Minaurum regains control of Adelita from Ocean Park

Mr. Darrell Rader of Minaurum reports

MINAURUM REGAINS 100% CONTROL OF ADELITA GOLD-SILVER-COPPER PROJECT

Minaurum Gold Inc. has regained 100-per-cent control of the 12,291-hectare Adelita gold-silver-copper project in southern Sonora, Mexico, from its joint venture partner, Ocean Park Ventures Corp.

Located six kilometres east of Pan American Silver Corp.'s Alamo Dorado silver mine, Adelita hosts near-surface high-grade copper, gold and silver skarn mineralization that continues intermittently for four kilometres along the contact of the previously unrecognized Mezquital copper-molybdenum porphyry.

The remaining results from Ocean Park's 2012 drilling of the Cerro Grande skarn target and initial drilling at the Mezquital porphyry will be reported, as assay reports and core are received. The results from drilling on the property by Minaurum and Ocean Park to date are presented in the attached tables.

The Cerro Grande skarn zone can be traced for over 800 metres on surface and measures four kilometres along strike. The Cerro Grande skarn forms part of a favourable contact zone with the Mezquital porphyry. Ocean Park's drilling at Cerro Grande concentrated on a 120-metre-long segment of Cerro Grande and demonstrated 300 metres of downdip continuity of mineralized skarn. The similar but as yet undrilled Andalucia skarn zone lies 2.5 kilometres south of Cerro Grande and has been exposed in trenches along 70 metres of strike length. Trench samples at Andalucia grade up to 4.19 per cent copper, 9.22 grams per tonne gold and 162 grams per tonne silver. Andalucia is permitted and drill ready. Another undrilled skarn zone is the Cerro Grande West target lying 200 to 700 metres west of the main Cerro Grande discovery. Surface mineralization at Cerro Grande West has been identified over more than a kilometre of strike, roughly parallel to the main Cerro Grande zone, and surface sampling has returned values grading up to 2.23 per cent copper, 0.62 g/t gold and 209 g/t silver.

"We are very pleased to recover 100-per-cent control of Adelita, which has potential for both near-surface and readily exploitable high-grade copper-silver-gold skarn mineralization and an adjoining copper-molybdenum porphyry system," stated Darrell Rader, Minaurum president and chief executive officer. "The results generated by Ocean Park's considerable investment reinforce our initial discovery of high-grade skarn mineralization and indicates it may continue to depth and laterally along the margins of the emerging porphyry system. We look forward to aggressively exploring the skarn to test for high-grade mineralization between Cerro Grande and Andalucia and at Cerro Grande West."

Minaurum optioned the project to Ocean Park in February, 2011 (see Minaurum press release dated Feb. 15, 2011). Ocean Park invested over $1.5-million in an extensive ground geophysical survey, follow-up drilling of the Cerro Grande skarn zone and initial drilling on the adjoining 10-square-kilometre Mezquital porphyry copper target. Ocean Park did not meet financial obligations of the option agreement due in late 2012, resulting in the termination of the agreement by Minaurum.

Highlights from Minaurum's (2010) drill program at the Cerro Grande skarn target are included in the attached drill program 2010 results table. (See Minaurum news release dated Oct. 6, 2010.)

      Moin,

Erst Chisna jetzt Adelita.Mal sehen was der Markt heute daraus macht.

Ocean Park to acquire 50% of Dundarave's Jesse Creek

      2012-11-19 09:06 ET - News Release

Also News Release (C-DDX) Dundarave Resources Inc (2)

Mr. Chris Taylor of Ocean Park reports

DRILLING NOW UNDERWAY ON 2000 METRE PHASE 1 PROGRAM

Ocean Park Ventures Corp. has signed a letter of intent to earn a 50-per-cent interest in the Jesse Creek porphyry and skarn project from Dundarave Resources Inc. The property is located immediately adjacent to the Craigmont mine in Southern British Columbia near the town of Merritt. The Jesse Creek project contains three known mineralized occurrences:

      A Craigmont-style copper-silver skarn with preliminary historic test drilling including 10.01 metres of 0.75 per cent copper and 6.6 grams per tonne silver, overlying a newly defined induced polarization and magnetic target suggestive of buried, undrilled porphyry mineralization;
      An alkalic porphyry system yielding copper-mineralized grab samples from surface of up to 2 per cent copper and presumably genetically associated with the main skarn showings;
A calc-alkalic-type porphyry target with surface exposures of hydrothermal breccia including chalcopyrite-bearing copper mineralization. Most of this target is concealed beneath glacial sediment cover and has not yet been drilled.
A 2,000-metre phase 1 drill program is now under way, which will test all porphyry targets by the close of 2012. A property inspection completed by Ocean Park in late October confirmed the presence of copper mineralization within various skarn, hydrothermal breccia and porphyry host rocks in all drill target areas.

