Tunisia Acreage Position Increased by 29%

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (March 8th, 2012) – Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (TSXV: NFK) ("AHI"
or the "Company") is pleased to announce notification was received from Tunisian authorities that an
application to expand the Bouhajla Permit has been accepted and the expansion granted as requested.
The permit expansion is subject to government ratification and publication in the official Government
Gazette. Twenty square kilometers of new 3D seismic was committed in conjunction with the acreage
award under the same Production Sharing Contract terms as the original Permit.
The area of additional acreage represents an increase of 120 km2 or 29% of the area of the original
Bouhajla Permit. The expansion area lies south of the Bouhajla North prospect on which a 55km2 3D
seismic survey was recently completed. Processing and interpretation of the 3D survey over the Bouhajla
North prospect is currently under way.

CALGARY, May 10, 2012 /CNW/ - Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (TSXV: NFK) (AHI or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an engagement agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the Agent) in connection with a public offering on a commercially reasonable efforts basis of up to 55,600,000 common shares (the Common Shares) of the Company, at a price of $0.18 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $10,008,000 (the Offering).

The Company has agreed to pay the Agent a fee of 7% of the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering. In addition, the Agent will be issued on the closing of the Offering agent options (the Agent Options) entitling the Agent to subscribe for Common Shares equal to 7% of the aggregate number of Common Shares issued under the Offering at an exercise price of $0.18 per Common Share. The Agent Options will expire 18 months after closing of the Offering.

The Offering is expected to close on or about May 29, 2012. The Offering will be completed by way of short form prospectus in each of the provinces of Canada other than Québec. The Offering is subject to customary conditions including the execution of a definitive agency agreement and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals. The Offering is also subject to the condition that, at the time of closing, the farmout agreement (the Farmout Agreement) dated November 2, 2011 between the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Watutatu Inc. (Watutatu), and DualEx Tunisia Inc. (DualEx) still be in full force and effect.

Proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund the initial test well based on the newly acquired 3D seismic over the Bouhajla North Prospect in Tunisia. Proceeds are also anticipated to be used to acquire a minimum of 20 square kilometres of 3D seismic in order to fulfill the Phase 1 commitment over the recently awarded Bouhajla extension acreage as well for general and administrative expenses. Based on initial drilling results and additional data, any remaining proceeds may be used toward the drilling of one additional prospect on the Bouhajla block or identifying additional exploration or development opportunities in the region.

Annual Information Form

The Company is pleased to report that it has filed its Annual Information Form (AIF) for the year ended September 30, 2011 with the relevant provincial securities regulators. The AIF includes annual disclosure regarding reserves data and other oil and gas information as mandated by National Instrument 51-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities (NI 51-101). Amendment to Farmout Agreement

On May 9, 2012, Watutatu and DualEx entered into an agreement pursuant to which the deadline for the payment of the second instalment of US$5,250,000 due under the Farmout Agreement was extended to May 29, 2012. Proceeds from the Offering will be used to pay the second instalment.

Amendment to Share Exchange Agreement

On May 7, 2012, the Company entered into an agreement (the Share Exchange Amending Agreement) to amend the terms of a share exchange agreement (the Share Exchange Agreement) dated November 30, 2011. The Share Exchange Agreement contained a provision that, provided certain milestones were met, the Company would issue an additional 16,000,000 Common Shares to the vendors under the Share Exchange Agreement. Pursuant to the Share Exchange Amending Agreement, provided that the Company completes a brokered financing with Canaccord Genuity Corp., the Company will not be required to issue the additional 16,000,000 Common Shares.

Extinguishment of Joint Venture Agreement

The Company entered into a dilution agreement dated effective May 3, 2012 with Anglo American Exploration (Canada) Ltd. (Anglo American) whereby the Company relinquished any and all rights it had under the joint venture agreement with Anglo American in respect to the West Raglan Project which is located in the Cape Smith Belt in northern Québec.

gestehe offen, dass ich den Volltext auf Englisch nicht durchblicke. Den heftigen Antstieg der letzten Wochen hätte man, sofern man noch aus KNP-Zeiten Stücke gehalten hat, zum Ausstieg nutzen können. Warum es wieder so steil bergab ging ist mir auch ein Rätsel.

