Hey Leute,
So ein schönes Unternehmen und auf einer Seite Beiträge über 4 Jahre.

Nach dem Absturz trommel ich mal hier für den langfristigen Einstieg. Finales Ende die Übernahme durch Bosch?

Ich bin mit einer Einstiegsposi drin und werde sukzessive aufstocken..

AB Electrolux Spin-off

Nur ganz kurz zur Infomation falls es nicht bekannt ist:

Husqvarna AB ist ein Spin-off der "Outdoor Products operations" von AB Electrolux (SE0016589188) und wurde im Juni 2006 1:1 an die Electrolux-Aktionäre verteilt. Gardena war als Gardena AG mit ISIN DE0005852032 selbst börsennotiert. Ist aber lange her

Für die Aktie von Husqvarna ist es um zwölf Prozent nach oben gegangen, nachdem sich Bosch mit zwölf Prozent an dem schwedischen Unternehmen beteiligt hat. Dabei geht es der Unternehmensmeldung nach um die Stärkung der bestehenden Batteriekooperation zwischen den beiden Unternehmen.

Zu Husqvarna gehören Gardena sowie die Marke Flymo, die beide ebenfalls Partner in der "Power for All Alliance" von Bosch Power Tools sind.

Wird langsam immer reizvoller, hier einzusteigen. Ich warte noch eine offensichtlichere Bodenbildung ab.

Wie sich das Blatt doch wenden kann. Ich bleibe investiert. In guten, wie in schlechten Zeiten...

Leider spart Husqvarna mit news, sodass hier keine wehenden Fahnen geschwenkt werden.

Das 4 Quartal war also auch nochmal schwächer. Das spiegelt sich dann auch gleich im Kurs wieder. Husqvarna ist neben Daimler mein schlechtestes Investment. Werde mich wohl oder übel von diesem Rohrkrepierer verabschieden und die Verluste realisieren, wenn hier nicht im kommenden Quartel signifikant etwas passiert. So kann es nicht weitergehen.

Die Aktie scheint aber auch nicht so viele Interessenten zu haben. Ist denn irgendjemand noch dabei?

Morgen kommen die Jahresendzahlen. Ich bin sehr gespannt, ob im 4. Quartal doch noch was ging. Vielleicht kag ja die eine oder andere Säge unterm Weihnachtsbaum. Wenn ich mir den Kurs aber anschaue, war dem wohl eher nicht so. Der Markt erwartet wohl "durchwachsene Zahlen".

Wählt sich jemand in die Telko ein?

Chartbild excellent...sieht von dieser Seite nach weiteren Kurssteigerungen aus ..; allerdings schon sportlich bewertet… Buchwert um die 2,4 ..

Der Chart der letzten 3 Monate sieht ganz brauchbar aus. Die Umstrukturierung scheint also zu greifen. Wenn dann auch noch die Zahlen passen, die wohl im Februar kommen, kann es wieder richtig aufwärts gehen.

Der Grund für die Erholung ist also klar. s.o.

Warum es runter ging, ergibt sich aus den Q3-Zahlen:

INTERIM REPORT JANUARY - SEPTEMBER 2019

Kai Wärn, President and CEO:
"Net sales were flat in the quarter but grew 2% adjusted for the exited Consumer Brands business and currency effects. Sales were negatively affected by weaker demand in North America, particularly for the wheeled segment, while they developed positively in Europe with good growth for robotic lawn mowers and battery products. Operating income increased to SEK 414m (225), excluding items affecting comparability, with a positive development in all divisions. Our restructuring activities and efficiency improvements, as well as price increases contributed to the higher operating income.

The Husqvarna Division achieved net sales growth of 2%, adjusted for Consumer Brands exits and currency effects, and operating income increased by SEK 97m in the third quarter, excluding items affecting comparability. The improvement was driven by mix, price increases as well as efficiency and restructuring savings, but was affected by under-absorption due to lower volumes in North America.

The Gardena Division had yet another strong quarter, also when comparing to the high reference point last year. Product mix effects, efficiency and restructuring savings contributed to the strong results.

The Construction Division delivered growth in the quarter, driven by a good development in Europe, Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets. The growth combined with efficiency savings and price increases supported an increased operating income.

We are proud to drive technology development in our industry and the introduction of the new Husqvarna EPOS technology is a great example, providing robotic lawn mowing with virtual boundary technology. We continue to develop new solutions and concepts through investments in research and development.

During the year, we have made good progress on our profitability improvement trajectory. Our last 12 month operating margin amounts to 9.3%, increasing from 7.9% as at the end of 2018, excluding items affecting comparability. Direct operating cash flow for the first nine months improved to SEK 3,771m (2,114), driven by higher operating income and positive changes in working capital. Going forward we will increase our focus on cost efficiencies to support continued strategic initiatives and our profitability improvement trajectory."


Third quarter 2019

Net sales increased 5% to SEK 8,429m (8,042), or was flat if adjusted for changes in exchange rates. Net sales grew by 2% when adjusted for exit of Consumer Brands business.
Operating income increased to SEK 414m (225), excluding items affecting comparability of SEK 0m (-349).
Operating margin improved to 4.9% (2.8), excluding items affecting comparability.
Operating cash flow increased to SEK 749m (628).
Earnings per share after dilution amounted to SEK 0.47 (-0.32).

Husqvarna Group invests in IoT sensor startup Soil Scout

Husqvarna Group has announced a venture capital investment in Soil Scout, a Finnish-based IoT start-up providing buried wireless soil monitoring that optimizes water consumption and energy usage for operators working in sports, turf care, city green areas, and agriculture.

The patented Soil Scout system optimizes water and energy usage through permanent buried wireless monitoring. The small "scout" sensor transmits moisture, temperature and salinity data in near real-time while being buried up to 2 meters below the surface, with a battery life of up to 20 years. The system is maintenance free and can cover very large areas with a transmission range of up to 1 km when buried underground.

"We were particularly impressed with Soil Scout's track record and how they provide value to facility and ground management to high-profile sports grounds such as London's Wembley Stadium and Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park. Woher kommt der heutige Sturz? Finde keine news

So, nun habe ich die 20% Minus erreicht. Was ist hier los? Wieso greifen die Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen nicht? Hat jemand Info´s?

so schlecht klingt der Bericht gar nicht. Ich denke, ich lege mal noch ein bisschen nach. Ich werde den Kursrücksetzer zum verbilligen nutzen. Wie sieht es bei Euch aus ?

Wie geht es weiter?

Wie schätzt ihr den Husqvarna charttechnisch ein? Ich hatte auf ein baldiges Kaufsignal spekuliert und bin die letzten Tage herbe enttäuscht worden.

Wie seht ihr das Unternehmen für die nächsten 2 - 3 Jahre aufgestellt? Mir ist die Umstrukturierung bekannt, aber nicht ganz klar wie die von Husqvarna selbst gesetzten Ziele aussehen. Finde dazu auch nicht viel. Hat jemand Infos?
