Die Anwälte der Firma verhandeln mit ganz großen Firmen über Lizenzzahlungen da das System, wie fast jeder weiß, bereits genutzt wird. Die Namen der Firmen mit denen die Anwälte verhandeln kann ich nicht nennen, da ein "Non Disclosure Agreement" unterzeichnet wurde.

Tatsache ist jedenfalls, dass AppTech, Corp. das Patent hat und bald mit Lizenzzahlungen rechnen kann.

Leider kann man diese Aktie in Deutschland nur sehr schwer kaufen - unser Versuch, diese in Deutschland nicht gehandelte Aktie über unsere Bank zu ordern, ist fehlgeschlagen, und wir vermuten, daß die Gebühren bei einem Kauf hierzulande sehr hoch sein werden...
Wir werden jetzt bei Scottsdale in den USA ein Aktienkonto einrichten.

Ja, die Aktie wird leider nicht in Deutschland gehandelt. Deshalb gibts auch keine WKN, Wird nur in den USA Pinksheets gehandelt. Aber heute habe ich einen Broker in Deutschland gefunden wo man diese Aktie kaufen kann und die Gebühren sind niedrig, es ist http://www.lynxbroker.de/

Diese Aktie ist nichts für Day-Trader, Larry, da sind andere Aktien besser geeignet, z.B. EPM Mining, wird in Toronto gehandelt, siehe http://web.tmxmoney.com/quote.php?qm_symbol=EPK mit einem Daily Volume von ca. 180.000 pro Tag.

AppTech wurde reorganisiert wobei drei kleine Firmen unter ein Dach gebracht wurden und eine dieser Firmen hat nun mal 3 Patente und alle drei Patente werden von vielen Firmen verletzt. Daher verhandelt diese RA-Kanzlei: https://3c.gmx.net/mail/client/dereferrer?redirectUrl=https%… mit großen Firmen über Lizenzen und Nachzahlungen. Da geht es um sehr, sehr viel Geld und die RA-Kanzlei hätte das Mandat garnicht angenommen, wenn die sich nicht sicher gewesen sind, dass die an dem Fall sehr viel Geld verdienen werden! Eben, weil diese kleine Gesellschaft garnicht das Kapital hat um die vielen Klagen durchzustehen! Diese Aktie ist etwas für Anleger die bereit sind, sich tiefer mit der Materie zu beschäftigen und ca. 2-3 Jahre in der Aktie investiert zu bleiben.

Wenn ich mir diese 3 Patente anschaue, fallen mir sofort ein Dutzend Firmen und Unternehmen ein, die deren Patente benutzen und auch möglicherweise dadurch verletzen.
Diese Gesellschaft besitzt damit einen echten "Schatz" und unglaubliches Wachstumspotential!!!!
