IVP Technology announces major Power Audit sale in U.S.

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug 17, 2000 (CNW via COMTEX) -- IVP
Technology Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TALL ), today
announced the first major U.S. sale of its PowerAudit software to
California-based Strategic Merchandising Partners Inc. (SMP), a third
party sales and merchandising agency. Clients of Strategic
Merchandising Partners (SMP) include Navarre Corporation, Lernout &
Hauspie, and DK Publishing Inc.

"IVP is pleased to enter into a contract with a company of SMP`s
