PALLADIUM ONE OUTLINES MAGNETOTELLURIC "MT" ANOMALY AT WEST PICKLE, DRILL PROGRAM UNDERWAY ON TYKO NI - CU PROJECT

Palladium One Mining Inc. has discovered a large MT (magnetotelluric) resistivity anomaly on the Tyko I property, which forms part of the larger Tyko nickel-copper project, in Ontario, Canada. The MT resistivity anomaly is coincident with the high-grade West Pickle Zone and extends eastward toward the RJ Zone suggesting that they form one continuous mineralizing system.

"This property expansion bolsters the Company's nickel - copper strategy in a premiere mining jurisdiction and specifically in a highly prospective, relatively unexplored region, where it now controls 38,130 hectares. Tyko II brings an additional pipeline of drill permitted magmatic copper - nickel sulphide targets. The Tyko II project has many geological similarities to Tyko I with several untested historic EM anomalies. Prior to our high-grade discovery, the Smoke Lake zone also began as a historic untested EM anomaly. Just like Tyko I, Tyko II has seen surprisingly little historic exploration or even government mapping.

"Having completed the majority of the planned 2023 prospecting, mapping and soil sampling program, the Company is on track to begin drill testing new and existing targets in mid-October.

Was mir aufstößt ist, dass klammheimlich der Focus wieder verschoben wurde, weg von Palladium (was IMO strategisch vollkommen richtig ist) hin zu Batterie Metals. Nächster Namenswechsel dann in BatterieMetalsOne oder wieder NICKEL ONE?!?

hier gewaltige kursabschläge von 40% die nen unverhofften pos-ausbau möglich
machten.

PALLADIUM ONE DISCOVERS HIGHLY ANOMALOUS NICKEL, COPPER AND COBALT VALUES BETWEEN THE WEST PICKLE AND RJ ZONES ON TYKO NI - CU PROJECT

Palladium One Mining Inc. has discovered several highly anomalous nickel, copper and cobalt soil anomalies potentially linking the West Pickle and RJ zones, which are 2.5 kilometres apart. The soil sampling was conducted along an interpreted chonolith/feeder dike structure. Additionally, the company has now earned an 80-per-cent interest in the Pezim II property which contains the high-grade West Pickle zone, which forms part of the larger Tyko nickel-copper project in Ontario, Canada.

Highlights:

Multiple highly anomalous nickel, copper and cobalt anomalies in soils potentially linking the high-grade West Pickle and RJ zones along an interpreted chonolith/feeder dike structure with values up to:
785 parts per million nickel;
431 ppm copper;

moin d. - dein eindruck täuscht.......denn nebst NI- proj. bringt MTC noch ne HOCH- int.
weitere palette an proj. herein..........u.a. das HEMLO EAST gold-proj. - schau mal in die nachfolg.

Täuscht mein Eindruck oder hat Palladium One einen Strategiewechsel vollzogen und seinen Focus vom Finnland-Projekt Läntinen Koillismaa verlagert auf das Tyko nickel-copper project in Ontario? Dann können sie sich ja jetzt umbenennen von Palladium One in Nickel One!
Oder in Battery Metals One...!

Wenn dem so sein sollte, vielleicht ist das der Grund für den Einstieg von Glencore??? Weg von Palladium hin zu battery metals!

Im Oktober/November 2021 hatte immer mehr Zweifel an der Nachfrage bzw. der zukünftigen Verwendung und Preisentwicklung von Palladium und PGMs bekommen (weniger Verbrenner = weniger Katalysatoren = weniger Palladium und Rhodium / mehr EVs = mehr Batterien = mehr Lithium, Nickel, Cobalt, Manganese, ) und nach und nach alle entsprechenden PGM-Werte verkauft, ich bin damals verstärkt in Lithium gegangen.

Provokante These war (Beitrag Nr. 103 am 22.10.21):
Palladium One ist die Vergangenheit und Liontown die Zukunft.

