houston, TX. It is a 6 story, 125,000 square-foot building located directly across from Memorial Hermann Hospital. They will be the first building to utilize all LED interior lighting, revolutionary roofing materials, the highest E-rated windows and R-rated insulation available, according to Robert Day.

Robert Day, of Stone Capital Partners, stated: "With the tax incentives and certifications available, we are looking at putting Building Turbines on all of our future energy efficient buildings. With the 15% in potential energy savings, $1.80 per square foot property tax reduction; as well as, a 30% federal tax credit, and an additional 50% accelerated depreciation write off in the first year, these units will pay for themselves. I can't believe everyone is not taking advantage of the Building Turbines wind power solution for green electricity."

Paul Getty, with Building Turbines, Inc., commented: "I am very excited to be working with Building Turbines, Inc. on developing various marketing verticals that can benefit from this state of the art product. We see an international opportunity for this technology and plan to capitalize on it. It is not often that you can be involved in a business opportunity for shareholders and at the same time play an important part in environmental conservation."

Building Turbines' New Partner ATG-LED, Announces Sale of Approximately $250,000 to Physicians Center Project, in Houston, TX

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Jan 22, 2013) - Building Turbines, Inc. ( PINKSHEETS : BLDW ), a designer and manufacturer of patented, innovative commercial rooftop wind turbine systems, issued a statement today, that BLDW has entered into a strategic alliance with ATG-LED, to provide a total LED lighting solution, designed to complement all wind turbine sales, and is the next step in BLDW becoming a full service, Green Energy solution provider. BLDW will be a distributor for products and/or services of ATG-LED. In the Physicians Center project, which BLDW is providing 10 turbines at more than $270,000, ATG-LED has secured a sale, of approximately $250,000 for interior LED lighting.

An LED lamp is a solid-state lamp that uses light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the source of light. LED lamps are very durable, and offer an incredibly long service life. They are very energy efficient; providing up to a 60% reduction in power consumption, while providing the same amount of light, as measured in lumens. At present, fluorescent lighting is the primary lighting source for the majority of interior areas in facilities; such as, office buildings, schools, hospitals, stores, hotels, garages, warehouses and factories. An LED tube upgrade produces light more than twice as efficient as fluorescent tubes, are non-toxic, virtually unbreakable, and require no ballast maintenance and/or upgrade, resulting in instant electrical savings to the end user.

John Graham, CEO of Building Turbines, commented: "I am very excited about our new relationship with ATG-LED. ATG-LED is one of several companies that Paul Getty is bringing to Building Turbines that will offer a tremendous source of new revenues; as well as, introduce us to an entirely new customer base. The addition of ATG-LED products and services is a natural progression in the direction that we see BLDW heading: A Full-Service Green Energy Solution Provider for smart, self-sufficient, green facilities."

( PINKSHEETS : BLDW ), a designer and manufacturer of patented, innovative commercial rooftop wind turbine systems, issued a statement today, that BLDW has signed a Letter of Engagement with the Accounting Firm of MaloneBailey to complete a full financial audit of the company, with the intent of becoming a fully reporting Bulletin Board company.

BLDW Completes First LED Project and Discusses Research Studies
MarketwirePress Release: Building Turbines, Inc. – 7 minutes ago

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Feb 7, 2013) - Building Turbines, Inc. ( PINKSHEETS : BLDW ), a designer and manufacturer of patented, innovative commercial rooftop wind turbine systems, issued a statement today that it has completed the first stage of becoming a full service Green Energy Solution Provider with the successful completion of its first LED sale and installation, through its strategic alliance with ATG-LED.

Also, in response to investor inquiries on The University Research Studies, there have been 6 studies completed: 5 at University of Texas and 1 at Texas State University. These studies, which have been facilitated through the Austin Green Energy Group, have been instrumental in providing cost reductions and product improvements; however, due to the proprietary and competitive nature of the studies, which may be used in future patents, BLDW considers this intellectual property, and has decided to not release the results to the public at this time.

John Graham, CEO of Building Turbines, commented: "This completion of this first LED installation is a true milestone for Building Turbines' efforts to become a full service Green Energy Solution Provider, but is only a start. We are in talks with several other complementary technologies, which we hope to be able to announce in the near future."

