      Hydrothermal Graphite

Rare form of Graphite found in veins
•Only known deposits exist in Sri Lanka and in Zenyatta’s Albany project adjacent to Xmet

Unique because it can be upgraded to 99.99% graphite cheaply and without acids

Found in Breccia Pipes, which typically are discovered in clusters
•Zenyatta has identified two pipes that have confirmed Hydrothermal Graphite deposits

Lower cost substitute for the $13B synthetic Graphite market

      Next Steps

Drill test the ‘Prime’ Target and high potential target #’s 2 and 3

Drilling four ~300m DDH should be sufficient to test and confirm any graphite occurrences

If Graphite is confirmed with drilling, Xmet will be compared to Zenyatta

Xmet Engages Aeroquest to Fly Deep Penetrating VTEM Electromagnetics Over 20,000 New Acres on its Blackflake Project

"This will be our third round of EM aerial surveys and with the exploration success Xmet achieved with its first two EM surveys, we are excited about the potential for this next round of VTEM," said Xmet's Chairman and CEO Alexander Stewart.

He continued by saying, "Our primary objective remains to drill test our prime anomaly, disclosed in our news release of December 12, 2013, for which permits for ground geophysics and drilling are expected to be received this month. However this newly acquired land and the further upside potential that the VTEM can deliver is equally exciting."

Xmet announces Closing of Hard Dollar Financing of $400,040 to Institutional Funds

Toronto, Ontario – February 19, 2014 - Xmet Inc. (TSXV-XME) (“Xmet”) is pleased to announce that, subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has completed a non-brokered private placement of $400,040 in hard dollars. Xmet will issue units to the investors, with each unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant for 11 cents per unit. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of Xmet at a price of $0.175 at any time until August 19, 2015.
The proceeds of the offering will be used by Xmet for additional development work on its Blackflake project near Hearst, Ontario and for general working capital purposes

“As Blackflake continues to grow, we need greater financial resources for the project’s development and in order to create value for our shareholders. Furthermore in the current market environment, we consider it prudent to accept investment when there are institutional investors wanting to commit a hard dollar investment towards the advancement of your project.” said Alexander Stewart, Chairman and CEO of Xmet.

The securities issued in connection with the first tranche of the private placement are subject to a statutory four month hold period expiring on June 20, 2014. Xmet paid finders’ fees equal to approximately 8% of the gross proceeds raised in connection with the private placement plus due diligence and settlement fees, and issued 277,298 compensation options equalling approximately 8% of the units issued pursuant to the private placement. Each whole compensation option entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of Xmet at a price of $0.11 at any time until August 19, 2015.

Xmet’s Blackflake Project comprises over 29,000 acres of 100% owned claims approximately 60km to the northwest of Hearst, Ontario and is adjacent to Zenyatta’s Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit. Xmet has conducted two airborne electromagnetic surveys, VTEM and TDEM, which discovered multiple electromagnetic conductors making the targets highly prospective for further exploration and has developed an excellent working relationship with the Constance Lake First Nation, with whom the company signed an ongoing Exploration Agreement. Xmet expects to receive permits from the MNDM in the next few days which will enable it to commence line cutting and ground IP over targets in February with drilling scheduled for March.
Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.

Xmet Completes 3rd Airborne EM Survey, Discovers Two New Large Conductive Anomalies and Further Delineates its Prime Target

Toronto, Ontario – February 24th, 2014 - Xmet Inc. (“Xmet” or the “Company”) (TSXV-XME) has successfully completed a Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic Surveying (“VTEM”) survey, comprising 437 line kilometres, over 20,000 acres of recently staked 100% owned Xmet claims on its Blackflake project.

Three electromagnetic (“EM”) bedrock targets were delineated during the latest survey, including a more detailed survey over the Prime Target discovered and announced in Xmet’s December 12th, 2013 news release. Geotech, who flew the survey and assisted in interpreting the results, have concluded that all three of the anomalies extend into the bedrock beneath overburden and limestone cover.

“A tightly spaced VTEM grid survey was flown over our Prime Target in order to obtain higher resolution over the original TDEM anomaly which was originally defined over a length of 1500 meters,” said Alexander Stewart, Chairman and CEO of Xmet Inc. He continued by saying, “VTEM technology provided much deeper penetration than the TDEM survey flown over the Prime Target in late 2013. With this latest round, the conductivity and the size of the Prime Target is confirmed. The Prime Target is defined by an electromagnetic anomaly in bedrock with an associated magnetic low. The target is geologically constrained between two major diabase dykes. Two new bedrock conductors were also discovered which have similar geophysical characteristics. We are very excited about the potential of these targets, and with our ground permits now in place we are getting closer to drilling these targets.

Xmet’s Blackflake Project comprises over 29,000 acres of 100% owned claims approximately 60km to the northwest of Hearst, Ontario and is adjacent to Zenyatta’s Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit. Xmet has now conducted three airborne electromagnetic surveys, VTEM and TDEM, which discovered multiple electromagnetic conductors making the targets highly prospective for further exploration. Xmet has developed an excellent working relationship with the Constance Lake First Nation, with whom the company signed an ongoing Exploration Agreement.

