Ein Finanzhai schlägt zu ! Befimmo

Laut jüngstem Halbjahresbericht ist die belgische Immobilienaktie Befimmo SA 65 €uro wert.
Doch nun sollen die restlichen Aktionäre, rund 15% des Kapitals, hinausgedrückt werden.
Dies soll zu 47,5 €uro erfolgen, nachdem die Befimmo Aktie Anfang des Jahres für etwa 3 Monate
nach unten, auf ca 35 €uro gedrückt wurde.
Der noch freiwillige Üernahmeankäufer lobt sein Angebot mit "es ist 30% besser als der Kurs zuvor."
Doch die jüngsten Zahlen der Befimmo empfehlen keinen Ausstieg.

Naja, deutsche Gewerbeimmos liegen doch auch nach immensen Zugewinnen noch immer unter NAV: Deutsche Real Estate, German Properties, Aroundtown? Man kriegt die pflegeleichten Aktien billiger als die Gebäude und muss sie nicht einmal selbst reparieren, verwalten und vermieten. Hab leider da schon durch die Vervielfachung bei der Deutschen Real Estate einen Klumpen angesammelt, ansonsten Danke für den Tipp...

Louvain-la-Neuve, to extend the hybrid offer and Belux network with Silversquare
o Disposal of the Wiertz building (CBD Brussels) with a net capital gain of €43.2 million and an
unleveraged IRR of 10.79%

 Coworking:
o Stable occupancy rate of mature space of 78%
 Financial structure:
o Loan-to-Value ratio of 36.18%
o Financing needs covered until the end of Q3 2022

 Dividend and EPRA earnings forecast
o All other things being equal we foresee a gross dividend in line with the earlier communicated
dividend policy (at least 80% of EPRA earnings supplemented, as the case may be, by realised
capital gains during the financial year in the framework of the asset rotation policy)
o Confirmation of the EPRA earnings forecast for 2021 of € 2.10 per share published in the 2020

Blackrock verkauft

Pursuant to the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations and the introduction of a 3% statutory declaration threshold in the articles of association of Befimmo SA,

Befimmo announces that it has received, on 4 November 2019, a transparency declaration from Blackrock. This declaration was done following the downward crossing of the declaration thresholds of 3% on 30 October 2019.
