Falls noch jemand hier investiert sein sollte, wird es ihn vielleicht interessieren, dass die Aktionäre bald zum zweiten Mal quasi enteignet werden. Denn nach dem bereits vor 2 Jahren ? erfolgten re-split 10:1 hat der Vorstand bereits den nächsten re-split, diesmal "nur" 3:1, beschlossen.
Eine Zustimmung der Aktionäre war nicht erforderlich. Vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der TSX wird aus meiner ursprünglichen Anzahl von 50.000 Bard-Aktien dann der kümmerliche Rest von 1.666 Stücken.
Das ist auch leider das einzige, was diese Firma jemals auf die Reihe gebracht hat.

Corporate UpdateJune 9, 2014 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the "Company" or "Bard") announces that further to its news release dated May 9, 2014, it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to consolidate all of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares (the "Common Shares") on the basis of every three (3) old Common Shares being consolidated into one (1) new Common Share (the "Share Consolidation").

At the opening of trading on June 10, 2014, the CUSIP and ISIN numbers of the Company will change to 067396309 and CA0673963090 respectively, however, the Company's name and trading symbol will not change.

$400,000 Non Brokered Private PlacementJune 12, 2014 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the "Company" or "Bard") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 8,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.05 per unit (the Units") for gross proceeds of up to $400,000 (the "Offering"). Each unit will consist of one (1) common share (the "Common Share") and one (1) transferrable share purchase warrant (the "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) additional Common Share of the Company for a period of sixty (60) months from the Closing Date of the Offering at a price of $0.10. The Company anticipates that there may be insider participation in the Offering.

Gross proceeds raised from the sale of the Units will be used for exploration expenditures on the Company's properties in British Columbia and for general corporate purposes.

The Company may pay a finder's fee on some of the gross proceeds to certain introducing parties in respect of the Offering, subject to compliance with applicable securities legislation and TSX Venture policies. The closing is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory and Board approvals. The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