Industry News: Google and Warren Buffet Invest Billions Into Wind Energy; BLDW Has Potential to Attract Major Players

Building Turbines, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDW), a designer and manufacturer of patented, innovative commercial rooftop wind turbine systems has received further validation of the earning potential, visibility, and ecological importance of the emerging wind energy market on the heels of Google Corp.'s research division "Google X" and Warren Buffet's announcements of recent, sizable investments into the wind energy companies.

Google X recently announced that they have acquired California based Makani Power for $110 Million. Makani produces energy through cable tethered "flying wings" and represents Google's interest in developing alternative wind energy with a sizable dollar investment. Since 2010 Google's research division has made 11 renewable energy investments of comparable sizes including $200 Million into "Spinning Spur" wind farm in the Texas panhandle and investments into Atlantic Wind Connection for offshore grids designed to capitalize off wind energy.

Legendary mogul Warren Buffet has recently been dubbed a leader in wind energy investments after spending $1.9 Billion on wind farm projects in Iowa and has been well known for his investments into the alternative energy sector in the past two years. Additionally, his megastar energy company MidAmerican began building wind turbines in 2004 bringing his current total investments in wind energy to date to $5.4 Billion.

"BLDW sees promise in market trends which lean to the most successful investors the world has ever seen taking interest in their market. With Texas being the number one state in America for wind energy harvesting and production the idea of major players snooping about for companies to acquire has gone from small business dream to big market trend. Especially exciting is that our turbines are DG (distributed generation), meaning the power is produced where it is consumed, not in some field or over the ocean," according to John Graham, CEO

      Wind power facts

Wind power is now the world's fastest growing energy source and has also become one of the most rapidly expanding industries, with sales of over $3 billion in 2008."

      Alternative Energy

Everyday, the world produces carbon dioxide that is released to the earth’s atmosphere and which will still be there in one hundred years time.

This increased content of Carbon Dioxide increases the warmth of our planet and is the main cause of the so called “Global Warming Effect”. One answer to global warming is to replace and retrofit current technologies with alternatives that have comparable or better performance, but do not emit carbon dioxide.

      We call this Alternate energy.

By 2050, one-third of the world's energy will need to come from solar, wind, and other renewable resources. Who says? British Petroleum and Royal Dutch Shell, two of the world's largest oil companies. Climate change, population growth, and fossil fuel depletion mean that renewables will need to play a bigger role in the future than they do today.

Alternative energy refers to energy sources that have no undesired consequences such for example fossil fuels or nuclear energy. Alternative energy sources are renewable and are thought to be "free" energy sources. They all have lower carbon emissions, compared to conventional energy sources. These include Biomass Energy , Wind Energy , Solar Energy , Geothermal Energy , Hydroelectric Energy sources. Combined with the use of recycling, the use of clean alternative energies such as the home use of solar power systems will help ensure man's survival into the 21st century and beyond.

Societies have taken advantage of wind power for thousands of years. The first known use was in 5000 BC when people used sails to navigate the Nile River. Persians had already been using windmills for 400 years by 900 AD in order to pump water and grind grain. Windmills may have even been developed in China before 1 AD, but the earliest written documentation comes from 1219. Cretans were using "literally hundreds of sail-rotor windmills [to] pump water for crops and livestock."

Today, people are realizing that wind power "is one of the most promising new energy sources" that can serve as an alternative to fossil fuel-generated electricity. The cost of wind has dropped by 15% with each doubling of installed capacity worldwide, and capacity has doubled three times during the 1990s and 2000's.As of 1999, global wind energy capacity topped 10,000 megawatts, which is approximately 16 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity. That's enough to serve over 5 cities the size of Miami, according to the American Wind Energy Association. Five Miamis may not seem significant, but if we make the predicted strides in the near future, wind power could be one of our main sources of electricity. Is your utility company offering your family the best rates?

Though wind energy is now more affordable, more available, and pollution-free, it does have some drawbacks. Wind power suffers from the same lack of energy density as direct solar radiation. The fact that it is a "very diffuse source" means that "large numbers of wind generators (and thus large land areas) are required to produce useful amounts of heat or electricity." But wind turbines cannot be erected everywhere simply because many places are not windy enough for suitable power generation. When an appropriate place is found, building and maintaining a wind farm can be costly. It "is a highly capital-intensive technology." If the interest rates charged for manufacturing equipment and constructing a plant are high, then a consumer will have to pay more for that energy. "One study found that if wind plants were financed on the same terms as gas plants, their cost would drop by nearly 40%." Fortunately, the more facilities built, the cheaper wind energy is.