The Jesse Creek property covers an approximately 10-kilometre-by-six-kilometre area, comprising a 5,896-hectare contiguous claim package. The property is located approximately seven kilometres east of the Craigmont mine, a porphyry-associated skarn which had estimated total production from 1962 to 1982 of 33.7 million tonnes at 1.77 per cent copper and 19 per cent iron. Airborne and ground-based geophysical surveys completed during 2012 by Dundarave at Jesse Creek have identified three highly prospective targets with associated surface showings of mineralized skarn or porphyry rocks. Maps showing results from Dundarave's recent work are provided on the Ocean Park website.

The project is characterized by excellent infrastructure including a paved highway, power lines and a network of logging roads either on the property or within one kilometre of its claim boundaries.

Under the terms of the LOI, Ocean Park can earn a 50-per-cent interest in the Jesse Creek project by making cash payments of $1-million, paying one million shares and completing $3-million in exploration expenditures over 38 months.

Chris Taylor, MSc, PGeo, is vice-president, exploration, with Ocean Park and is the qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, who supervised the preparation of the above information. Information related to past drilling and highlighted mineral properties was taken from previous public disclosures and technical reports issued by the companies listed above.

Entourage Metals Options Two Hemlo Gold Belt Properties to Ocean Park Ventures; Drilling to Commence Immediately

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 21, 2012) - Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE,EMT) (the "Company" or "Entourage Metals") is pleased to announce that Ocean Park Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE,OCP) has signed a letter agreement to enter into a comprehensive option agreement with Entourage Metals, whereby Ocean Park can earn up to a 75% interest in the Rous Lake and Toothpick West Properties, subject to receipt by Ocean Park of approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Properties are located immediately West of the famous Hemlo Mines complex, and have excellent road access and infrastructure with close proximity to rail, air and power.

The 2012 drill program will commence immediately and will include up to 1,000 meters of diamond drilling and will focus on targets identified based on geological, geophysical, and geochemical work during the extensive work completed in the 2011 season. This drilling will test the main Hemlo trend in two precollared drill holes eight kilometers west of Hemlo Mines Property boundary.

The geological understanding of the Hemlo belt and its mineralization has improved in the decades since Hemlo was discovered in 1981. A majority of these targets lie below 500 meters vertical depth; limited historical exploration has been accomplished at these depths.

The Hemlo gold deposit has produced over 20.3 million ounces of gold to date (Ministry of Northern Development and Mines report 6182 and 6246). Compared to other greenstone belts, the Hemlo belt area has remained very underexplored. Gold was first discovered in the Hemlo area in 1981, leading to a staking rush and exploration work in the early 1980's. Current producing mines include Barrick's David Bell, Golden Giant, and the Williams Mine defining a large 2.5 km continuous body of gold mineralization.

Entourage Metals has an option agreement with Barrick Gold Inc. to acquire a 100% interest in the Rous Lake and Toothpick West Properties located in the Hemlo belt along the mineralized trend of Barrick's Hemlo gold deposit.

Ocean Park will have a first option to earn a 65% interest in the Properties by funding exploration expenditures totaling $2,900,000 in stages on or before June 30, 2015, with $300,000 required to be funded on or before December 31, 2012. In addition Ocean Park must make cash and share payments to Entourage Metals, totaling $30,000 and 1,000,000 common shares to exercise the first option. Ocean Park can exercise a second option earn an additional 10% interest, allowing Ocean Park to reach a 75% interest in the Properties, by completing a National Instrument 43-101 resource estimate and issuing to Entourage Metals an additional 1,500,000 common shares. Entourage Metals will be the operator of the Properties during the currency of the first and section options.

The 2012 exploration program for the Properties are under the supervision of John C. Florek, P.Geo., Vice-President Exploration for Entourage Metals; who is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Mr. Florek prepared and approved the information contained in this release.

Hier sind allerdings auch wieder etliche Dollar/Aktien zu zahlen.Und wie das geschehen soll, ist im Moment auch etwas unklar bei dem Aktienkurs.Ein PP zu den jetzigen Kursen würde extrem verwässern.

      Mr. Paul Matysek reports

OCEAN PARK WITHDRAWS FROM ADELITA OPTION

Ocean Park Ventures Corp. has withdrawn from its option agreement with Minaurum Gold Corp., where it was earning an interest in the Adelita copper-gold-silver project in Sonoroa, Mexico. After a thorough review of the available data and drill results, the Company has opted not to make additional payments as required under the option agreement as the project does not meet its geological criteria.

