Auf Seite 4 der Patersons PDF wird
 
folgendes angenommen:
für das Jahr 2021 (in 5 Jahren)
Goldpreis von 1993 Australische Dollar (z.Z. 1740 A$)
94 Mio A$ Cash-Flow!

Bei einem KCV von 5 ergäbe dies einen Börsenwert von 470 Mio A$.
somit dem 10-fachen von heute.

Da ich persönlich auf weit höhere Gold-Preise in 5 Jahren spekuliere....
kann PGO weit aus höher bewertet werden.

150 000 Unzen Gold p.A. (also pro Jahr) zu produzieren!
Vergleichbare Goldproduzenten haben einen Börsenwert von 400 bis 640 Mio A$

INVESTMENT SUMMARY
We are upgrading our valuation on PGO to $0.39/sh (from $0.26/sh) following the recent acquisition of the Coolgardie gold project.  We believe there is potential in the near term to establish a c.40kozpa gold operation at Coolgardie from 2017.  We calculate based on the existing resource base that the project has the potential to generate $65m over 4 years (40kozpa at AISC of $1,200/oz).  These funds could be used towards the development of the Company’s larger scale Mt Bundy project in the Northern Territory.  We calculate the potential for production rates from Mt Bundy of 125-170kozpa for 6 years could be possible assuming a 34Mtpa plant and the conversion of 75% of the existing 1.2Moz Mineral Resource into Ore Reserves.  We have used in our DCF model a 3.5Mtpa operation producing 140kozpa of recoverable ounces.  Assuming PGO can add ounces to Coolgardie then potentially the Company could have two operating gold mines producing a combined total of well over 150kozpa

Ich beschäftige mich schon sehr lange mit Minenaktien

aus der ganzen Welt.
Habe hunderte von Quartalsbericht und Präsentationen durchgelesen.
Habe jedoch noch niemals erlebt, dass ein Research-Haus ein Kurzzeitpreisziel von

über 300 % herausgebracht hat.

Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass Primary noch lange auf 10 A$-Cent steht.
Da in 2017 das erste Gold produziert werden soll.

Nach Focus Minerals, ist Primary Gold das akuelle TOP-Pic in Australien.

Noch vollkommen unbekannt in deutschen Foren.

Aber dies wird sich bald ändern.

Big news today with PGO in a trading halt in relation to a change of control transaction. No other ASX listed companies relevant to the area are in a halt - which indicates to me that an overseas fish has taken a bite. Fingers crossed that it is Shandong - this would allow PGO ounces to go through 3MH, greatly increasing the economics of the project. If this is the case and the Brilliant situation gets sorted then it would appear to be all systems go....lots of ifs and buts....but very interesting times....

Highlights
 All cash takeover offer of A$0.0575 per share from Primary’s largest shareholder Hanking Australia.
 Offer values Primary’s share capital, including shares attributable to in the money options, at approximately A$37.5 million.
 The Offer price provides Primary shareholders a significant premium for their shares, with the Offer representing a:
− 47.3% premium to Primary’s last traded share price of A$0.039 on 16 February 2018, the last trading day prior to the date of this announcement; and
− 35.4% premium to the 30 trading day VWAP of A$0.042 per share up to 16 February 2018, the last trading day before the date of this announcement.
 The Offer provides Primary shareholders all-cash certainty, with the Offer subject to minimum acceptances greater than 50%, FIRB approval, market linked and other customary conditions. The Offer is not subject to any Chinese regulatory approval or any financing conditions.
 The Independent Directors of Primary unanimously recommend that Primary shareholders ACCEPT the Offer, in the absence of a superior proposal and subject to the independent expert not concluding that the Offer is not fair and not reasonable.
 Hanking Australia has agreed to make available interim funding to Primary for up to A$1.5 million.

Das Übernahmeangebot ist eine absolute Frechheit!!!

Auf HC wird gemunkelt, dass Gary Mills uns verkauft hat, und bei Hanking einen Posten bekommt.

Ich habe heute Nacht in den sauren Apfel gebissen und bei 5 AUD-Cent geworfen.
Übernahmepreis sollen ja 0,0575 AUD werden.

Warum 15 % unter pari?
BLK hat sehr starke Zahlen geliefert.
Bin dort noch zu 0,072 AUD bedient worden.