But there is increasing energy being put in finding many other alternative sources of power and making them viable, such as geothermal and wave energy and biomass!

Building Turbines Announces Completing 90,000 sq-ft LED Lighting Retrofit Installation, for The FreshBrew Group, Houston, TX
      Date : 09/12/2013 @ 11:42AM

Building Turbines, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDW), announces that, through Green City Planet, a fully owned subsidiary of Building Turbines, Inc., they are completing the LED lighting retrofit for The FreshBrew Group of Houston, TX, which included replacing all existing lighting in their 90,000 sq-ft warehouse, manufacturing facility, executive offices and all other interior and exterior lighting, with cost saving LED Lighting.

The FreshBrew Group comprises a specialty small-batch roasting and gourmet quality coffee company and a first class, technology-driven vending services company. From relatively humble origins in Louisiana to their expanding roasting plant and warehousing facilities in Houston, FreshBrew Group now serves more than 1,800 national and local customers representing the food service, hospitality and travel industries, as well as heavy industry, municipalities, healthcare and commercial businesses.

Dari Ansari, CEO of The FreshBrew Group, stated, "We are amazed how changing our previous lighting, to Building Turbines LED lighting, has affected not only our electric bill; but also, has added bonuses. Our facility is much cooler now, and being in Texas, we will realize a huge savings on our air-conditioning; but probably the most noticeable difference to the staff, is the quality and richness of the new LED lighting. It's like being in a whole new facility, and has had a dramatically positive effect on not only the work environment, but the attitude, and well- being of our staff. I plan to do additional projects with Building Turbines, and the only thing that I regret about this one, is that we did not do it sooner."

"Completing The FreshBrew Group installation is yet another milestone achieved by BLDW. This project brings tens of thousands of dollars of revenue into the company, allowing us to continue to implement our strategy of becoming a one stop shop for all urban Green Energy Solutions. The project went so smoothly, and the results were so dramatic, that Mr Ansari is already having us look at additional projects, that we look forward to signing in the very near future," stated BLDW CEO John Graham.

Building Turbines, Inc. Enters the 8 Billion Dollar LED Lighting Market With a Five Million Dollar Line of Credit

      Today : Tuesday 17 September 2013

Building Turbines, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDW), through Green City Planet, a fully owned subsidiary of Building Turbines, Inc., is pleased to announce that after successfully engaging in several wind, solar and LED lighting projects, which have opened tremendous new revenue streams for the company, and have verified their business model for becoming a one stop shop for all urban Green Energy Solutions; Building Turbines has secured a five million dollar line of credit through, Sirius Green Solutions, Inc. The access to these funds will allow for the increase in current sales and distribution of wind turbines, solar and LED lighting; granting Building Turbines, Inc. the working capital necessary, to secure all product and equipment necessary to fulfill large orders that they have in process, with commercial customers, governmental agencies, and state and municipal entities.

The company has experienced encouraging success in its initial bidding, fueled by rapid feedback in its channel development. Out of the estimated eight billion dollar LED market; Building Turbines is in various stages of bidding, signing and installing over 16 Million dollars in government and municipal contracts that they have identified, with plans of bidding on, and securing hundreds of millions of dollars more. These bids for securing private, governmental and municipal entities are being processed with rapid submittal and awards notifications. Building Turbines, Inc has already secured a variety of Approved Vendor listings; including, but not limited to, The Federal Government, State of Texas, Harris County and The City of Houston. The submission process to become Approved Vendors for other companies, cities and states, is also currently being undertaken. Any future bid submittals will automatically carry the Approved Vendor Status for that region or company.

"The addition of the $5M Line of Credit, will allow us to install our backlog of LED lighting projects, in parallel, and secure much larger projects, continuing to increase the inflow revenues, which allow for continued expansion into all areas dealing with urban Green Energy Solutions. We believe that this is just the tip of the iceberg, and as government agencies convert from the old florescent tube lights, to new LED lighting systems, these numbers will dramatically increase," stated John Graham Sr., CEO of Building Turbines, Inc.

We would like our shareholders to be informed as to the development of these projects and others like them, and will be updating new awards, through our press releases and websites.

