sein neues jahres- HOCH !!!

EIN treiber dafür dürfte die jüngste ernennung zum Catalyst Hunter 2022 sein...........wie ich grad
im HC- board entdeckt hab..........

mit ZWEIT- höchstem vol. des jahres von diesmal 180mio vol. gings heute am heimatmarkt
mit sattem kurs- PLUS von 30% auf neue höchststände.........mit SK von 4,4ct..........



...erstaunlich daran, daß dazu keine akt. meldung in den boards zu finden war, was
vermutung zuläßt, daß hier ein BIG player massiv zugestiegen sein dürfte - mal
schauen, ob im laufe der woche noch abissl MEHR zu erfahren ist

korrekte kurs- bzw. trade- angaben auf WO- platform

moin TYX- lers/ ALLLL

beobachte zum wiederholten mal, daß die KURS- daten auf unsrer WO- platform nicht nur
nicht aktualisiert sind, sondern VIEL schlimmer noch einfach..........FEHLEN/ NICHT angezeigt sind, wie
gestern im fall von TYX, wo ein trade an börse stuttgart über 20k zu 3,ct schlichtweg NICHT auftaucht !!!!

bei mitbewerber....zb ONVISTA sehr wohl, wie über nachfolg. link zu sehen ist.........

bitte an die WO- systempfleger: obigen vorgang prüfen und fehler- URSACHE dauerhaft beheben, um

denke, daß es in unser ALLLLER int. liegt, daß dieses neue proj. zügig voran kommt - DAFÜR
unabdingbar, daß entspr. personal sich VOR ORT befindet, um administr. belange über eingespielte
kanäle anzuschieben.........in diesem fall in form zweier mit ´angola´ gut vertrauter NEU- dir., die
durchaus gruende für eine pos. proj. entwicklung geben.

PS: ein ALT- dir. mr. pinto scheidet im übrigen zeitgleich ausm board aus !!!

Completion of Angolan Lithium Project acquisition and Board changes

mit heutigem tag ist die ´FUTURE- aqui´ des LI- proj. in angola in trockenen tüchern !!

damit verbunden auch benennung einiger neuer directors, die für ein rasches fortschreiten
sorgen sollen, wie wir nachfolg. auszug aus heutiger PR entnehmen können..........

Tyranna director Joe Graziano commented: “We are very pleased to have completed
this acquisition and we look forward to the exciting road ahead as we explore the
potential of the Giraul Pegmatite Field in Namibe. We have seen some very positive
signs from the initial exploration activity undertaken by Angolan Minerals and to that
end, we will update the market in relation to outstanding assay results, referred to in
our 1 August 2022 announcement, as soon as those results have been received and
verified. It is anticipated that this will be prior to the end of August. We will now be
progressing towards a maiden drilling program to test the potential of selected areas
at depth. We look forward to providing shareholders regular updates of our activity
throughout the upcoming quarter and beyond.”

.....was ein HC- user wiefolgt kommentiert.........

And still very much under the radar.
My % gains have been pretty impressive after only holding this for a couple of months.
My only regret is not buying a bigger parcel at the time.

The lithium market is recovering after the scare campaign by Goldman Sachs.

This stock has a lot of upside and a low MC.
Many investors will be keeping an eye on this and think it’s worth taking a punt.

wie zu hoffen war, sind auf heutigem GM die wesentlichen TOPs im sinne des vorstands
verabschiedet worden - insbesondere die weiteren steps der aqui der NEU- LI- aqui in
angola........wie aus nachfolg. auszug hervorgeht.......

Following receipt of shareholder approval for the Angolan Minerals acquisition
(”Acquisition”), Tyranna confirms it is proceeding with the Acquisition, which it expects to
occur following completion of the steps below:

• receipt of ASIC relief in respect of voluntary escrow arrangements between
Tyranna and the Angolan Vendors
• execution of various agreements including:
o Angolan Minerals shareholders’ agreement
o option cancellation deed
o Paul Williams’ executive services agreement

Tyranna expects the Acquisition to completed by the end of August 2022..........
