SBESE gestern mit dieser richtungsweisenden News!!! Sieht meiner Meinung nach, nach einer Neubewertung aus. Ich spekuliere hier auf einen vervielfacher die kommenden Tage und Wochen. Die Marktkapitalisierung und die Aktienstruktur ist für einen OTC-Pink gelistetes Unternehmen sehr attraktiv. Ich habe hier einmal die wichtigsten Fakten zusammen getragen. Lest euch mal selber rein. Bin hier seit ein paar Wochen investiert und habe genau auf so etwas gewartet. Jetzt scheint es eine große Trend wende zu geben. Der unten gepostete Chart ist ein 6 Monats Chart und der gestrige Anstieg ist kaum zu erkennen gemessen an dem wo SBESE vor 6 Monaten noch stand. der Jahres Chart ist noch extremer. Da ist der Hüpfer von gestern kaum zu erkennen. Mein erstes Kursziel steht bei $0.1.

South Beach Spirits, Inc. Announces Acquisition of St. Martin Powerboats and Expansion Into Marketing Lifestyle Products

SUNRISE, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 06/08/16 -- South Beach Spirits, Inc. (OTC PINK: SBESE) ("South Beach" or the "Company") is pleased to announced it has entered into a Definitive Securities Exchange Agreement to acquire a 100% interest in St. Martin Powerboats, LLC ("St. Martin"), an American watercraft designing, manufacturing, and marketing business based in Mentor, Ohio, in exchange for a 51% equity interest in SBES. Upon completion of this transaction, St. Martin will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the management of St. Martin will assume management roles at SBES. South Beach management believes the transaction will strengthen the Company's access to additional potential sources of working capital and enable it to continue to implement its current business strategy to become a leading holding company for producing and marketing a wide variety of "lifestyle" products, including distilled spirits. Closing of the transaction is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

St. Martin has been in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing watercraft since 2007, with a focus on compact and mini performance boats between 12 and 15 feet in length. The small and lightweight characteristics of St. Martin's powerboats make them exceptional performers even when compared to larger speedboats. St. Martin also manufactures and markets a 27-foot offshore vessel, whose production is limited to just 50 boats a year. St. Martin anticipates launching additional specialty branded models of its popular mini-powerboat designs in the near future.

Was macht South beach denn gerade...Schnaps brennen..oder boote verkaufen?

+41.3% am Freitag. Nach mäßigen start dann am Abend nach oben ab gedreht und mit Leichtigkeit die $01 durchbrochen. Diese Woche Richtung $0.1? Die letzten beiden Handelstage wurde der komplette Float einmal gehandelt. Das sieht für mich diese Woche nach einem großen Lauf aus. $0.9 das aktuelle 52 Wochen hoch. Da ist unser 41.3% Anstieg ein kleiner Hüpfer.

SBESE könnte eine Raketen Woche vor sich haben. Ich lasse mich überraschen und wünsche allen eine grüne Trading Woche.

0079 +41.1%. Die accumulation der letzten beiden Tage ist geschafft. Ich denke die kommenden Tage sollten wir die nächste News sehen die die nächste Welle richtung $03 $04 auslösen kann. Bis jetzt läuft alles bestens. Die 3 fach Unterstützungs Linie auf der 005 hat mit großer unterstützung bestens gehalten. Von da dreht sie nun wieder nach oben ab.
