Field trip identifies Lightning Gossan as key target area for
inaugural drilling campaign

HIGHLIGHTS:
• Following an eleven-day field trip to the Knight & Dragon Projects in WA’s nickel belt, which
focused on several areas, Tyranna’s geology team were able to refine their core target to the
Lightning Gossan prospect as there was demonstrable gold-nickel-copper-cobalt
mineralisation at surface.
• There were several significant data points from Lightning Gossan that highlight the need for
further exploration work, comprising:
 Soils assays from 160 samples returned up to 308 ppm Ni, 84 ppm Cu and, encouragingly,
0.54 ppm Au;
 Rock chip assays from 35 samples exceeded expectations with results up to 980 ppm Ni,
234 ppm Cu and 70 ppm Co.............

denke darin drückt sich vornehmlich skepsis aus der vergangenheit aus und wird jetzt

.....so scheints wohl zu sein, denn unter hinweis auf ´expl.- results´ vom
D & K- nickel- proj. wurde handel ausgesetzt, nachdem jedoch bereits
sagenhafte 115mio vol. mit TH von 1,1ct umgegangen sind


ein schelm, der dabei BÖSES denkt

annnyhow - werden uns wohl noch bis zum wochenende gedulden müssen, um
MEHR infos zu erfahren,

MEU: Acquires Tyranna's Jumbuck Gold Project in m deal

SOOOO.........es ist vollbracht - JUMBUCK- proj. wurde an MEIST- bietenden (MEU)
für total maud 3,- verkauft, wie aus heutiger PR zu erfahren ist............


Key Points

• Tyranna has accepted Marmota’s (MEU) fully-funded $3million offer
to acquire Tyranna’s Jumbuck Gold Project, adjacent to MEU ground
Marmota Limited (‘Marmota’ ASX:MEU or ‘Buyer’) is pleased to advise that it has entered into
a formal Sale and Asset Agreement to acquire all of the rights, title and interest of Tyranna
Resources Limited (‘Tyranna’ ASX:TYX or ‘Vendor’) in the Jumbuck Gold Project (the latter
project as defined in the Tyranna ASX:TYX Notice of Meeting of 26 October 2020)...........

GM am 26/11. rückt näher, wo es ua auch zur abstimmung darüber kommen soll, was mit
dem JUMBUCK- gold-proj. geschehen soll - interesse haben ja bekanntlich BISHER 3 seiten
angemeldet, wobei MEU jüngst sein angebot weiter aufbesserte auf nunmehr total
maud THREE.....

Tyranna Resources Ltd (Tyranna or the Company) provides shareholders its quarterly report for the threemonth period ending 30 September 2020.

WA NICKEL PROJECTS

During the quarter ended 30 September 2020 the Company undertook a comprehensive review of all
historic geochemical and geophysics data, the Board has approved plans to fast-track a drilling program at
the Dragon & Knight projects in WA’s nickel belt once a detailed field trip and surface sampling has been
completed.

• The geology team is currently in the process of formalising a drilling campaign which will focus on
highly prospective nickel sulphide mineralisation targets in two known areas:

• Areas around Lightning Gossan Prospect, which is interpreted to have similar mineralisation to St
George Mining’s (ASX: SGQ) Fish Hook1 prospect, based on extensive historic surface sampling
with high-grade assays up to 7,600ppm Ni, 5,700ppm Cu & 1,140ppm Zn and shallow drill
intercept – 4m @ 1,925ppm Ni from 16m including 2m @ 2,290ppm Ni2..........
