I just listened to the Wialan Technologies (ACYD) Conference Call (CC). For those who have not listened to it just yet, I recommend taking only a few minutes to click on the link below and listen as I think it will be worth ones wild:

I also have provided some notes from the CC below that I think will help explain why the move today in ACYD and the moves that I think will be taking place in the near future too. In trying to exercise efforts to keep it simple, I have broken down the CC into key parts to note for us as investors.



About the Wialan Filings/Financials
** ACYD is planning on going from OTC Pink to OTCQB within the next 90 days.
** ACYD will be getting a new trading symbol and name change within the next 30 to 60 days.
** ACYD is interviewing Accountants and is ready to retain a GAAP Accounting Firm.



About the Wialan Aggressive Stock Purchase Plan
** ACYD is ready to engage in a pretty aggressive stock purchase plan.
** ACYD believes that the combination of an aggressive stock purchase plan coupled with an aggressive IR press release campaign will stabilize the stock and get the company stabilize in the .01 per share range.
** 3 or 4 press release next week.
** They assemble all of their devices there at their home base in Florida.



About the Wialan Technology
** ACYD/Wialan is primarily different from the rest because their equipment (wireless devices) was made from the ground up to be an Industrial type access point of use to cover 1 square mile per 5 or 6 boxes. Their original plan was not to create such equipment to do only one block, but instead, their plan was to provide support to entire cities with supporting many blocks.
**** Check what happened in Miami Beach County with the county having a $1 million budget. Miami Beach County is now having a problem because they are up to using 60 wireless devices per square mile while having to spend $5 million which is far more than what was originally budgeted for.

** A second difference between Wialan’s equipment and the rest is that Wialan’s unit is full of resources. Example: When you have a piece of equipment that is going to have to support 100 to 200 customers at the same time, you can’t have a processor that is like the processor that’s inside of a Nintendo game which is called an ARM processor. The ARM processor is what most companies out there use, but not Wialan. The ARM processor is good for handling little tasks, but not Industrial tasks when hundreds of customers need support. The Wialan processor on their main board is called an AMDGOD which is 500 MHz of speed. The Mother board has 256 mega ram and only takes 2K of ram to maintain one connection while they have 256,000. They have 256 megs of hard drive space which is solid state.

** The third thing that makes Wialan different from everyone else is their “Outer Enclosure” of which they have the patent for. Their Outer Enclosure technology cools their parts by air convention. It is the same, but in reverse, as the air convention oven (explained further within the CC). Wialan was granted patent approval from the USPTO in 2007.

** Wialan (ACYD) is the only company out there with a wireless or Wi-Fi access point that has a sealed patented base unit that’s surrounded to protect it from the elements. The life of the box is for 25 years.

** Wialan/ACYD is very strong in the Marine environment. One of their work boxes can control 10 high definition cameras and one box 1 can provide internet for about 100 boats in a Marina. Currently, Wialan is proving service to 25 different marinas that have their equipment installed and running. Wialan also has equipment in the Miami Day County where two different frequencies are being used provided by Wialan; one frequency is for personal users and the other frequency is for Public Safety users such as firemen, policemen, city inspectors, etc.

** Wialan is also very actively involved for creating a factory in Brazil. Brazil is thought to be the next China for like in America. Wialan’s technology is there in Brazil being prepared to be one of the major companies to provide wireless support to the World Cup and the Olympics. Where other companies would need to use hundreds of pieces of equipment to provide support to one stadium during the Olympics or for the World Cup, Wialan can provide better support with just 5 or 10 pieces of equipment.

** Wialan/ACYD is currently providing support over in Haiti and Panama. They are providing Humanitarian wireless support to help Haiti get back on their feet.

** Wialan/ACYD is currently providing support over in several Islands in the Bahamas.



Huge Connection With HughesNet
** Wialan has a Partnership with HughesNet. Here’s why Hughes wants Wialan’s “patented” technology to support their customer base. When you have satellite service, they have to install a satellite dish in your home, they have to bring a cable for that dish and that dish connects to your terminal and then that terminal connects to your computer.
**** The costs for the equipment are very expensive for Hughes which costs $700 to $1500 just for the installation and the equipment for satellite internet service. If you are going to do 10 houses, you are then going to need to put 10 dishes along with 10 pieces of each of the other pieces of all equipment so the cap keeps growing for money to spend.