      Mezquital Porphyry Drilling

Ocean Park completed a series of six diamond drill holes totalling approximately 2000 metres across 2.5 kilometres of strike along the main soil geochemistry trend at the Mezquital porphyry target. Drilling tested the upper 200 - 300 metres from surface underlying all of the strongest geochemical anomalies, in addition to targeting various levels of chargeability and resistivity responses from its 2011 Induced Polarization geophysical survey. None of this drilling intercepted significant copper mineralization.

Final Drill Results - Cerro Grande Skarn

Three shallow test holes drilled 35 metres to the north of the Company's previous drilling intersected two parallel zones of copper - gold - silver mineralized skarn. Results are shown on the table below.

The Company also announces that it has terminated its option agreements involving the Metla, Golden Fleece and Argonaut properties in northern British Columbia.

Drill core assay results are evaluated through a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) procedure that includes the use of standards with known precious and base metal values, duplicated core intervals and blank samples in order to determine accuracy. Assaying was carried out by ALS Minerals of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Die neuen Filings sind da, wird bald BE's geben:

      Jesse Creek Property

On November 16, 2012 the Company entered into an agreement with Dundarave Resources (“Dundarave”) and was granted an option to earn a 50% interest in the Jesse Creek Property, located in British Columbia, Canada subject to a 2% Net Smelter Royalty.

The Jesse Creek property covers an approximately 10 kilometre by 6 kilometre area, comprising a 5,896 Ha contiguous claim package. The property is located approximately 7 kilometres east of the Craigmont mine, a porphyry-associated skarn which had estimated total production from 1962 to 1982 of 33.7 Mt at 1.77% copper and 19% iron.
From November to December 2012 the Company completed approximately 2300 metres of diamond drilling. Drilling tested three geophysical targets previously developed by Dundarave, the Chase, SB and SB North zones. Results from this drilling are pending.

      Rous Lake Property

On November 19, 2012 the Company entered into an agreement with Entourage Metals (“Entourage”) and was granted an option to earn a 65% interest in the Rous Lake and Toothpick Properties, located in Ontario, Canada.
The properties are located along the extension of Barrick Gold Corp.’s (TSX: ABX) Hemlo gold mineralized trend, and have excellent infrastructure including all-year road access with close proximity to rail and powerThe Hemlo Deposit has produced over 20.3 million ounces of gold to date (Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines reports 6182 and 6246).

Compared to other greenstone belts, this area has remained relatively untapped and underexplored. Gold was first discovered in the Hemlo area in 1981, leading to a staking rush and exploration work in the early 1980's. Current producing mines include Barrick's David Bell, Golden Giant, and Williams Mine defining a large 2.5 km continuous body of gold mineralization. Most gold mineralization at Hemlo occurs below 500 metres depth, which will be the main target of Ocean Park’s drilling.

The Company completed a limited drill program in December 2012, where it extended an historic drill hole originally completed by Entourage to a depth of approximately 600 metres. The extended drill hole reached a drill indicated depth of approximately 1300 metres, with a true depth of less than 1200 metres as the hole was drilled at an angle of between 60 and 70 degrees. This drilling targeted the on- strike extension of mineralized porphyry dikes that host much of the gold mineralization at Hemlo mines. Most of the mineralization at Hemlo is confined below 500 metres vertical depth. Results from this work are pending.

Ocean Park Withdraws from Jesse Creek Option

April 2, 2013 - Vancouver, B.C. Ocean Park Ventures Corp. ("Ocean Park" or the "Company") (TSX-V: OCP) announces results of its drill program carried out on the Jesse Creek property, located near Merritt, British Columbia from November to December 2012.

Seven HQ diameter diamond drill holes totaling 2,300 m were completed on the property, testing three geophysical targets from surface to vertical depths of between 250 and more than 450 metres. The targets were previously identified by Dundarave Resources Inc. (TSX-V: DDX, "Dundarave") through an Induced Polarization survey. Results were as follows:

1)Two of the three targets encountered porphyry style hydrothermally altered volcanic and/or intrusive rocks, possibly related to the Craigmont porphyry-skarn complex located to the west.

2)Copper mineralization was only noted in short structurally mediated intervals within these pyritic alteration zones. The best observed copper mineralization was 2.01 m returning 0.57% copper.

3)Copper mineralization returning over 0.10% copper was only noted within five short intervals of less than three metres each, spread across four drill holes.

4)Precious metal mineralization was not observed within any of the alteration zones.

The results do not meet Ocean Park's geological criteria and the Company has opted to discontinue its option agreement with Dundarave.

      About Ocean Park Ventures

Ocean Park is a Canadian mineral exploration company working in two leading jurisdictions. Ocean Park can earn a 70% interest through its joint venture in the Trapper Gold project, northern British Columbia, where Ocean Park has identified a gold-copper porphyry complex with a surface signature of over 15 square kilometres and visible gold in drill core. The Company has also recently announced a joint venture at the Rous Lake/Toothpick properties in the Hemlo district of Ontario, where it has the option to earn up to a 75% interest.

