Conference call notes / Serendipity 888
Aus einem anderen Forum. Am vergangenen Freitag gab es keinen "conference call" mit PA.(quote)
Were No1 on CNNC list and they have 13 people working on it
Drill update on Z7 &le early Q117
All necessary land requirements on compulsory purchase if necessary
I pushed on the CNNC , he has a good relation with them , no guarantees but looks good apparently they have many billions $ to spend and they are buyers
There are about 5 potential strat partners interested
PA hoping spot will go down as it's killing off production from competitors , closing mines and stunting development
He says the utilities don't care what spot is , there simply isn't enough. Spot supply and they need security of supply
He said he thinks in time 25% of our production will be contract and he wants to be exposed to the spot price iwhen it explodes
We're offsetting a little of our future profit to bank supply deals while we have debt and finance , once that's cleared we want as much exposure as poss
Also future offtakes will have a flex of $7-10 to cover big rises
Strat deal June quarter , 20-30% of project , price between SP and NPV
