IRBL updated their homepage in December of 2011 to "Under Construction", which happened at the time they were reinstated through Nevada SOS, added a new Registered Agent, and issued new Class A Preferred Convertible Stock (which is common for reverse merger stocks). As of a week ago, the homepage that read "Under Construction" was removed because they are constructing a new and updated website. Inrob-Tech hat jahrelang keine News veröffentlicht. Die Reaktivierung der Shell im Dezember, die Änderung des Transferagenten und Aktienstruktur,die preffered Aktien (werden häufig bei reverse mergers verwendet), die nicht im offenen Markt verkauft werden dürfen, sowie das arbeiten an der Webseite lassen darauf schließen, dass die Firma sich bald wieder zurück meldet.

Und angesichts des drohenden Israel-Irak Kriegs ist hier jede menge Luft nach oben vorhanden, siehe letzten Schlagzeilen!

Firma ist kein Scam, arbeitet mit israelischem Militär, Polizei zusammen und stattet diese aus. Im Falle eines Kriegs könnten alte Kurse erreicht werden. IRBL war ein .25 stock als sie noch aktiv waren!

Trotz 1000% letzte Woche gehe ich von weiterem Kursanstieg aus, denn die Firma scheint zurück zu kommen und die Kurse der letzten 3 Jahre waren Kurse eines leeren Mantels.

Zum trading der Aktie ist noch folgendes zu sagen, bidhwacking ist hier tödlich.
Falls jemand Aktien kauft, bitte stellt euch geduldig ins Ask um diese zu verkaufen und bitte keine großen Verkauforders.

Letzten Donnerstag meinte einer eine 3 Millionen Order ins Ask zu stellen und folge war, das ein paar ins Bid geworfen haben und die Aktie von 0.0091 auf 0.0038 gefallen ist und zwar mit wenig Volumen.

Das ist ein low floater, die Aktie steigt mit nichts und fällt auch mit nichts und man sollte smart handeln um den Kursanstieg, der vermutlich folgen wird nicht zu stoppen!
Trader auf 10% sind nicht willkommen und halten uns nur auf.

Ich bin seit 0.0011 drinnen, habe bei 0.0045 nachgekauft und bei 0.0091 und nicht eine Aktie verkauft, weil ich weiss was passieren wird.

Ist hier noch jemand anderes in der Aktie? Am Donnerstag 6 millionen shorting volume, aber niemand kann sie stoppen!

Da hier die großen aufladen und sehr viel Geld diese Woche investiert wird, eine Radioshow und Analyse zu IRBL kommt, sowie vermutlich in kürze News, hat ein Chart wenig Bedeutung, aber er sieht so schön aus, dass man ihn nicht verstecken sollte.

Ich bin ja ungern geschmacklos, aber ein Krieg beflügelt den Kurs solcher Firmen nun mal und wie man weiss, viele Aktien steigen auf Grund von Potential und Phantasie.

ISRAEL GIVES TIMELINE FOR IRAN ATTACK!!!

An attack on Iran could take place within a matter of months, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a series of television interviews on Thursday.

"We're not standing with a stopwatch in hand," he said. "It's not a matter of days or weeks, but also not of years. The result must be removal of the threat of nuclear weapons in Iran's hands."

Netanyahu gave separate interviews to all three Israeli television stations, the first he has given since his return from Washington earlier this week. The full interviews will air on Saturday night, but excerpts were broadcast Thursday.

"I hope there won't be a war at all, and that the pressure on Iran will succeed," the prime minister stressed, noting that his preferred choice would be for Iran to halt its nuclear program and dismantle the uranium enrichment facility located in an underground site near Qom. "That would make me happiest," he said. "I think every citizen of Israel would be happy."

"Making decisions isn't the problem; it's making the right decision," Netanyahu added. "If you don't make the decision and don't succeed in preventing this [an Iranian nuke], to whom will you explain this - to the historians? To the generations before you, and the generations that won't come after you?"

He also spoke about the departure of his former bureau chief, Natan Eshel, who was forced to resign over allegations of harassing a subordinate. "I had a connection with Natan Eshel, a connection going back many years," he said. "This is very painful for me personally, and you part ways humanely.

"On the other hand, what he did, or what he confessed to doing ... is very serious. This is a serious, inappropriate thing, and I condemn it."

Netanyahu insisted that he backs the three officials who informed the attorney general of the suspicions against Eshel: his military secretary, Maj. Gen. Yohanan Locker; Cabinet Secretary Zvi Hauser; and the former head of the National Information Directorate, Yoaz Hendel.

"Let there be no doubt: I also think the men who acted, acted rightly," he said. "They had to go complain about this."

Nevertheless, he added, his criticism of them for not informing him was justified: "In my opinion, I'm the head of the system, as prime minister, and they should have told me."

Wir hatten die letzten Wochen täglich 30 Millionen Volumen. Heute ist IRBL unter niedrigem Volumen (2.5 Millionen Aktien wurden gehandelt) 25% im minus, weil jemand ungeduldig war und meinte an einem Tag mit niedrigem Volumen ins bid whacken zu müssen. Ist heute eine gute Gelgenheit 40% unter dem Schlusskurs von Freitag (wurden 30m gehandelt) nachzukaufen!
Geduld wird hier massiv belohnt!

Und an die Zweifler:

Wen es abschreckt, dass die Firma seit ein paar Jahren nichts veröffentlicht hat, dem sei gesagt, der aktuelle Kurs beeinhaltet dies, ABER PREFERRED: 20M A/S, 20M O/S as of Dec. 2011 wurden hinzgefügt und für eine Shell würden diese keinen Sinn machen, da sie nicht am offenen Markt verkauft würden dürfen. Diese Preferred Aktien werden häufig bei Reverse Merger oder Deals mit anderen Firmen eingesetzt. Außerdem wurde der Transferagent geändert und die Aktienstruktur, sowie die Filings auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht. Sowas passiert nicht ohne Grund!

Wir hatten die letzten Wochen täglich an die 30 Millionen Volumen. Zuvor absolut kein Volumen und Grund ist, hier akkumulieren "Die Großen" und das Volumen kommt nicht von anderen Foren.
Heute sieht man was passiert, wenn diese big boys nicht kaufen, aber sie verkaufen auch nicht.
Es ist ein Geduldsspiel, weil ohne diese Käufer aktuell nicht genug Interesse vorhanden ist, was sehr schade ist, denn wie sagt man so schön, "Watch what the big boys do and do the same"!

Die Aktie steigt mit nichts, fällt aber auch mit nichts.

Wer auf die Sicherheit von News wartet, wird hier nicht mehr günstig kaufen können, weil der Float gelockt ist und sie massiv ausbrechen wird, sobald news kommen!
Das Volumen der letzten Wochen spricht Bände, das heutige hingegen ist niedrig und sagt lediglich aus, dass es eine Chance ist, günstig zu kaufen imo.
