Bin auch eingestiegen. Wird sicher interessant, auch weil die company noch über diverse andere Projekte verfügt, bei denen auch positive news veröffentlicht werden könnten die dann den Kurs treiben. Allerdings kann ich keine Zeitpläne finden zu Entwicklung und geplantem Produktionsstart - weder bei NVM noch bei den anderen Projekten...
Die Norweger wollen ja 2015 anfangen - wie stehts mit NVM? Die Finanzierung steht ja...

As a point of clarification per the “Binding Letter of Agreement” previously announced, ScanMag AS has agreed not to purchase NCM common stock on the open market until such time as the Joint Venture Agreement has been finalized.
The board of directors of both companies have approved the new terms of the Joint Venture terms and the form of agreement is currently is under review by ScanMag’s attorneys. Notwithstanding any unexpected delays, the final execution of the Joint Venture Agreement is expected to occur in May.
The original Joint Venture terms were announced in a news release dated October 15, 2013 and can be viewed on the Company website.

Their recently released NI-43-101 Resource study shows an Inferred Resource of over 50 Billion pounds of Magnesium with the deposit stretching over 1 ½ miles. The deposit is conducive to open-pit style mining and open at depth and to the north end of strike.
Obviously with further drill work that which has been defined thus far may only contain a portion of the iceberg. I would add that recent testing of the Tami-Mosi Dolomite by Teck Cominco Global Discovery Labs has shown the ore to be of a high purity form of Dolomite favorable to current Magnesium recovery processes.

(TSXV: NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTC Pink Sheets: MLYFF) (the "Company") today announced that it has granted 1,100,000 incentive stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan for its directors, advisors and consultants. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.08 per share for a five-year term.
Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of the grant. This stock option grant is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

NEVADA CLEAN MAGNESIUM RECEIVES FINAL DESIGNS FOR PILOT REDUCTION FURNACE FOR TAMI-MOSI PROJECT IN NEVADA
Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. has received the final designs for the pilot reduction furnace from Silvertip Design NW for the company's Tami-Mosi magnesium project.
Based on the design, the furnace will be capable of producing up to one kilogram of magnesium by the reduction of dolime with ferrosilicon. A test program using this furnace will provide direct assessment of the performance of the dolomite and ferrosilicon intended as raw materials in the final operation; magnesium metal for assessment by potential users; dicalcium silicate (a waste stream) for assessment as a co-product; and residual ferrosilicon for assessment as a co-product or as a recycle material for lower cost production of 75 per cent ferrosilicon feed for the magnesium reduction furnace. Process control parameters defined by the operation of this bench-scale furnace will be used in the design of the pilot plant and in preparation of bankable documentation required for financing development of the full plant.
The company is currently awaiting quotes for the fabrication of the furnace, and sourcing is under way to identify adequate locations to conduct the testing.