:cool::cool:Bill Yeomans reports that “Xmet has received all necessary approvals from the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines after completing successful negotiations with the Constance Lake First Nations band. Line cutting and ground geophysics over the Prime Target will commence this week in preparation for drilling.”:cool::cool:

The technical information contained in this news release has been approved by William Yeomans, a director of Xmet, who is a Qualified Person as defined in ‘National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.’

And it's again our geologist! This time about 240.000 shares at a price of $0.100. Thus he sold about 25% of his holdings within a week at a comparatively low price. I have no clue why he did that. It's interesting that he sold 95% of all shares which were traded on Feb 28/14. Anyhow I am not worried, but it doesn't look good.

      - Vorkommen in ähnlich ZEN-Cluster
      - Anomalien haben ähnliche Eigenschaften (Durchmessern, elektrischer Widerstand).
      - und nicht vergessen lässt ... Bargeld in der Bank, Genehmigung etc

Bin gespannt auf Deine Gegenargumente :)

      -----------

      Potash Ridge-PRK kingt sehr intressant.

Xmet Commences Ground Geophysics on Its 100% Owned Blackflake Project and Expands Land Package as a Result of EM Survey

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 20, 2014) - Xmet Inc. ("Xmet" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:XME) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Abitibi Geophysics to commence the ground geophysical program on the 100% Xmet owned Blackflake project. The program will include Ground Magnetic and Induced Polarization surveys and is aimed delineating Xmet's first target for the upcoming drill program.

Over the past two weeks, Xmet has been completing its line cutting program which is necessary to begin the ground geophysics. The area's unusually deep snow cover made progress on the line cutting slower than anticipated, but it is nearing completion.

Xmet would also like to announce that as a result of the VTEM survey, announced February 24th, 2014, it has staked additional lands that captures the full extent of the anomalies.

"Management is excited to be at the final stage before drilling. The Blackflake project has evolved from a very interesting anomaly to a broader exploration play with multiple targets having similar characteristics. Our goal has been to begin our drill program prior to the ice melting, and we are confident that drilling on the Primary Target will begin as planned. Additional staking was targeted as a result of the VTEM survey along the current boarder of our claims and we will be planning programs to develop these targets in the near term. The Blackflake project has developed into an exciting exploration play with multiple targets beyond our Prime target which share similar geophysical features," said Alexander Stewart, Xmet's Chairman and CEO.

Xmet's Blackflake Project comprises over 29,000 acres of 100% owned claims approximately 60km to the northwest of Hearst, Ontario and is adjacent to Zenyatta's Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit. Xmet has received all necessary approvals from the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and is currently in the process of line cutting and performing ground geophysics over the Prime Target.

Xmet Engages Asinii Drilling to Commence Blackflake Drill Program

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 28, 2014) - Xmet Inc. ("Xmet" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:XME) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a contract with Asinii Drilling Inc. to start drilling on the Company's 100% owned Blackflake Project. Line cutting has now been concluded and ground geophysics, referenced in Xmet's March 20, 2014 news release, is continuing.

The drill program, which will begin in the coming days, will initially target the large electromagnetic anomaly described in Xmet's February 24th, 2014 news release. Management expects this initial phase of the drill program, which will involve about 1500 metres of drilling, will be completed prior to the winter ice break-up and will release the results as it receives them.

"We are very excited about our progress to date and we happy to be at the stage where we can start to determine the nature of these anomalies. The Blackflake Project has evolved from a single target to a multiple target project, each of which we view as highly prospective. Given the number of bedrock anomalies identified to date, Xmet expects that the total drill program will extend over a number of months. Details on the next phase will be determined upon completion of this initial phase," said Alexander Stewart, Xmet's Chairman and CEO.

Xmet Inc. ("Xmet" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:XME) is pleased to announce that it has completed all of the ground geophysics work on its 100% owned Blackflake project and is in the midst of its initial diamond drill program. The ground geophysics program was designed to give the company a higher definition of the sub soil structures and to assist in spotting the initial drill holes on the first target. As announced in our March 28th 2014 news release, the company has engaged Asinii Drilling to complete approximately 1,500 metres of diamond drilling to test the first target that the Company has discovered to date. The Company expects this initial drill campaign to take approximately two to three weeks depending on the density of the bedrock.

Xmet also announces that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of $300,000 with an institutional investor. The funds will be used to continue the advancement of the Company's Blackflake Project and for working capital. Xmet has issued 2,727,273 units to the investor at a price of $.11 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share of Xmet and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of Xmet at a price of $0.175 at any time until October 11, 2015. Xmet paid a cash finder's fee equal to 8% of the gross proceeds raised and issued 218,182 compensation options totalling 8% of the units issued. Each compensation option entitles the holder to acquire one common share of Xmet at a price of 11 cents at any time until October 11, 2015. The securities issued in the private placement are subject to a statutory four month hold period expiring on August 11, 2014. To make possible the financing, certain directors of Xmet loaned 2,727,273 free trading shares to the investor and received in return a pledge of an equal number of restricted shares.

The Company also announces the resignation of Stephen Dulmage from its Board of Directors. Xmet would like to thank Mr. Dulmage for his contributions to the company during his tenure.
