the next step is for independent engineers, marketing, tax and legal advisors to be engaged to conduct due diligence on behalf of the investors. This will likely commence prior to year end as further progress needs to be made on the feasibility study and EISA to ensure an efficient review given Black Iron needs to pay the costs for this diligence on behalf of the investors as is customary.

Ob es jetzt zu einem Krieg kommt oder nicht weiss nur Putin.
Ich frage mich warum erfolgt jetzt noch kein Angriff, mann lässt den Verteidigern (Ukrainer) doch reichlich Zeit.

Warum jetzt oder wartet mann auf das Frühjahr wenn der Boden anfängt zu tauen ? Matsch und zerstörte Infrastruktur...

Danke für die Zusammenfassung, klingt doch ausgezeichnet.

Eine Menge Arbeit noch für dieses Jahr, mal schauen, ob das tatsächlich alles noch in 2021 klappt. Und wenn's 2022 wird, ist's auch nicht schlimm.

Irgendwas ist wohl im Busch. Abverkauf unter sehr großen Volumen. Kurs kämpft gerade mit dem Aufwärtstrend Support.

hier meine kurze Zusammenfassung des Webinars:

On the profit share, Black Iron will receive 100% of the 65% iron content fines benchmark price, currently ~$230 per tonne, and share with Cargill a portion of the incremental sale price of its 3% higher (68%) iron content and low impurity magnetite product.

Im webinar wurde gesat, dass Cargill weniger als 50% von diesem Ausfschlag bekommen soll. Details werden dann noch im Binding Agreement verhandelt,

Für 62% und 65% Eisenerz gibt es Benchmarks. Alles darüber hinaus wird verhandelt.
So könnte das dann mit heutigen Preisen aussehen:

Hier noch ein paar Fragen aus der Q&A

Warum hat das Offtake so lange gedauert?
Es waren mehrere Teams auf Seiten von Cargill beteiligt. Es ging dann auch bis zum CEO von Cargill, der dann auch noch Anmerkungen zum dazu gemacht hat. Der Binding Contract wird wohl auch noch 3-4 Monate dauern, da er der endgültige Vertrag so 300 Seiten haben wird und mehrere Anwaltteams da involviert sein werden.

Was wurde aus Glencore?
Es waren insgesamt 8 Firmen für das Offtake im Gespräch (darunter auch Glencore). Cargill hat aber das beste Angebot gemacht.

Wie sieht es mit dem Land-Transfer aus?
Das soll im späten Sommer geschehen.

FS:
Sie soll in 3-4 Wochen losgehen. Das größte Risiko ist aktuell der steigende Stahlpreis, der die Konstruktion verteuern würde/wird.
