Da kann kein vernünftiges Labor drin sein! Das geht nicht! Wenn da mehr als ein Briefkasten ist, dann ein Büro zum zocken mit den Aktien. AUch zu 0,0001 $ kann man noch 100 % verlieren!

Die haben geplant zu erforschen, ob ihre Technologie und Stammzellen benefit bringen und wollen damit Ende 2012 beginnen (Sind wir da nicht schon?)
Unter "Events" werden eine Reihe bedeutungsloser Veranstaltungen aufgezählt, die in keinerlei Zusammenhang mit den eigenen Forschungen stehen. Wer nichts davon versteht, überfliegt die Homepage und läßt sich von ihrem Style bestimmt imponieren.

Das ist aus meiner Einschätzung aufgezogen um abzuzocken. Es werden in den nächsten Monaten Patentankündigungen erfolgen. Vielleicht auch LOI für Verpartnerungen etc. um möglichst viele Aktien zu verhökern.

Interessant finde ich die Ähnlichkeit zwischen Intellicell und Intellineuron. Fehlt noch intellibone

Below is ”Compare & Contrast” analyst that I put together to help investors to see the potential undervaluation that exists here with SVFC compared to a stock that signed a $531 Million deal which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker of CYTX:

Observe below a study from Merck that confirmed that the SVFC (IntelliCell) stem cell process was 10 times greater than Cytori which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker of CYTX at $2.60+ per share:

Just by considering the above Market Cap Analysis for both SVFC and CYTX… SVFC is 70.7 times cheaper or smaller than where CYTX exists, but yet the SVFC stem cell process is 10 times better. This means that it could be justified for SVFC to be trading 70.7 times higher than its current price of .0049 per share. That would equate to… .346 per share for a value of where SVFC could fundamentally exist to trade; conservatively speaking. Use the Substitution Property to substitute any variable above that might change at any particular time.

Let’s further analyze why SVFC has a better stem cell process than CYTX:

An email from the company was recently posted confirming that news is due any day now. This very well could be one of the few of the long awaited PRs expected to be released.

Also important to note is that SVFC provides product today to ReGen Medical while at the same time is building a fantastic database of patient experience that will be used to focus on clinical applications:

There Is POWER And STRENGTH In Numbers

On this List , I did a quick count and we are 78 Investors Holding Over 71% Of the OS ( Assuming 500 MM OS )

It is not important if we are at An Actual 500 MM or 550 MM or 600 MM given that Nov 21, 2013 we were most likely still at 316 MM OS. Whats Important is that there Has to be POWER Here in These Numbers.

Obviously each one of us has the Right and Free Will to sell or buy or trade or flip or do as we please wit our shares , But Given we all are participating in this Share Count Survey, and we all Understand the Basic Fundamental restructuring Shift that is Happening Right here Right Now in the company that started Last Sept-Oct 2013 Time Frame, and we all know that the IP and other Patents are in the National Phase ( Final Phase ) of being APPROVED, and the CEO is Calling this Year the Year of GROWTH and LEVERAGE and On and On, Doesnt It make sense for All of us ( or as many of us as Possible) to Sort of Shake an "Internet" handshake on Our Commitment to Hold All or at least the Majority of Our Shares till we at least Cross .03 Cents as Just as Example? We Know when the Momentum Hits with Significant news and since the IR Case is within a quick reach of resolution, and the IP Approval could Hit us anytime in the next 0-60 days For example, and the PPS seems to be catching on to a Self UPWARD Adjustment Bias heading toward the 5-7 cents area Given the Decline started last July ) Approx.) with the Wrongful, Criminal Moves of IR, that if the majority of Us REFUSE to Sell and make our shares Available, that when these HUGE VOLUME Days come upon us , the majority of the Volume will Have to DRIVE the PPS Up Because of HIGH DEMAND for Shares and the Then OBVIOUS LOWER SUPPLY.

It is Obvious that the smaller the Numbers of People who need to agree to something the easier it is. In other words Its harder for 1000 People to agree on something together than say a 100 and its easier for 10 people to agree than a 100

Do a Count on Even the TOP 10 Investors on this List and I am sure we control a respectable Percentage of the float.

Then there are people like my Good Friend For example who has 148000 shares on my Suggestion and he is NOT Selling and he isn't on this list and doesn't go to IHUB. There must be many like him who have shares and not on this list and are not looking to sell

So My point here is that the majority of the Float may be in Under a 100-150 hands Given that this short list of 78 Investors have over 357 MM Shares Of the OS Share Count of potentially 500-600 MM Shares.

I For one Believe that apart from normal NEED based reasons NONE of us should sell a SINGLE SHARE at this Ridiculous Sub Penny Levels. In other words No selling for Fear or greed or timing or flipping and in and out Craziness.

I haven't sold a SINGLE SHARE and Given that this is a Life Changing Space of REGENERATIVE Medicine and the Current CEO has a vast Knowledge in this Arena, Knows INVESTORS Caliber People with CAPITAL, Is Cleaning Up the Balance Sheet, Has a Vision of Setting Up Medical centers all over the USA and then Globally, has a Technology that is at Least TEN Times Better than the Competing CYTORI Technology, Is gaining More Awareness and Exposure day by day, has the HUGE POTENTIAL of Signing Multiple RESIDUAL REVENUE GENERATING Licensing and Partnership Deals and Agreements, I Believe that Even Medium to Long term Investors will be Rewarded in a HUGE Way from these Sub Penny levels.

TIMING is of the ESSENCE if You want the MAXIMUM RETURNS. For Example even if One Assumes for the sake of an Example that we are headed back to 5 cents , then the return for someone buying at .006 or so ( Current price Approx.) VS buying it at a Penny is Making a return of 800PLUS Percent VS. a 500% return. Wouldn't You take 800 Plus percent Over 500% Every day of the Week ?

SVFC is a STRONG BUY
