Bin Alles in Allem positiv gestimmt. Wer hätte gedacht, dass MIN hier mitmischen will. War doch klar die werden den Chinesen
die Resource nicht fürn Appl und n´Ei verschenken. Für uns Aktionäre kann das nur positiv sein. Jetzt kommts drauf an, wie und
vor Allem wann MIN etwas unternimmt. Ich denke sie warten bis zum 20. April nach der Abstimmung und dann gehts weiter.

Mineral Resources Shareholding in Essential Metals

....nunja - zum wochenauftakt sahen wir bei vergleichsweise mäßigem vol. von knapp
9,5mios von beginn an bröckelnde kurse.........mit SK von.............aud 0,54 !!!

derweil gab MIN bekannt über ein paket von 19,55% zu verfügen, was aus meiner sicht
überraschend niedrig ist.............siehe folg. auszug aus heutiger PR.........

April 2023, Lithium Resources Operations Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Limited

....versprechen spannende tage zu werden bis zum 20/4., wobei ne aud 2,- MIR akt.
kaum vorstellbar erscheint - wäre schon mit der hälfte zufrieden, aber sehe auch, daß
akt. merger- versuch von ALB ggüber LTR für ´unfassbare´ sog- wirkung sorgen kann
wie auch ein geschätzter HC- user in seinem beitrag zu recht anmerkt..............

It will be an interesting week ahead.

I'm trying to anticipate what may happen but it seems difficult.

If the Scheme meeting is set to go ahead on Thursday (can they stop it beforehand??) even though it's a dead duck, does that give MIN an opportunity to make a T/O offer and keep acquiring more shares at around their offer price (whatever that may be) and get to say 30% of the company by Thursday?.

Or are they content to sit on their near 20% and wait for IGO to make another move, or walk away.

As I've said, I'm leaning towards thinking MIN will be making a bid in the next couple of weeks. It would be nice if it's Monday so we all know what's going on but we may need to have some patience.

Whatever the strategy of both IGO and MIN, I very much doubt we are ever going below 50 cents again (sorry to inform you Timmy!!), and I would expect things to end up well north of 60 cents, and preferably 80+ cents (1or more MIN share for every ESS share).

I've been kicking myself for not owning LTR along the way and seeing the fun they are having with ALB offers.

But now we get to be part of a fun game seeing where this all ends up and hopefully make a lot more cash out of it than Friday's close.

I'll be watching the announcements tomorrow with excitement and getting ready to celebrate if we have a nice win in due course as it's been tough to stay the course with ESS.

Tolle Entwicklung

Das Rennen beginnt erst nächste Woche. Es wird sehr heiss. Ich rechne mit einem Bieterkrieg zwischen Tianqi und Mineral Resources.
Ich bin so froh das ich nicht verkauft habe. Ein paar Trottel und Bauerfänger in australischen Foren wollten weismachen das 50c ein guter Preis wäre. Pustekuchen! Ich hoffe mal das wir hier bis 2 Dollar steigen werden. Die Bude mit den ganzen Rohstoffen ist das allemal Wert.

.....laaaange sahen wir nach merger- erklärung seitens TELA ein dahin- duempeln des
kurses - doch in dieser woche gehts spürbar, bei hohem vol............UPPPPP, was vermuten
läßt, daß das LETZTE wort doch noch NICHT gesprochen zu sein scheint..........

....zum heutigen wochenstart gings in downunder ziemlich turbolent zu, wie der blick
auf tages- chart anzeigt. sahen im hoch bereits ne aud 0,555 um schlussendlich mit
ner 0,53 der handel zu beschließen.

dazu beigetragen dürfte im nicht unerheblichen maße der HOCH- int. beitrag
eines geschätzten HC- users..........

Let's put things into perspective...here is a direct copy from the CXO quarterly report from a few days ago

A shipment of 15,000dmt of DSO, with an average grade of
1.4% Li2O sold for US$951/dmtvia a tender using a digital
exchange platform.

Using the back of an envelope, if we simply put a lowball esimate on the value of say 1mil tonnes of DSO at say USD500(AUD700)per tonne given lower grade etc and a cost of mining and transport of say AUD250 per tonne, then we get AUD450m of net cash flow (LET'S SAY THAT AGAIN - $450M!!!!!!)....for only 1 million tonnes of our resource.

What is our current market capitalisation? Around $150m. Come on(?), to allow our company to be taken over at these prices would be crazy! I've been buying and will not be selling anywhere near current market valuation. TLEA knows the value, and surely so does MIN and various other potential suitors. Hold tight and consider buying if you can see the value that I can see.

allmählich kommt bewegung in angestrebtes TO - bei hohem vol. von nahezu 11mios
sprang kurs erstmals über TO- offerte von aud 0,50 !!!

denke, DIE die damit bereits zufrieden waren haben inzwischen ihre stücke abgegeben
und verfolgen mit spannung, wohin die reise hier noch geht.

teile in diesem zusammenhang meinung eines geschätzten HC- users, der noch ne
menge luft nach oben sieht.............

I think there should be general consensus that ESS is worth at least 1-1.50AUD$ per share.

The scopy study can come any day. I think some already know the positive development of the expected scopy study.
The new bidders will take this as an opportunity and direction to form the amount of their (higher than 50cents) bid. AIMHO. GLTA.

.....ein geschätzter HC- user hat zum TO- angebot mal folg. gedanken zusammen getragen........

A few points.
1. The offer is almost 50% above market.
2. The decision to sell or not is fully with shareholders, not the Board.
3. Directors have a duty to refer any substantial offer to shareholders and an offer at almost 50% above market must be considered substantial.
4. We don't know the extent of financial assistance offered with the off-take offers and if it was adequate to move forward.
5. This offer is open for four months before any finalisation. That leaves a lot of room for exciting things to happen.
6. This offer will concentrate the minds of a lot of people. Any one serious about getting an early reliable source of spodumene has to act now or forever keep the peace. It puts a lot of new pressure on the potential off-take partners.
7. We have lab results on 40 new prospects due over the next two months, well before any decision has to be made.
8. We have a scoping study due this month.
9. Mineral resources are still the natural owners of Pioneer Dome and appear to have a plan for the whole adjacent area. They are aggressive players and in my experience are not shy about making hard to resist offers if they want an asset.
10. There are a whole lot of people with lots of cash available and firm interest is acquiring good lithium assets. We are now in play.