As previously announced in February, the Operator ("DualEx Energy International Inc") and the Tunisian state oil company, Entreprise Tunisienne d'Activités Pétrolières ("ETAP"), applied for a one-year extension of the first exploration period of the Permit due to the possibility that the BHN-1 well would not be completed by the original expiry date of April 29, 2013.

The Operator reports that rig move and rig-up of the CTF-6 drilling rig is ongoing at the Company's BHN-1 exploration well site on the Bouhajla permit. Drilling is anticipated to start immediately after rig-up is completed, and will be announced by the Company on or near the spud date. The BHN-1 well will be drilled on the Bouhajla North prospect to a planned total depth of 2545 metres to evaluate a Cretaceous Abiod target, analogous to the Sidi el Kilani field twenty-five kilometers to the east. The well is expected to take four to six weeks to reach total depth.

Das Unternehmen, dass ich Ihnen heute vorstelle, ist in Tunesien tätig, das als eines der unangetastetsten Länder Nordafrikas gilt, was die Ölsuche anbelangt. In der Tat gibt es hier "NUR" 1200 Ölförderstellen.

Jahrzehntelang wurde die Region, in der Africa Hydrocarbon nach Öl sucht, als nicht ölführend angesehen bis Anfang der 90-er Jahre dann eine Firma aus Dubai zu bohren begann und just auch fündig wurde. Seitdem flossen aus dem "Sidi al Kilani" Ölfeld rund 50 Millionen Barrel - UND DAS AUS NUR 5 QUELLEN. Ein unglaublich ergiebiges Ölfeld. Sidi al Kilani ist zugleich das größte Ölfeld (Onshore) in Tunesien.

Unweit dieser Quelle (und es ist für Afrikanische Verhältnisse wirklich sehr nahe - 10 Kilometer) liegt das Bouhajla genannte Gebiet auf dem Africa Hydrocarbons gemeinsam mit dem Joint Venture Partner DualEx exploriert. Nach den notwendigen Vorarbeiten, wie dem Zusammentragen vorhandener 2D Seismik Daten und dem Erstellen neuer 3D Daten ist es nun so weit. Man hat an der geeignetsten Stelle zu bohren begonnen (Siehe Pressemitteilung vom 10 Jui 2013). Am 19. Juni gab man bekannt, dass man eine Tiefe von über 800 Meter erreicht hat und nun den ersten Teil der Bohrung ausschachtet (News). Die gesamte Bohrung wid voraussichtlich in 2-3 Wochen abgeschlossen sein und in eine Tiefe von 2500 Meter gehen.

Die Versiegelung der Lagerstätte erscheint auf den 3D Untersuchungen als sehr dicht (Voraussetzung für die Entstehung von Erdöl) und die potentielle "Pay-Zone" ist


[!!!] 212,5 Meter [!!!].


Das bedeutet, dass man auf dieser Länge auf Erdöl stoßen kann. Sind nur 50 Meter davon Öltragend, würde dies eine Ölquelle mit einer Förderung von 10.000 Barrel pro Tag nahe legen!

Ist die Bohrung abgeschlossen, werden die Karten auf den Tisch gelegt. Unmittelbar danach werden wir wissen ob es eine öltragende Zone gibt und wie dick diese ist. Gleichzeitig werden wir dann auch erfahren ob die Ölquelle ökonomisch ausbeutbar ist. Kein langes Zuwarten - Ruck Zuck.



Die erst kürzlich gewonnenen seismischen 3D Daten schauen phantastisch aus. Sie ähneln denen des Sidi Al Kliani Feldes, dass in der Spitze über 18.000 Barrel pro Tag ausspuckte, wie ein Ei dem anderen.



Wieviel Öl könnte hier vorhanden sein?
Martin & Brusset, schätze des Gesamtvorkommen zwischen 618 Millionen Barrel und 1,03 Milliarden Barrel (Bouhajla North, Bouhajla NorthEast und Bouhajla SoutEast).

Spiegelverkehrt
Normalerweise ist es ja umgekehrt. Junior Ölexplorer positionieren sich rund um potentielle Ölquellen von großen Ölförderern. Nicht so bei Africa Hydrocarbons. Shell hat alle Landflächen rund um das Bouhajla Gebiet erworben und hat sich verpflichtet 150 Millionen Dollar in diese Blöcke an Exploration zu investieren. Das ist mehr als 15 Mal so viel wie der komplette Firmenwert von Africa Hydrocarbon. Ergo muß sich Shell hier wohl auch sehr Großes erwarten.