Drill core assay results are evaluated through a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) procedure that includes the use of standards with known precious and base metal values, duplicated core intervals and blank samples in order to determine accuracy. Assaying was carried out by Acme Labs of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Mr. Chris Taylor, M.Sc. P.Geo, is CEO of Ocean Park and is the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, who supervised the preparation of the above information.

      Moin,

Ocean Park Reports Drill Results from Rous Lake Project, Hemlo District, Ontario

May 2, 2013 - Vancouver, B.C. Ocean Park Ventures Corp. ("Ocean Park" or the "Company") (TSX-V: OCP) reports results of the drill program operated by its Joint Venture partner Entourage Metals (TSX-V: EMT) on the Rous Lake property, Ontario from November to December 2012. The 2012 exploration program is part of an ongoing effort to identify satellite deposits to Barrick Gold Corp.'s (TSX: ABX) Hemlo Mine, located immediately adjacent to the Rous Lake property.

Drilling extended an early 2012 drill hole (RL12-02) from an original depth of 668.0 metres to a final depth of 1373.0 metres, testing the on-strike, hanging wall extension of the Main Mineralized Trend from Hemlo. Drill results include:

1)Locally anomalous gold mineralization (50 to 215 ppb gold), associated with various rock types and structural settings,

2)Anomalously gold mineralized quartz feldspar porphyry ("QFP") units with sulfidation increasing with depth and up to 10% pyrite, similar to the Moose Lake Porphyry at Hemlo,

3)Drill confirmation of anomalous gold-in-bedrock mineralization underlying surface soil gas hydrocarbon (SGH) targets, showing the viability of this geochemical exploration technique, and

4)Drill confirmation of the on-strike extension of many of the geological characteristics and alteration features of the Hemlo mine horizon.

Technical problems terminated RL12-02 prematurely in a zone of increasing alteration, QFP sulfidation and anomalous gold prior to reaching its target - the footwall extension of the Main Mineralized Trend that hosts much of the gold mineralization at Hemlo. Previously reported results from the upper part of this hole include 2.5 g/t gold over 1.0 metre from 653.0 to 654.0 metres (see Entourage news release of August 1, 2012).

Results indicate the Rous Lake property is associated with extensions of the deep-seated mineralizing system that produced strong gold mineralization at Hemlo. The increase of QFP-hosted sulfidation at depth indicates additional drilling and/or downhole geophysics are warranted to define lateral or down-dip targets that may be prospective for significant, Hemlo-style gold mineralization.

The vertical depths achieved by RL12-02 of 1,250 metres are consistent with the lower levels of gold mineralization included in the known resource at Hemlo. A second drill hole was initiated early in the drill program which would have tested the system at shallower depth, however technical problems forced the abandonment of this hole.

RL12-02 targeted a coincident soil-gas hydrocarbon (SGH) and gravity anomaly on the Rous Lake property, where two mineralized trends merge; the Northern Arm Trend and the Hemlo-Heron Bay Shear Zone (Main Mineralized Trend).

The SGH method is useful in deeply covered terrains where conventional soil geochemistry is ineffectual. At Rous Lake, over 200 metres of overburden including raised beach sand covers most of the property. This geochemical method has been shown to accurately identify known mineralization at depth through orientation surveys and has contributed to recent gold discoveries in the Canadian Shield and elsewhere. The SGH survey is a deep penetrating geochemical method that involves the analysis of various hydrocarbons using a forensic approach for identification. Recent drilling at Rous Lake has tested only two of several SGH targets.

Gravity breaks are associated with gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt (OFR 6189, Discover Abitibi), a major gold mining camp with similar characteristics to the Hemlo Greenstone Belt. At Rous Lake, the close association of SGH anomalies and a major gravity break provide an attractive exploration target.

A comprehensive quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program is in place to monitor precision and accuracy of the assay results. All core samples are submitted with certified reference materials (standards, blanks and duplicates). Internal standards and blank samples were inserted after every sample that contained visible gold for quality control purposes. Assay samples are taken from BQTW/NQ/HQ core, sawed in half along the core axis with one-half sent to AGAT Laboratories in Mississauga, Ontario and the other half retained by Entourage for future reference. AGAT laboratories are ISO 9001 accredited.

Ocean Park's exploration activities were operated by Entourage Metals, the Company's Joint Venture partner on the project. Entourage's exploration activity is under the supervision of John C. Florek, P.Geo, Vice-President Exploration for Entourage Metals. Mr. Florek is a Qualified Persons as defined by NI 43-101. Mr. Florek prepared and approved the information contained in this release.