** Hughes is working with Wialan because now they can put one terminal in a strategic location to connect to one computer that is going to be connected to the Wialan box and the Wialan box is going to create a ”Cloud” around the neighborhood then a small low cost device is going to go into each house (less than $100) so that Hughes can now provide the service to all of the houses by only using one satellite dish and one terminal which significantly streamline costs for Hughes.

** Hughes is looking to Joint Venture with Wialan (ACYD) because Wialan is the only company in the world that can create or distribute satellite internet via the use of a patented technology that has the bandwidth shaper inside the box and the VPN server to control the bandwidth from just the one box. So now they can control the bandwidth of one customer to where it is equally distributed or to manipulate such for more bandwidth for the customer paying the more expensive service.



** Wialan/ACYD is currently negotiating to provide support over in Argentina and Mexico.

** They have set up Wi-Fi in the Cancun Airport.

** They are in the process of doing 9 airports in Mexico.

** Wialan/ACYD has the best Patented Medically Seal technology that nobody else has.

This is a "Mammoth Deal" for Hughes because they have been battling the cost factor for individual consumer hookups. You have to float the cost for all the hardware and own it, plus figure out where to put a satellite dish.
Who wants to shell out $1500.00 for all that?

Now, you won't have to with cloud computing, these Wialan boxes are industrial quality and can handle hooking up an entire neighborhood or a city block.
Now Comcast doesn't have a lock on the market, like they had before, and it makes hooking up hard wire through cable look like old school.
Direct TV recommended Hughes to me for internet hookup years ago and I didn't do it. I went to Comcast because of the cost factor, and you have to foot the bill for maintenance on all the hardware you had to buy, which now with WIFI CLOUD you don't need all that stuff.
Comcast is now at a supreme disadvantage because of their signal drops. Their customer service was always in the crapper and you had to wait a couple of days for them to come and fix the line. They always had to come back multiple times to fix the signal issue, it was a nightmare.

Watch what happens to Hughes stock when their client base doubles and triples because now customers can just hook up for a hundred bucks to WIFI.
Do you know how much of a hassle it is to hook up internet hardwired to a dock for a boat?
Every time you want to take the sucker out you have to disconnect the hookup along with your lines and the power cord.
Cloud computing for a marina?
That's like walking into heaven with the gates open just waiting for you.
This deal has "MEGA MILLIONS" just plastered all over it.
It's a Win/Win situation.
Once word of this gets out, this stock is going to fly through the pennies so fast it will make your head spin.

BIG ACYD Update:

Folks to say that I am beyond excited would be an understatement!

I know you are all very anxious for news from the company. The company is anxious to give it to YOU! I had a very informative conversation a few minutes ago with the company and trust me when I say it will be worth the wait and you will all understand why this has taken as long as it has once news is released.

I want to be clear NO details have been shared with me but what I do know is this:

- The news that is coming will be comprehensive. The update will include:

1.) New Ticker
2.) Appointment of new key management
3.) Funding
4.) New Contracts

And here is the whopper...

5.) Wialan FINANCIALS!!!!

The later meaning current status tier change from no information 1 to 2 days after submission.

Folks even I am FLOORED by how comprehensive this update is going to be. I was NOT expecting Financials a full 2-3 weeks prior to being due.

I have a very strong feeling the financials are going to shock the investment community.

This news totally blows my pps timeline estimates out of the water! There is NO telling how high this stock will be by end of November.

Timing of the PR right?? That's what everyone wants to know and I practically get death threats from people calling me a fraud because they are mad one hasn't been released yet. I'm not kidding either folks. One guy is PMing people I'm a paid pumper and a fraud. He's mad at me because a PR was not out when I gave my opinion as to when one would be.

I can handle all that, no sweat. What I will tell you is that it will be well worth the wait.

Expect the news release no later than Wednesday next week.