Im Falle eines Ölfundes werden keine hunderte Millionen benötigt um das geförderte Öl an den Mann zu bringen, da die Pipelineanbindung faktisch vor der Tür ist (30 Kilometer) und Kapazitäten frei sind. Von 25.000 Barrel/pro Tag werden nur 1000 Barrel/Tag gegenwärtig genutzt.


CEO Nelson meint, dass die Chance auf Erfolg hier doppelt bis dreimal so hoch ist als international üblich.

Im Falle eines Treffers würde für Africa Hydrocarbons ein geschätztes NPV von 100 Millionen zu Buche stehen - mehr als 10 mal so viel wie der gegenwärtige Marktwert des Unternehmens. Trifft die Bohrung nicht ins Schwarze, hat das Unternehmen immer noch Cash und weitere Bohrziele, sodass man ein beschränktes Risiko nach unten hat.

Erfahrene Investoren wie Sprott und Royal Bank of Canada haben vor mehr als einem Jahr den doppelten Preis für Ihre Aktien bezahlt und Ihre Positionen nicht verringert.

Erwarten Sie keine prophetischen Aussagen jetzt von mir. Es ist wie es ist und auch ich weiß nicht, was in 2500 Meter wartet - auch die Manager des Unternehmens nicht. Fest steht, dass die seismischen Daten hervorragend ausschauen und diese einen Erfolg nahe legen.

Laut CEO Nelson ist die Chance auf durchschlagenden Erfolg Doppelt bis Dreifach als bei vergleichbaren Bohrungen! Ein sogenannter Hit, der eine Verzehnfachung des Aktienpreises zu Folge haben wird.

Fakt ist es, dass Sie gegenwärtig am unteren Ende des Preisbandes kaufen können aber ich denke, dass die Spekulation auf Bohrerfolg den Aktienkurs wohl an das Hoch von 20 Cent heranführen wird. Findet das Unternehmen Öl, sehe ich kein Problem, dass der Preis des Anteilscheines weit über 1 Dollar kosten wird

I believe there is Oil down hole. C1 and C4 usualy indicates Gas and Oil accordin to this website.

DXE/NFK & BHN-1 Test "soonish"

As noted in the Q2 release by DXE and the Q2 information filed on SEDAR by NFK, dismantling CTF-06 and then removal from the BHN-1 well site has been an unexpectedly, protracted event.

Because CTF-06 was released, the rig isn't costing DXE/NFK anything, but it is impeding getting the well test done.

The latest understanding that I have is to expect completion of a well test by around the end of September. The test itself should take a couple of weeks give or take a day or three. This implies that CTF-06 should have left BHN-1 by sometime next week.

Both Head Offices continue to be optimistic with the prospects for BHN-1 to be a significant oil producer and which is reflected in the technical parts of the news releases/SEDAR filings.

Many already know of the Norwegian proverb that loosely translated says that good things come to those who can wait the longest AND, man, have we long term holders been waiting patiently!

Africa Hydrocarbons Completes Interpretation of Well Data and Provides an Operational Update on

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 9, 2013) - Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NFK) ("AHI" or the "Company") today issued the following operational update regarding its BHN-1 exploration well on the Bouhajla Permit in northeastern Tunisia. As previously announced, the BHN-1 well penetrated 245 metres of chalky limestones of the targeted Abiod formation within the Bouhajla North prospect. During drilling, elevated levels of C1-C4 (methane-butane) were noted in the mud log with indications of both open and healed fractures noted in the drill cuttings. Fluid losses during drilling of between 0.8 and 3 cubic metres per hour were encountered throughout the Abiod. Hole stability issues below the intermediate casing string dictated a decision to case the wellbore rather than risk losing the hole, and then follow up with cased-hole neutron/sonic/gamma logs for initial evaluation purposes.

Further log evaluation was conducted on September 25, 2013 using a pulse-neutron logging tool, previously unavailable in country, to determine pore saturations within the Abiod. The results of the pulse-neutron log are indicative of elevated hydrocarbon saturations throughout the Abiod reservoir section with no indication of having intersected a water contact. The pulse-neutron log interpretation was consistent with the other data and observations related to the wellbore.

