Nuvo könnte schon sehr bald profitbel sein und momentan kriegt man die Aktie für´n appel und ei .

Ich denke vom aktuelln kurs bei 6 cents kann die Aktie nur noch aufwärts gehen .US listing soll bald kommen das dürfte der Aktie starken auftrieb geben .

Habe mir mal 10.000 Stck. gegönnt, vielleicht wird's ja was. Kauf im Oktober 2010 zu 0,125€ war nicht so erfolgreich.

Der Direktor "der die Aktien gekauft hat" sagt das er großes potential für Synera sieht und das die in gespräch mit intressenten sind die Synera lizenzieren wollen das bedeutet es winken weitere upfront zahlungen für Nuvo .Jetzt kann man verstehen warum er sich mit weiteren aktien eindeckt .

In the U.S., Nuvo will also be marketing Synera to large national accounts, such as dialysis and infusion centers. Es bfindet sich rund 700k aktien (42k € block) im Ask bei 7 cents sobald das weg geräumt ist dürfte es schnell richtung 10c gehen .

Hab da einiges in die wege geleitet um diese Goldmine bekannter zu machen z.b. hab ich wieder kontakt mit Biomedreport aufgenommen die bereits schon mehrere artikeln auf meinen wunsch hin geschrieben haben u.a. über IGXT und IPCI und versuche noch in etlichen Aktienforen auf Nuvo aufmerksam zumachen .Pumping nur so funktionierts

Die 700k aktien im Ask bei 0.07 wurde auf nur noch 350k aktien reduziert und gleichzeitig steigt Bid bei 0.065 200k auf über 460k aktien .

Könnte eventuell heute nochmal einen cent steigen das lohnt sich natürlich nur wenn man reichlich aktien hat .

So es wurde alles weggekauft bei 0.07 jetzt steht Ask bei 0.075 mit rund 200k aktien .

Ask bei 0.075 ist auch leer gefegt jetzt trennen uns nur noch ein aktienpaket im wert von 100k dollar und wir stehen bei 10 cents .

Bei 10 cents würde die Marktkap gerade mal 56 M$ betragen also immer noch weiiiiit entfernt von der fairen bewertung die ich zwischen 30-50 cents sehe .

FDA SETS PDUFA DATE OF APRIL 16, 2012

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Feb. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Nuvo Research Inc. (TSX: NRI.TO - News), a specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to building a portfolio of products for the topical treatment of pain and the development of its immune modulating drug candidate WF10, today announced an update to Pliaglis regulatory approval in the U.S. and the E.U.

U.S. Regulatory Status

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted the supplemental New Drug Application (sNDA) for Pliaglis for review. The sNDA was submitted by Galderma Laboratories, LP, the U.S. subsidiary of Galderma Pharma S.A. (Galderma). Nuvo has licensed worldwide marketing rights for Pliaglis to Galderma, a global pharmaceutical company specialized in dermatology. The FDA has set a PDUFA (Prescription Drug User Fee Act) date of April 16, 2012 for action on the submission.

Pliaglis is an FDA-approved topical local anesthetic cream which uses the Company's proprietary phase-changing topical technology. It provides local analgesia for superficial dermatological procedures, such as dermal filler injection, pulsed dye laser therapy, facial laser resurfacing and laser-assisted tattoo removal. Pliaglis was initially approved by the FDA in June 2006, but was voluntarily removed from the U.S. market by Galderma in 2008, due to manufacturing issues at Galderma's third-party contract manufacturer. Galderma subsequently transferred Pliaglis manufacturing to Galderma and has resolved the manufacturing issues. Galderma and Nuvo believe that the sNDA addresses the manufacturing site change and the resolution of the manufacturing issues. Galderma plans to launch the marketing and sale of Pliaglis in the U.S. in the second half of 2012.

E.U. Regulatory Status

In July 2011, a Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) for Pliaglis was submitted to 17 E.U. countries using the decentralized submission procedure and is under active review. The MAA requests marketing approval for producing local dermal anaesthesia on intact skin in adults prior to superficial dermatological procedures. Nuvo expects to receive a response in the first half of 2012 and Galderma plans to launch in a number of E.U. countries in the second half of 2012. Pursuant to Nuvo's license agreement with Galderma, Nuvo is entitled to receive milestone payments totaling US$6.0 million from Galderma once Pliaglis is launched in the first three E.U. countries.

Pennsaid Opportunity Due to Voltaren Gel U.S. Product Shortage

Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (Endo) and Novartis Consumer Health (Novartis) recently announced that the Novartis manufacturing facility at which Voltaren Gel is manufactured, has been closed due to manufacturing issues unrelated to Voltaren Gel. Votaren Gel is the main competitive product to Pennsaid in the U.S. Endo, which licenses Voltaren Gel from Novartis for the U.S. market, has indicated there may be shortages of Voltaren Gel as Novartis transfers manufacturing to another facility. This unexpected development may be contributing to a recent increase in Pennsaid U.S. prescriptions and may provide Mallinckrodt Inc., a Covidien company (NYSE: COV - News), Nuvo's U.S. licensing partner, with an opportunity to further increase U.S. Pennsaid sales.

Pennsaid U.S. Reimbursement Status

Covidien has advised Nuvo that since the beginning of 2012, new contracts with a number of large, well known insurance providers have taken effect that will enhance Medicare Part D and commercial insurance coverage for an additional 11 million U.S. Pennsaid patients. Covidien is continuing its efforts to increase the number of insurance plans under contract for Pennsaid.

Pennsaid Greek Sales Update

Nuvo has recently received additional orders for Pennsaid from our Greek distributor. In 2010 and 2011, Greece represented the second largest market for Pennsaid unit sales, although in 2011, our Greek sales declined after the Greek government, as part of its austerity measures, discontinued reimbursement for all topical NSAIDs, the class of prescription drugs that includes Pennsaid. Our Greek distributor has repositioned Pennsaid as an over-the-counter product available without a doctor's prescription. We believe that recent increased orders for Pennsaid in Greece may suggest that this initiative is gaining traction.

Pennsaid 2% Regulatory Status

Covidien has advised Nuvo that in the second quarter of 2012, it will be filing a supplementary New Drug Application (sNDA) with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Pennsaid 2%, the follow-on product to Pennsaid. Covidien has advised that it believes this filing will make Pennsaid 2% eligible for FDA approval in the fourth quarter of 2012 or the first quarter of 2013. Nuvo believes that Pennsaid 2% offers significant improvements over currently available topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of knee osteoarthritis in the U.S. due to (1) its more convenient dosing regimen - Pennsaid 2% is twice per day dosing as compared to current Pennsaid and its main competitive product, Voltaren Gel, which are four times per day dosing and (2) it is easier to apply - Pennsaid 2% is more viscous than Pennsaid and dispensed via a simple to use metered dose pump. Nuvo has a U.S. patent application pending for Pennsaid 2%.

Wir haben den 18.April und noch keine Zulassung das sollte aber kein schlechtes zeichen sein, man darf nicht vergessen das Pliaglis schon von der FDA in 2007 zugelassen war und nur wegen herstellungsprobleme vom Markt wieder genommen wurde somit stehen die chancen auf zulassung sehr gut .

EU-Zulassung für Pliaglis soll auch noch in diesem Quartal stattfinden .

Und zu Pennsaid der verkauf läuft monentan super wegen der Voltaren shortage .
