6 Monate hab ich abgewartet ... bin dann 10 Prozent höher direkt wieder eingestiegen u. inzwischen wieder 20 Prozent im Plus ...
Vor allem die Umsätze, vorher zwischen 25000 u. 100000 gehandelte Aktien pro Tag u. dann plötzlich über 2 Millionen!

Alleine heute intraday 5 mal an der 11,50 US-Dollar-Marke gescheitert, meines Erachtens wird genau dort seit den Quartalszahlen der Kurs gedeckelt!
Verstehe nicht, dass Sierra Wireless den Widerstand bei 11,50 US-Dollar nicht knacken kann, bis zur Marke von 12,18 US-Dollar ist es dann auch nicht mehr weit. Die letzten Quartalszahlen waren doch positiv.
Seit Wochen u. Monaten in einer Range zwischen 10,50 US-Dollar und 11,50 US-Dollar +/- 0,50 US-Dollar, dass geht doch nicht mit rechten Dingen zu.

Sierra Wireless Closes Sale Of AirCard Assets To Netgear
WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Sierra Wireless Inc. (SWIR) said Tuesday it has closed the sale of substantially all of the assets related to its AirCard business to Netgear Inc. (NTGR) for $138 million in cash plus about $5.9 million in assumed liabilities. The deal was announced on January 28.
Sierra Wireless's retained business includes its AirPrime embedded wireless modules, AirLink intelligent gateways, and AirVantage M2M cloud product lines.
Sierra Wireless said it plans to use a major part of the proceeds from the deal to continue its acquisition strategy in the M2M market.
'This transaction provides significant financial capacity to accelerate our growth in M2M - a market in which we are the world leader today, with the industry's broadest product lineup, and an extensive, blue-chip customer base,' said Jason Cohenour, CEO of Sierra Wireless.
