KBC Asset Management selects SimCorp Dimension

SimCorp announces that it has signed a license agreement with KBC Asset Management, the largest investment manager in Belgium. KBC Asset Management manages assets of approximately EUR 205bn in funds and unit-linked life insurance and has a fund market share in Belgium of more than 35%.

KBC Asset Management has selected SimCorp’s investment management solution, SimCorp Dimension, as its investment book of record (IBOR). The system will support the firm’s front and middle office activities across all asset classes, including trading, portfolio management, compliance, performance, risk, and settlement.

US Asset Manager Extends Use of SimCorp Dimension to Front Office

SimCorp announces that it has successfully completed a front office proof of concept with the US asset manager mentioned in company announcement no. 45, dated September 25, 2015. Consequently, the extension of the firm’s SimCorp Dimension license agreement to the front office is now unconditional.

As previously announced, the US asset manager already utilizes SimCorp Dimension for middle and back office operations, and has now selected SimCorp's front office solution to support portfolio management, trading, compliance, and risk management.

US Asset Manager Expands Use of SimCorp Dimension to the Front Office

SimCorp announces that a US asset manager has extended the firm’s SimCorp Dimension license agreement.

The US asset manager, which already utilizes SimCorp Dimension for middle and back office operations, has now selected SimCorp's front office solution to support portfolio management, trading, compliance and risk management.

The agreement is subject to a successful proof of concept, which is expected to be completed in Q4, 2015.

In der aktuellen Ausgabe von Börse Online wird SimCorp zum Kauf empfohlen. Ob man auf dem derzeitigen Niveau noch einsteigen sollte weiß ich nicht, ich behalte die Aktien aber auf jeden Fall.

Groupama Asset Management selects SimCorp Dimension

SimCorp announces that is has signed a license agreement with Groupama Asset Management.

Groupama Asset Management, a Groupama subsidiary, has selected SimCorp’s investment management solution, SimCorp Dimension, to support the firm’s front office activities, including the investment book of record (IBOR), position keeping, compliance, and portfolio management.

Groupama Asset Management is a major asset manager in France.

Large UK investment manager selects SimCorp Dimension

SimCorp announces that it has signed a license agreement with one of the UK’s largest and longest established investment houses.

The investment manager has selected SimCorp’s Investment Book of Record (IBOR) to provide position information across all asset classes, including cash, to be available as needed by the front office and other stakeholders. The IBOR functionality will be based on SimCorp’s investment management solution, SimCorp Dimension.

SimCorp completes negotiations of extended licence agreement with Nordic investment manager

SimCorp announces that it has completed negotiations of an extension of its license agreement with a Nordic investment manager. The reason for this announcement is that SimCorp considers the extension of the license agreement to have strategic importance to the company pursuant to section 4.1 of its Investor Relations Policy.

Following a mandatory standstill period of 10 calendar days, SimCorp expects to conclude the contract that has been negotiated.

SimCorp's Board of Directors today reviewed and approved the Group's interim report for the three months ended 31 March 2015.

Summary

Q1 revenue amounted to EUR 56.5m, an increase of 14% measured in EUR and an increase of 8% when measured in local currencies. EBIT for the three-month period grew 35% to EUR 6.6m, compared with EUR 4.9m in the year-earlier period. Currency exchange rate fluctuations have impacted EBIT positively by EUR 0.8m (17%-points of the growth) in the quarter.

Net profit for Q1 2015 was EUR 4.3m compared with EUR 3.6m in Q1 2014.
SimCorp maintains its expectations measured in local currency for 2015. Revenue growth measured in local currencies is still expected to be 5-10%, and the expectation for EBIT margin measured in local currencies remains between 23% and 26%.
Based on the exchange rates prevailing 30 April 2015 SimCorp now expects revenue in reported currency to be between EUR 265m and EUR 277m (was previously between EUR 260m and EUR 272m) and reported EBIT margin to be between 24.5% and 27.5% (was
previously between 24% and 27%).

As of 31 March 2015, contracts equalling EUR 197m of the projected 2015 revenue had been secured, EUR 22m more than at the same point in time last year.

Es ist wirklich faszinierend – man könnte ja denken, der Markt in Europa wäre langsam abgegrast, aber es kommen tatsächlich immer noch neue Kunden dazu. Aus den Büros in USA/Kanada, Asien u. Australien ist dagegen leider relativ wenig zu hören. Aber wenn man sich die letzten Geschäftszahlen ansieht, brummt der Laden ja trotzdem. Aktienrückkauf + Dividendenerhöhung sind ja auch nicht das Schlechteste.
