. . . . wie es in der gestrigen Vereinbarung heisst, mit 3 großen Institutionen mindestens 250 Mill. US$ einnehmen um damit seine hochprozentigen Schulden, in Höhe von 7,75 % bis 2020, in voller Höhe von 315 Mill US$ ablösen.

Desweiteren haben diese 3 Investoren bis zu 30 Tage Zeit, dies gilt dann bis zum 9. Febr 2017, um weitere 4,717,500 Aktien, zu diesem Preis zu kaufen.

Sollten die 3 von diesem Kaufangebot gebrauch machen, fliessen ALAMOS GOLD insgesamt 288 Mill US$ zu und mit den eigenen vorhandenen Barmittel ist dann, eine vollständige Ablösung der Schulden vorgesehen. Für die gesamte Rest-Laufzeit bis 2020 ergibt das dann eine Ersparnis von ca. 200 Mill. US$ für das Unternehmen.

ALAMOS GOLD verfügt dann weiterhin noch über ca. 200 Mill US$ Barmittel und um eine Kreditlinie bis zu 350 Mill US$.

Es ist ausserdem von ALAMOS GOLD vorgesehen bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt einen neuen Technischen Bericht über die Young Davidson Mine heraus zu geben. Wird es eine Erhöhung der bisher gemeldeten Bestands-Zahlen geben ?

Eine Veröffentlichung dieses Berichtes ist bis jetzt noch nicht erfolgt. Wissen daher diese Investoren schon mehr als wir, da sie mit solch einem Betrag in ALAMOS GOLD bereits zu diesem Zeitpunkt investieren ?

Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX:AGI)(NYSE:AGI) ("Alamos" or the "Company") today announced that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by TD Securities Inc., BMO Capital Markets and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., pursuant to which they have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 31,450,000 common shares of the Company at a price of US$7.95 per common share (the "Offering Price"), for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of approximately US$250 million (the "Offering").

The underwriters will also have the option, exercisable in whole or in part, at any time up to 30 days following the closing of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 4,717,500 common shares at the Offering Price to cover over-allotments, if any. In the event that the option is exercised in its entirety, the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering to the Company will be approximately US$288 million.

The Company intends on using the net proceeds of the Offering and existing cash to repay all of its outstanding US$315 million senior secured 7.75% high yield notes maturing 2020. Upon completion of the Offering and application of the proceeds from the Offering, the Company will be debt-free with approximately US$200 million in cash and cash equivalents and available-for-sale securities, and, including borrowings available under its revolving credit facility, the Company will have approximately US$350 million in available liquidity.

The common shares will be issued by way of a short form prospectus that will be filed with the securities regulatory authorities in Canada and with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in the United States under the multijurisdictional disclosure system. Alamos has filed a preliminary short form prospectus in respect of the Offering in all provinces of Canada (excluding Quebec) and a registration statement (including the preliminary short form prospectus) with the SEC to which this communication and the offering relate. The common shares may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.

The Offering is scheduled to close on or about February 9, 2017, and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.

Alamos Gold also announces that in connection with the foregoing it has filed an updated technical report on its Young-Davidson Mine (Ontario, Canada). This technical report will be made available on SEDAR and EDGAR.

Alamos Gold Inc.: Produktionsziel 2016 erreicht, Ausblick für 2017

Alamos Gold Inc. Alamos Gold Corp. gab in dieser Woche die Produktionszahlen des Gesamtjahres 2016 sowie der zum 31. Dezember geendeten drei Monate bekannt. Demnach belief sich die Goldförderung des Unternehmens in den zwölf Monaten auf 392.000 oz und lag damit im Rahmen der angestrebten Produktionsleistung. Im vierten Quartal 2016 wurde mit der Produktion von 105.676 oz Gold ein neuer Unternehmensrekord erreicht.

Auch bei den Goldverkäufen wurde mit 107.504 oz im Dezemberquartal ein neuer Spitzenwert gemeldet. Der dabei erzielte Goldpreis lag bei durchschnittlich 1.229 $/oz.

