Der Markt sieht es mal wieder völlig anders.
Ich verstehe diese ganz Situation bei den Goldminenwerten einfach nicht. Der Goldpreis nähert sich dem extremen Widerstand von 1.300 $ und die Reaktion der Minen ist das Gegenteil. Keine Ahnung was hier schief läuft !

Der Kurs wird erst anfangen zu steigen, wenn hier wirklich geliefert wird aber dafür kann man mit entsprechenden Glauben im Vorfeld kaufen. Der Präsident kauft im open market und die werden aktuell nicht mal mit dem dreifachen Cashflow bei Commercial production level gehandelt ohne Cash, die Mine, die Untertage Ramp, das Camp, die weiteren 2 Millionen NI43-101 mit high grade Gold und Kuofer , das Exploration Potential, das potentielle Ramp Up auf 108k Unzen in 2018 etc. Das alles Debt free (abgesehen von den 15k Gold Debt an Cartesian). Wenn der Zug rollt rollt er und ich habe meine ersten Käufe hier bei 0.79 CAD getätigt und heute u.a. weitere bei 0.63 erworben. Die kriegen nicht einfach 17m im PP wenn die nichts vorzuweisen haben das ist ein ganz großes Netzwerk hintendran und das wird schon. Ich bleibe hier langfristig dabei denn das Wachstumsprofil ist für 2018-2019 sehr gut und Ian scheint ja M&A technisch unterwegs zu sein. Lasst denen noch ein wenig Zeit und es wird gut ... Sie haben bisher alles gemäß AMDAD geliefert und der steht seit Anfang des Jahres auf Sedar. Viele Grüße Sonic

1. In February 2017 a new resource calculation was announced (via an interview stream from you and Ian). This was planned for a 6-7 months timeperiod, is this action still planned for end of Q3/ begin of Q4-2017? And how many meters of drilling is included in this new resource calculation?

Antwort:

Based on the discovery of the Kora extension – we are now commencing a drilling program in that specific area. As noted in the last news release, we modified the drive designs slightly (between Irumafimpa and Kora) to get closer to the exact location where this discovery hole was drilled. In the coming days, you will see that the exploration commence in this area. The target is to add high grade ounces to the current resource. It is a little too early to tell you how many metres we will end up drilling because some of this will be success dependent. But, if you note the News Release describing the extension of the Kora deposit discovery, you will also see that we also intersected what we believe is an extension of Irumafimpa in a separate part of the hole. This is quite interesting (and potentially very exciting) if Kora is extending towards Irumafimpa and vice versa (at an offset). There should be some news in short order as to the start of drilling and I think after the next set of results, you can get an accurate picture on timing as to any potential update to the resource and how many metres this will require. The discovery of this Kora extension so early into the drill program (i.e. on the first hole completed between the two deposits) changes things, in a positive way. And, the commencement of the follow up drilling to the discovery is very important.


2. When do you think K92 is producing cash flow positive - directly after commercial production status? And are the numbers in the AMDAD plan on Sedar still the current ones you benchmark against? When will you start to update the mill capacity to the 108k p.a. basis?

Antwort:

We are targeting the declaration of commercial production in September. I think for the technical team to OK that disclosure (which they did in the last News Release) shows that they are quite confident in terms of the potential of reaching this goal. As far as the mill goes – remember there is already excess capacity versus what is required for Irumafimpa. Therefore, I would see any addition to capacity at the mill to be quite gradual. Note that the 108k p.a. number for Kora is within a PEA (all results, assumptions etc in the document on SEDAR) but with some good luck, the timing on when we hope to bring Kora into production may change for the positive. Again, this will depend, in part, on how this next phase of drilling around the extension zone goes. This extension zone is quite close to the underground switch back into the Irumafimpa development, from a spatial perspective.

3. K92 is trading at an all time low approx at the moment. How do you plan to create shareholder value from this point and how to build trust again? It seems investors dont buy the good news anymore until they see some prove that the plan will be delivered.

Antwort:

I agree that Irumafimpa is now a “show me” story. So, if we achieve the goal of declaring commercial production at Irumafimpa in September, we will have shown the market that Irumafimpa is now a real asset of quality.

And, once investors understand that Irumafimpa is running well – we can work to refocus some attention on the blue sky. It’s the blue sky of expansion and exploration that Barrick bought this for in the first place and it is why the project is so exciting. The expansion drilling between Irumafimpa and Kora is targeting to prove up a thesis that there is very significant size within this high grade copper/gold environment.

At the same time, and over and above the potential in the high grade intrusive vein environment – we of course also have the regional porphyry targets within the 400 sq km land package that (in my opinion) we are getting no value for now.

4. What exactly is meant with "strategic work" from Ian and his new director role? In the boards the rumors sounds like the old CEO went away because of bad production numbers etc and the timing is very very bad also. @canadian insider homepage show some -600k CAD action from Ian. And many thanks for your support buys the last week!!!

Ian will be very involved going forward. He will remain a Director and Insider but will now have more time to focus on adding value in other ways.

He has done a very good job of taking the company from production re-start concept into production. As our view is that production is now going well, it is time for him to focus on strategic initiatives.

John Lewins is the guy who is onsite 3 weeks out of every 4 essentially and when he is not onsite – he is a couple of hours away from the site. He is running the operations and running the business (in the same general time zone and in a very hands on way) and now that we are a full-fledged producer and are very well capitalized, our view was that we wanted to evolve with John as CEO.

With production going well, we are about to devote a bit of attention to what we believe are a series of world class drill targets. With that, we are starting to attract some attention from some large mining companies who are increasingly interested in what we are doing. Somebody needs to manage those relationships and discussions and Ian (with a great background in this area) is the perfect guy to do so.

Note that I don’t believe Ian sold any stock at all. He actually was a buyer in the last $0.80 private placement. As part of a regular tax planning strategy, he did distribute (disposition by way of gift) shares to his son. And, I think this is what shows up as a net reduction in shareholding in his filing.

Ian is very supportive, very involved and excited about this next phase.

I was a buyer in the last placement and continue to accumulate at these price levels, which I believe (again, my personal opinion only) represent a great opportunity.
