Daulton Capital wurde vom indischem Selfmade Milliardär Arun Pudur dieses Jahr aufgekauft und sollte gemäss eines Beschlusses der Firma zunächst als Celframe Resources firmieren. Man entschied sich jedoch im September die Firma umzubenennen in ARX Gold Corporation.
Von den rund 4.2 Milliarden Aktien des Unternehmens befinden sich nur rund 60 Millionen Aktien im free float.

Wir wir wissen, hat der Multimilliardär Arun Pudur die Firma im April oder Mai 2012 übernommen. Aber wie die Firma jetzt finanziell ausgestattet ist, ist mir zumindest noch unklar.
Der Deal mit Ascot läßt mich aber hoffen, daß reichlich Geld vorhanden ist oder günstig besorgt werden kann. Sonst wäre das Abkommen sinnfrei.