Typically, Abiod reservoirs rely on naturally-occurring fractures for the production of hydrocarbons. The non-fractured Abiod section in BHN-1 has characteristically low permeability, however several zones of enhanced permeability due to apparent natural fractures and faulting have been interpreted from the logs and confirm expectations based on 3D seismic interpretation of the Bouhajla North structure. Two six meter intervals over interpreted fracture zones near the bottom of the logged Abiod reservoir section have been identified for possible flow and testing analysis. The BHN-1 completion protocol will be similar to that successfully employed by the operator of the Sidi el Kilani field twenty-five kilometres to the east of BHN-1. After perforating, an acid wash of the perforations will be carried out followed by an acid squeeze into the formation.

Cleaning and treating of the drilling fluids/solids and removal from the waste pit at BHN-1 is underway and is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete before commencement of further operations.

The BHN-1 well was spud on June 8, 2013 and is the first exploration well on the Bouhajla Permit. It is being drilled to evaluate a Cretaceous Abiod oil target on the Bouhajla North prospect.

Results Due In A Month From Dualex And African Hydrocarbons In Tunisia

I had written an article back in June on Dualex (DALXF) and Africa Hydrocarbons (KNPRF) which was denied posting by SA because the market cap did not meet the minimum standards to write about. A lot has happened with Dualex and Africa Hydrocarbons since then.

In summary: Their Tunisia exploration well has been successfully drilled and cased. Logs have been run. Current operations are cleaning up location and then testing to follow. Test results should show up somewhere mid November if everything stays on schedule.

In my opinion, the data this well is showing gives it a rather high chance of success:
-Apparent four way closure on 3D
-Seal confirmed during drilling
-C1-C4 shows while drilling
-Fracture evidence from cuttings
-Losses during drilling indicating some sort of perm
-Elevated hydrocarbon concentrations in the fractured intervals with no OWC seen
-Very analogous to the nearby SeK field which has produced 50MM bbls
25km from infrastructure

Each company has roughly 50% of the well. If the field acts like the nearby SeK field, NPV10 on the whole project should be around $500MM. $250MM for each company. Current market caps are still under $20MM. You do the math. Also, the companies have two additional, larger prospects identified on seismic.

Both stocks are up today on the recent HC saturation news. I am long both stocks. Hoping for oil mid November.

(TSX VENTURE:NFK) (AHI or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced bought deal private placement offering (the Offering) that was led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the Underwriter), pursuant to which the Company issued 12,500,000 units (Units) at $0.18 per Unit and raised gross proceeds of $2,250,000. In dem Fall hast Du recht.
Denke hier ist nicht mehr viel zu holen. Doch warten wir noch auf das Endergebnis ab. Ich verkaufe heute nochmals 25% und halte danach 25% bis zum Schluss.

In order to determine possible causes of the failed acid injection, the Company plans to utilize a borehole imaging tool that will assist in determining if an adequate number of perforations exist, thereby allowing sufficient penetration through casing, cement and into the rock formation. The results produced by the borehole imaging tool will, along with other data, be considered when planning subsequent operations. At such time as the necessary equipment is brought in and operations have been finished, the Company will provide additional information. AFRICA HYDROCARBONS ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Grant Thornton LLP has resigned, at the request of the company, as auditor of the Africa Hydrocarbons Inc., effective Sept. 3, 2015.

The audit committee and the board of directors has appointed MNP LLP of Calgary, Alta., as auditor for the company effective Sept. 3, 2015, until the close of the next annual general meeting of the company.

There were no reservations in the former auditor's reports in connection with the financial statements of the company for the two most recently completed fiscal years; and any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the effective date of expiry of the former auditor's term of office.

The company confirms that there have been no reportable events as defined in the National Instrument 51-102, and, in its opinion, there are no reportable events pending.


The company and the board of directors would like to extend their thanks to Grant Thornton LLP, for its auditing services to date.

Antwort kam umgehend: Ja wir existieren noch und ja, wir haben 2015 mehrere Optionen durch gespielt, die aber alle nichts gebracht haben und ja, wir sind weiterhin am Überlegen, was wir noch machen könnten.
Eine Mitteilung kommt erst, wenn irgendetwasd eingetütet ist.
Na ja - dann warte ich mal ab. Zum Hinternwischen sind die Papiere ja immer noch zu gebrachen, wenn da weiterhin nichts kommt.