Building Turbines Completes Installation of a New Version Rooftop Wind Turbine

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 5, 2013) - Building Turbines, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDW), developer of patented rooftop mounted Wind Turbines, and distributor of Energy Saving LED lighting, Solar and Generator Solutions through Green City Planet, a wholly owned subsidiary, announced today that they have completed the installation of their latest wind turbine design.

The new turbine is the result of over 2 years of collaboration between Building Turbines, Inc., The University of Texas at Austin, Texas State University, and the Austin Green Energy Group; incorporating five separate collegiate studies, numerous improvements, and design upgrades. Based on the original BT Wind Turbine platform, the new turbine incorporates significant changes to the blade configuration, hubs and bearings designed to reduce friction and maintenance.

"The new design is modular in nature, so existing systems can be easily outfitted with the new components. It is designed to generate electricity efficiently at lower wind speeds, while still withstanding large gusts. It has also been cost engineered and the design lends itself readily to mass production. Our Intellectual Property Expert believes that our new innovations will fall under the claims of our two issued patents; as well, another pending patent, which we believe through recent correspondence from US Patent Office, an award is eminent. R&D and continuous improvemnet is an on-going process; but, the ability to upgrade and expand existing systems will be maintained," stated John Graham Sr., Building Turbines, Inc., CEO.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 46.203.571 von gino am 10.01.14 15:51:16BLDW News: Building Turbines Signs Huge LED Lighting Upgrade Contract With Star Pipe

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Jan 29, 2014) - Building Turbines, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDW), developer of patented rooftop mounted Wind Turbines, and distributor of Energy Saving LED lighting, Solar and Generator Solutions through Green City Planet, a wholly owned subsidiary, is pleased to announce the signing of a contract, complete with deposit, for Star Pipe Products, to upgrade their existing lighting, to Building Turbines energy efficient LED lighting. Star Pipe has 14 locations. Each location will be different, based on size, complexity, and needs. The first location is worth approximately $120,000 gross. Some locations will need only bulbs; while others require new fixtures and installation; but the entire project is expected to be in excess of $1M. BLDW's role in this project is to supply all of the LED bulbs, through Green City Planet. A third party is performing the majority of the installation, and the manufacturer will be responsible for all warranty issues. Building Turbines has already begun supplying bulbs for the project, and first location is approximately 75% complete; according to the agent performing the installation.

Star Pipe Products has been manufacturing and distributing quality iron products for the water and wastewater industry for 30 years. With fourteen distribution centers across North America and over 300 employees, Star Pipe Products remains committed to providing customers with quality products and professional service.

"We were very impressed with Building Turbines. Their sales team and management walked us through the entire upgrade process. They did an analysis of our existing lighting and then designed an upgrade solution for us that should save around 40% on our lighting costs, all with a 2 year payback on our investment, not including the rebates and tax credits that we will receive. The federal and local incentives and rebates will almost pay for the entire upgrade. We are looking forward to a quick installation, reduction in our electric bill, and increase in the quality of our lighting at Star Pipe," stated Patrick Kilbow, Buyer for Star Pipe.

Paul Getty, Building Turbines, Inc. Advisory Board, commented, "Doing business with a company like Star Pipe shows that Building Turbines has demonstrated our ability to meet and deliver on all requirements, designs and installations of LED upgrades for all size businesses. BLDW News: Building Turbines Signs Huge LED Lighting Upgrade Contract With Star Pipe

We have many more similar size projects that we are finalizing, and many of those customers have expressed interest in our new wind turbines solution. Like Star Pipe, Building Turbine's strategy is to provide quality products and services that meet or exceed industry standards through continuously improving processes, awareness and training."

Building Turbines Announces Completion of Initial Installation for Star Pipe

Building Turbines Announces Completion of Initial Installation for Star Pipe

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 12, 2014) - Building Turbines, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDW), developer of patented rooftop-mounted Wind Turbines, and distributor of Energy Saving LED lighting, Solar and Generator Solutions through Green City Planet, its wholly owned subsidiary, is pleased to announce the completion of the first installation of LED bulbs for Star Pipe Products. The company expects that this successful completion will lead to further installations for this customer, as well as others.

Star Pipe Products has been manufacturing and distributing quality iron products for the water and wastewater industry for 30 years. With fourteen distribution centers across North America and over 300 employees, Star Pipe Products remains committed to providing customers with quality products and professional service.