Seither haben sie die Preise bereits halbiert:
Palladium: 1375.00
Rhodium: 6800.00

In der Wertentwicklung zwischen beiden Unternehmen sieht es noch deutlicher aus:

PALLADIUM ONE COMPLETES PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED ACQUISITION OF METALCORP LIMITED, EXPANDING ITS CANADIAN FOOTPRINT

Palladium One Mining Inc. and MetalCorp Ltd. (MTC) have successfully completed the previously announced statutory plan of arrangement under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). Pursuant to the arrangement, among other things, Palladium One acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of MetalCorp. The arrangement became effective at 12:01 a.m. (Toronto time) on May 2, 2023, resulting in MetalCorp becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Palladium One.

Under the terms of the arrangement, each former MetalCorp shareholder is entitled to receive, in exchange for each common share in the capital of MetalCorp held, 0.30 of a common share in the capital of Palladium One (each whole share, a Palladium share). Further, under the arrangement, all options to acquire MTC shares outstanding immediately prior to the effective time are exchanged for stock options to purchase Palladium shares at the exchange ratio.

"The deemed value of the MetalCorp acquisition is approximately $3.3-million paid in shares and, for that, Palladium One assumes approximately $1.8-million of cash and, for the remainder of the purchase price being approximately $1.5-million, obtains optionality on both precious metal and critical mineral projects in Ontario, Canada. Importantly, Palladium One assumes a significant pool of assessment credits and therefore has no spending obligations for many years to come," commented Derrick Weyrauch, president and chief executive officer of Palladium.

In order to receive the Palladium shares in exchange for their MTC shares, registered MTC shareholders are reminded that they must complete, sign and return the letter of transmittal to Computershare Investor Services Inc., in its capacity as depositary under the arrangement, together with their certificate(s) or DRS statement(s) representing their MTC shares, in accordance with the tender procedures described in MTC's management information circular dated March 22, 2023, which is available on SEDAR under MTC's issuer profile. Any MTC shares held in the CDS system were automatically deposited under the arrangement and the beneficial shareholders thereof will receive the Palladium shares at the exchange ratio in respect of such MTC shares............

wie erwartet hat sich die große mehrheit der MTC- shareholder FÜR ein künftiges
zusammengehen mit PDM entschieden.........und sollte im laufe der nächsten wochen

METALCORP RECEIVES SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL AND FINAL COURT ORDER FOR PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT WITH PALLADIUM ONE MINING INC.

Metalcorp Ltd. shareholders voted overwhelmingly to approve the proposed plan of arrangement pursuant to the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). Under the arrangement, Palladium One Mining Inc. will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Metalcorp in exchange for 0.30 of a common share of Palladium for each Metalcorp common share held. At the special meeting of shareholders of Metalcorp held yesterday, April 24, 2023, 69,751,493 common shares of the company, representing 58.07 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in person or by proxy, of which 99.67 per cent of the common shares were voted in favour of the arrangement. In addition, on a vote by Metalcorp shareholders, excluding those shareholders who are interested parties within the meaning of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 (Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions), 99.66 per cent of the votes cast in person or by proxy were voted in favour of the arrangement.

Metalcorp also applied for, and obtained today, April 25, 2023, a final order approving the arrangement from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (commercial list). If all conditions to completion of the arrangement are satisfied or waived, it is anticipated that the closing of the arrangement will occur on or about May 1, 2023.........

PALLADIUM ONE INTERSECTS WIDE ZONES OF MINERALIZATION AT WEST PICKLE, ON THE TYKO NICKEL PROJECT, CANADA

Palladium One Mining Inc. has released the final results of the 2022 drill program on the Tyko nickel-copper project, in Ontario, Canada. These results represent the widest intercepts to date from the West Pickle zone massive sulphide discovery.

Derrick Weyrauch, president and chief executive officer, commented: "These drill results reinforce both the high-grade nature of the West Pickle zone and the potential for tonnage as seen in hole TK22-114, having 28 metres of 0.6 per cent nickel and 0.4 per cent copper. These widths and grades are very reminiscent of the wide zones of mineralization found at the RJ zone, which returned 85.4 metres of 0.5 per cent Ni and 0.2 per cent Cu (hole TK16-002), and speaks to the potential of these Chonolith/Feeder dikes to host significant mineralization.".............
