Und das, obwohl kurz- und mittelfristig ein Mehrwert für die Aktionäre geschaffen wurde. Vielleicht haben sich zu viele mehr erhofft von der Veräußerung von Trove.
Einfach nur ein Trauerspiel, was da gestern und heute abgeht. Kursmäßig stehen wir jetzt fast wieder da, wo wir vor Verkündung der ersten beider Bieter für Trove gestanden haben.
What is going on today?
Company just released news that they are now, cash positive and have a small stake in BTR. I'm not sure what your looking for? I thought Durango was searching for minning capital well that's a mistake, not sure what this means going forward, but it's interesting now that they are making money. $0.03 per share.

When they start producing money without selling their asets they will be giving Royalities to DGO, on a percentage bases of 500, per ton and yes DGO has a stake in BTR 2, 000,000 shares. So BTR stock gose up so should our stock, unless BTR sells it's stake to someone else.

I'm not jumping for joy over this deal HOWEVER
I don't think dgo should be trading at .12 cents. I'm no professional so I won't pretend to talk like one but I'm pretty sure the drop in sp today is mostly due to people trying to make a quick buck. Imo dgo is still worth 5-6 million today and eventually there will be a correction back to .16-.17 cents. I've accumulated about 36k shares at an average about .18 cents and I'm not selling. I think smart people will do the same and ride this out a little. Keeping in mind CEO has a lot of shares in sure they would like the share price to go up as well.

Well BTR significantly gone up in value since .22... from .30 to today did not take very long, don't forget they have proven resources and can sniff gold, thus Kinross got involved, thus now we can actually get cash, get increasing value in shares, plus full drilling by experienced people and money.... hmmm. 2% of 500,000 thousand ounces is, lets do the math..... Sell on news, on rumor when your up, don't cry if you wanted a quick turn around, you all had your chances... Long term we are in the hottest region in the land interesting what happens over this next week..... good luck.

I realize that what is stated in todays PR will take a few years to come to fruition see but please hear me out. Im just as disappointed as most of you. Im not pumping here. Understand that these numbers are ballpark and based on todays price of BTR. If you consider everything in the agreement we have: $150,000 cash 1,500,000 shares of BTR @ todays closing of .395 for a total of $592,500 in one year $150,000 cash in one year 1,500,000 shares of BTR @ todays closing of .395 (which could be much higher in one year) for a total of $592,500 (based on todays closing price of BTR) the discovery bonus (if met) of 2,000,000 shares of BTR @ todays closing of .395 (which could be much higher if and when it is secured) for a total of $790,000 (based on todays closing price of BTR) if half of the NSR is purchased thatll be another $1,000,000 lets put a minimum value on the other half of the NSR @ $1,000,000 The total of all of this is $4,475,000. With 30,210,867 shares of Durango outstanding (including the 100,961 to Agoracom) this is .148 per share. Durango was trading at .065 before the offers on Trove came about. The kicker is the remaining 1% of the NSR and any future increases in BTR share price. Consider if the oz per the discovery bonus are met and produced and what 1% of the NSR equals. Again, Im not pumping but many stocks are based on future revenue. Hopefully the cash is used wisely.