"We are very excited to announce this completion, and are even more so about the LED portion of our business going forward, with both Star Pipe and several other companies we are hopeful about being able to announce shortly," said John Graham, Building Turbines' CEO. He elaborated: "We made a strategic decision at one point to invest heavily in the LED side of the business because we felt the timing of the opportunities there could allow us to leverage the development of the turbines side. The turbines are more capital-intensive, and work best for both the customer and the Company in combination with LED, solar and other low-input technologies, because the turbines require more in terms of installation and maintenance, although they complement the other technologies remarkably. We believe this decision is being borne out today, and we are excited to implement some additional strategic decisions very shortly, which we believe will allow us to operate with greater precision, capitalization and transparency with our partners on the LED side, and to begin leveraging these efficiencies on the turbines side, as our full suite of options becomes more available to a greater variety of potential as well as current customers."

The Company is currently working to streamline its LED channel to improve efficiency while it seeks to engage larger-scale property owners in its sales efforts. Graham commented, "We believe we can drive much greater shareholder value by making a few relatively small strategic and tactical shifts; while we cannot release details at this time, we look forward to being able to implement and announce several key decisions in this regard very soon."

AUSTIN, TX, Aug 21, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Building Turbines, Inc. (pinksheets:BLDW), as well as Green City Planet, a wholly owned subsidiary of Building Turbines, Inc., is updating its current and potential stockholders with information on recent sales activity and operations.

On August 8th, BLDW successfully completed a full LED lighting installation for a new warehouse construction in Austin, TX. The installation included a custom designed battery backup system for emergency lights.

We are also pleased to announce that BLDW has several new projects in the pipeline; press releases with detail will be provided in the near future.

Updates on certain prior releases are as follows below:

March 12, 2014 and January 29, 2014 - The press releases stated that it completed the installation of LED lights in a Star Pipe facility in Houston Texas. This project was completed and partially funded by BLDW and the customer is satisfied. The payments for this project were diverted through a company that was formed by an independent sales representative of BLDW operating in Houston without our consent. This company was named "BLDW Lighting and Installation, Inc."; Building Turbines, Inc. is not in any way associated with this company.

December 5, 2013 - BLDW issued a press release that it has completed the initial LED installation for the City of Pasadena. It is our belief that the project was also diverted to BLDW Lighting and Installation, Inc. as was Star Pipe.

It is the fiduciary duty of BLDW's Officers to disclose all information whether it is positive or negative to its stockholders. The good news is we have identified the people responsible for this activity and will have no dealings with them in the future. BLDW's legal counsel is investigating the possibility of legal action against these individuals.

For a general update: On January 8, 2014 - BLDW issued a press release related to accepting Bitcoin as payment and intent to Manufacture Cryptocurrency Mining Products. BLDW does continue to accept Bitcoins, but its officers decided it would not be in the best interest of the company to manufacture and sell Cryptocurrency products.

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 30, 2014) - Building Turbines, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLDW), developer of the patented BT horizontal axis wind turbine (HAWT) and distributor of Energy Saving LED lighting, Solar and Generator Solutions through Green City Planet, a fully owned subsidiary, is pleased to announce the completion of their installation of their latest LED project this month, for a large warehousing facility in Austin, TX. We are also in the process of bidding several very large LED and wind projects, both domestic and international. We are extremely pleased in how our new team is coming together; identifying new opportunities, providing competitive solutions, and actively pursuing and winning, new business; all with the goal of increasing shareholder equity through positive revenue in mind.

Building Turbines is also very pleased to announce receipt of Notice of Allowance for a third patent on its wind turbine system. This third patent (USPTO 13/179,718) is specifically focused on operational safety, which is a core component of the BT design and a critical factor in enabling a widespread adoption of rooftop wind power.

These patents are extremely expensive and time consuming but the Board of Directors believes we must continue to invest heavily in research and development. http://www.google.com/patents/US20130017083

Our need for cash is constant, and we would like to disclose that our CEO has invested an additional $70,000 of his own money in exchange for restricted stock and is in negotiations with a third party for a substantial investment in the company in the very near future. It is obvious that the CEO, John Graham, is dedicated to our Company, as well as our other board members. There is no better way to show their belief and support than investing their own time and money. We are also looking into ways to thank current shareholders for their continued support through direct contact of all on record, or they can contact: investor@buildingturbines.com for details.
