Quantum Technologies Announces Repayment of Senior Secured Debt

(the "Company") (Nasdaq: QTWW), announced today that it has fully repaid all of the outstanding indebtedness owed to its senior secured lender and, as a result of such repayment, the Credit Agreement between the Company and its senior secured lender has been terminated.

Denke die Verwässerung durch Verkauf von Aktien in den Markt wird sich durch die Begleichung eines größeren Schuldenbetrages nun am Kurs bemerkbar machen.
Wie gesagt $1 halte ich für das erste Kursziel, welches auch schon Morgen eintreffen könnte.

1 USD wäre sicherlich alle von uns sehr freuen, ist aber sicherlich mehr Dein Wunschtraum. Diese Klippe zu überwinden dauert sicherlich noch bis Mitte Mai 2012. Mein Kurzziel bis Ende nächster Woche liegt in der Range 0,63 bis 0,66 Euro bzw. 0,75 bis 0,77 USD.

Ist ja sehr ruhig hier geworden, weil es für uns nicht so läuft wie gedacht! Meine Prognosen waren sicherlich auch nicht immer richtig, aber im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen, habe und werde ich durchhalten, da ich mir sicher bin das dieses eine TOPAKTIE ist. Ich habe in den letzten Wochen bei 0,53 und nochmals bei 0,44 Euro nachgekauft und die Ruhe bewahrt! Es wird sich 150% auszahlen. Gebt kein Stück aus der Hand und nutzt eine nochmalige Schwächephase zu Nachkäufen zwischen 0,40 und 0,42 Euro. Ich bin mir allerdings sehr sicher, dass wir diese Kurse nicht mehr sehen werden. Der Kurs wird sich jezt zwischen 0,47-0,50 Euro bewegen. In den nächsten 2-3 Wochen werden wir die 0,60 Euro angreifen und überschreiten.

Charttechisch wichtiger Widerstand bei 0,55 Cent durchbrochen. Der Weg nach oben ist somit frei. Wichtig wäre, dass wir heute Abend und Morgen darüber schliessen (0,57-0,60 Euro). Hoffen wir als darauf, dass die Nasdaq positiv läuft. Theoretisch steht einem Anstieg in Richtung 0,70 und höher nichts im Wege. Postive Nachrichten würden den Anstieg natürlich beflügeln. Nächster Widerstand wäre dann erst wieder bei 0,83-0,85 Euro. PS: Meistens komnmt es anders als man denkt!

Wie könnte es in den nächsten 2 Monaten weiter gehen? Leider konnten wir den hartnäckigen Widerstand bei 0,63 Euro bisher nicht knacken. Wir dürfen aber auch nicht vergessen, dass wir seit Anfang Juni fast 50 % Kurserholung erzielten, nachdem der Kurs vorher stark gefallen war! Die Aktie pendelt seit Mitte Juni zwischen 0,57 und 0,60 Euro. Das ist nach dem starken Anstieg ganz normal. Die Ruhe vor dem Sturm!!! Der Ausbruch über 0,63 - 0,64 Euro wird den Kurs in diesem Monat auf über 0,70 Euro nach oben treiben. Dann ist der Weg charttechnisch bis ca. 0,83 Euro frei. Wenn wir diesen schaffen, werden wir spätestens bis Ende September 2012 die 1 Euromarke angreifen und nach oben durchbrechen!!! Positive Nachrichten werden uns auf dem Weg helfen!

PS: Wir sehen dieses Jahr noch Kurse von ca. mindestens 1,50 Euro.

Wenn wir diesen schaffen, werden wir spätestens bis Ende September 2012 die 1 Euromarke angreifen und nach oben durchbrechen!!! Positive Nachrichten werden uns auf dem Weg helfen!

Nach einem Kursanstieg von fast 45 % seit dem 02.07.2012 (von 0,57 Euro bis zum charttechnischen Widerstand bei 0,83/0,84 Euro), läuft die Aktie zurzeit "quer". Der Kurs ist dreimal am o.a. Widerstand abgeprallt; diesen gilt es jetzt zu überwinden. Ich bin überrascht, dass die Aktie sich so gut hält und nun mit der 0,80 Euro-Marke kämpft! Ich hatte mit einem Rückschlag bis zum Niveau 0,70-0,73 Euro gerechnet, wobei "Quantum" für einen Tag in diese Rtg. abgetaucht ist, sich aber gleich wieder erholt hat, was sehr gut war! Jetzt läuft die Aktie "quer" und pendelt zwischen 0,75 und 0,81 Euro.

Wie geht es weiter! Entweder geht es jetzt noch in dieser Woche nach oben, Durchbruch des Widerstandes und dann Kursanstieg in Richtung 0,90-0,95 Euro, oder die Aktie läuft weiterhin quer zwischen 0,76 bis 0,82 Euro. Für die weitere Kursentwicklung ist jetzt ganz entscheidend, WANN der Widerstand überwunden wird! Ich persönlich gehe davon aus, dass die Aktie noch mehrfach am o.a. Widerstand abprallen wird und in diesem Monat weiterhin quer läuft. Aber, ........ im August werden wir nachhaltig die 1 Euro überwinden. Die positiven Meldungen die wir brauchen, werden den Kurs über 1,10 Euro ansteigen lassen! Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit wird die Aktie aufgrund einer Sensationsmeldung Mitte August in ganz andere Kursbereiche vordringen! August und September wird "Quantum" verändern!!!

Absatz 1: Wir befinden uns heute genau auf dem im 1. Absatz beschriebenen Niveau bei 0,70 Euro, mit dem ich auch gerechnet habe. Darunter dürfen wir aber nicht abrutschen, weil es dann gefährlich wird! Ich denke aber 0,69/0,70 Euro wird halten und wir werden dann kurzfristig wieder nach oben in den Bereich 0,75-0,81 Euro drehen. Die USA muss natürlich auch mitspielen!

Kurse von über 1 Euro sehen wir nur dann, wenn der beschriebene Widerstand nach oben durchbrochen wird. Das ist die 1. Voraussetzung für die weitere Entwicklung! Wenn das passiert geht es weiter nach oben!
