Talk with Leo - PE Just thought this would be worth sharing.
Had a very good discussion with Leo Karabelas - PE Investor Relations, today regarding the company, following is my best effort at a succint summary:
Leo is a Full Time employee, and performs other work for the company including having scouted out the Argentina property, and will possibly take on a bigger role in the company in the future.
1. Current Intent is to reach Production Capability and be a Production Company
2. Drill resluts for CV-7 & CV-8 will be released next week, I have heard this for quite some time now and they are at least 1 month behind orginal representation made last December, and 1 full week behind representation made 2 weeks ago, but I believe they are extremely close, and am optimistic the results will be announced next week
3. He also said that there would be another piece of very significant news coming out in a few weeks, which he is not at liberty to discuss right now
4. There will also be news in the next several weeks on the final details of the rather large Property Rights Acquisition in Argentina, announced several weeks back
5. The PEA is still targeted for the end of March, but he was already hedging, so pretty certain we will not see it before April
6. PEA will lead to Mini or Pilot Production Plant, which will in turn facilitate financing and/or other deals necessary to construct and startup Production Plant
7. Production Plant is at least 2 – 2½ years away
8. There is no time constraint or limitation/out on the TESLA contract, TESLA is higly supportive and the 2 companies are in contact on at least a monthly basis
9. The contract with TESLA is actually only for 20% of Pure’s future output
10. He made reference to at least 1 more major deal in the works that could be announced in the next month or so
11. He stressed that Patrick Highsmith is highly competent and motivated, indicating that he is truly one of the most knowledgable Lithium Development experts around and is very well known and respected in Argentina
12. Robert Mintak is still the Chairman of the Board, and will continue his involvement in the immediate future
13. He also indicated that they have been doing a significant amount of, recruiting and hiring and continuing the same towards the end of serious teambuilding
14. He said to hang on, and that there will significant news coming fairly soon, and that they are committed
15. I tried to stress to him that the lack of information or NEWS is uncomfortable and does not help Investor Confidence
16. He did acknowledge this and re-iterated there will be several pieces of news coming soon
