Danke......Hört sich doch gut an. Scheint sich endlich mal was etwas zu tun. Bin auch sehr positiv gestimmt für dieses Jahr was Belmont angeht aber es muss beim Aktienkurs nur auch mal ein wenig mehr Musik reinkommen....🙄 Naja Geduld Geduld Geduld 🙄

Zuerst möchte ich mein Problem bearbeiten.
Bei der Comdirect ist einiges schief gelaufen, was in deren Bereich liegt.
Ich bin gespannt, ob die dafür gerade stehen. Es geht um deutlich weniger als
1.000 Euro.

Ich hatte hier vor einigen Wochen geschreiben, das Belmont keinesfalls das Geld zusammenbringt, um selbst in die Produktion zu gehen.

JVs waren mein Favorit, alternativ sah ich noch Lieferungen an Verarbeitungsanlagen in der Umgebung.

Diese von hbg55 hier vorgestellte Vereinbarung übertrifft alles, was ich mir habe denken können.

Über 0,6 Mio CAD in bar, 6Mio Aktion an dem JV-Partner und noch 20% an den in zwei bis drei Jahren anfallenden Gewinnen.

So oder so sind aber noch weitere Projekte vorhanden. Auch da wird man sicherlich Partner finden.

vermutlich bin ich nicht der einzig NEU- investierte, der sich geeerne nochmal die kond. zu diesem spann.
JV & option- deal näher anschauen möchte - denn DIE sind aus meiner sicht wirklich TOP ausgehandelt, vor
allem für BEA......IMO

FAZIT.......es kommen für einen 80%igen proj.- anteil nicht nur CASH & MQR- shares herein, sondern die zusage
innerhalb der nächsten "24" monate satte maud 5,05 für expl. bereit zu stellen.......mit sofortigem start nach
zeichnung des vertrags.

drum verspricht diese phase HOCH- spann. zu werden, zumal der LI- bedarf unvermindert