Die All-In Sustaining Costs des vergangenen Jahres sollen sich ersten Schätzungen zufolge im Schnitt auf rund 1.000 $/oz belaufen, exakte Zahlen liegen jedoch noch nicht vor.

Für das laufende Jahr rechnet Alamos Gold mit einer deutlichen Ausweitung der Goldförderung auf 400.000-430.000 oz. Die All-In Sustaining Costs sollen indes auf 940 $/oz sinken.

Alamos Receives Forestry Permits for Kirazli Project

Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX:AGI)(NYSE:AGI) ("Alamos" or the "Company") today reported it has received the Forestry Permits required for the development of its Kirazli gold project from the Forestry General Directorate in Turkey.

"Kirazli will be low cost to build and operate. It is our highest return project and will be a significant source of free cash flow in the years ahead. This represents a significant breakthrough for the project," said John A. McCluskey, President and Chief Executive Officer.

With the Environmental Impact Study and Forestry Permits for Kirazli approved by the federal government, the Company is pursuing the GSM (Business Opening and Operation) permit which is granted by the Çanakkale Governorship.

Feasibility studies to update the economics for both Kirazli and Aği Daği, as outlined in the positive 2012 pre-feasibility study, are nearing completion. A preliminary economic assessment is also being conducted on the higher grade Çamyurt project. A number of significant changes including weakness in the Turkish Lira and lower diesel prices since 2012 are expected to positively impact what were already attractive project economics.

The 100% owned Lynn Lake gold project is a highly prospective past-producing gold camp consisting of five near surface deposits with significant existing infrastructure. The Lynn Lake project consists of two primary deposits; the MacLellan Mine and the Farley Lake Mine, which were the subject of positive preliminary economic study (“PEA”) released in February 2014.

Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX:AGI)(NYSE:AGI) ("Alamos" or the "Company") today reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016 and reviewed its operating, exploration and development activities.

"All three of our mines performed well in the third quarter driving our strongest operating and financial results thus far this year. Production increased to 99,228 ounces of gold while all-in sustaining costs fell to $979 per ounce. Our operations continued to generate positive free cash flow and at current gold prices we expect strong free cash flow growth in the fourth quarter and into 2017. We remain well positioned to meet our full year production, cost and capital guidance," said John A. McCluskey, President and Chief Executive Officer.

"We've had a very successful year at La Yaqui having announced a near doubling of the resource in September and receiving EIA approval for Phase I development of the project in October. Third Quarter 2016 Highlights

Reported quarterly production of 99,228 ounces of gold, including 43,629 ounces from Young-Davidson, 38,500 ounces from Mulatos and 17,099 ounces from El Chanate, an increase in production at all three operations compared to the previous quarter

Sold 94,791 ounces of gold at an average realized price of $1,325 per ounce for record revenues of $125.6 million, including record quarterly sales at Young-Davidson of 44,287 ounces

Recorded cash flow from operating activities before changes in non-cash working capital1 of $46.1 million, or $0.18 per share, the strongest quarter thus far in 2016

ALAMOS ANNOUNCES INVESTMENT IN COREX GOLD CORP.

Alamos Gold Inc. has closed the purchase of 25.3 million common shares of Corex Gold Corp., representing approximately 19.07 per cent of the outstanding common shares of Corex. The shares are being acquired by Alamos by way of private placement at a price of 10 cents per share.

Alamos carried out the transaction for investment purposes and may increase or decrease its investment based on market conditions. Pursuant to an investor rights agreement entered into between Alamos and Corex, Corex has granted Alamos a right to participate in future financings, subject to certain terms, to maintain its pro rata interest. Corex has also granted Alamos the right to nominate up to two directors to the Corex board of directors. Alamos has elected not to exercise such right at this time but retains the right to do so in the future by giving written notice to Corex.

"With its favourable geology and proximity to the Mulatos mine, the Santana property represents an attractive exploration opportunity. We look forward to supporting Corex as they continue exploring this property," said John A. McCluskey, president and chief executive officer.
