The delegation of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group attended the stock market opening bell ceremony in New York


On 17 August,

the delegation of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group attended the Nasdaq Opening Bell Ceremony in New York and rang the symbolic bell that marks the beginning of the trading day. Meanwhile, Nasdaq’s screens on Times Square in New York showed a video introducing Tallinna Kaubamaja Group. Tallinna Kaubamaja Group received the invitation in January, as the company was granted several important titles: “Top Performer over 10 years, displaying greatest increase in share price and Baltic awards ranking” and “The Most Trustworthy Company of the Nasdaq Baltic Market”, second place.

“Undoubtedly, it is an incredibly important recognition for us. We would like to thank our hardworking employees, as well as our more than 3,500 shareholders for their trust and for contributing to our company,” says Raul Puusepp, Chairman of the Executive Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group. The special prize “Top Performer over 10 years, displaying greatest increase in share price and Baltic awards ranking” was granted to one Estonian, one Latvian, and one Lithuanian company. The ranking was based on an increase in share price over the past 10 years, being part of the BMAs for 10 years, as well as steadily improving BMA results.

The winners of the prize “The Most Trustworthy Company of the Nasdaq Baltic Market” are chosen by the visitors of the stock market website (current and future investors for the most part). This year, approximately 3,300 people voted. 21.6% of the participants preferred Tallinna Kaubamaja Group. Votes were received from 59 countries all across the world.

Q3 war sehr ordentlich,

wenn Q4 nur genauso gut gelaufen ist wie Q4-15, dann rechne ich mit 39 MEUR Gewinn => KGV unter 9

das war zu optimistisch,

offenbar haben sie in Q4 immer Sonderfaktoren wie z.B. Immo-Bewertungen.


Nettoergebnis trotzdem immerhin auf 26 MEUR von 22 MEUR => KGV 13

Viking Motors AS to start operating as the official distributor of Peugeot in Estonia

Viking Motors AS, subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, will start operating as the official distributor of Peugeot in Estonia from 1 January 2018. Until now, Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS has had the right of sale of Peugeot vehicles in Latvia.

KW Bruun Baltic OÜ, the importer of Peugeot vehicles in the Baltic countries, and Viking Motors AS have concluded contracts for distribution of new Peugeot vehicles and authorised repair shops, with the objective to strengthen the position of Peugeot on the Estonian market and ensure higher quality of customer service.

In 2019, it is planned to open a sale and service centre of new and used Peugeot vehicles at the registered immovable belonging to Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS, subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, located at Rannamõisa tee 1a, Tallinn. Until the completion of the new Peugeot centre, Viking Motors AS will handle the sale and service of Peugeot vehicles at the address A. H. Tammsaare tee 53.

The field of vehicle trade has been a strategic business segment of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS since 2007. In 2016, the turnover of the vehicle segment of the group was 82.6 million euros.

EK weiter ordentlich angewachsen;

nehme an, Divi bleibt stabil oder wird minimal erhöht

71c bedeuten 8,3% Rendite

Wermutstropfen:

ein Teil der divi kam mit 7% Quellensteuer-Abzug;

der wird "irisch" gehandhabt, d.h. keine Berücksichtigung whatsoever - F..c the tax administration
