Das akquirierte 5’136 Hektar grosse Grundstückspaket bedeckt eine Fläche von 31 km vom Confederation Lake Greenstone Belt und beinhaltet 2 substantielle Zink-Kupfer-Lagerstätten und eine Vielzahl aussichtsreicher Zonen, die mit einem bevorstehenden Bohrprogramm vergrössert werden sollen. In Kombination mit den bereits im Besitz befindlichen Dixie-Grundstücken hält Pistol Bay nun 7’050 Hektar, wo die meisten signifikanten Lagerstätten vorkommen. Pistol Bay kontrolliert nun 43 km vom 60 km langen Confederation Lake Greenstone Belt.

Pistol Bay ist bereits dabei, Daten von AurCrest zusammenzustellen und zu beurteilen – mit dem Ziel, ein umfangreichres Explorationsprogramm zu planen, womit neue Bohrziele generiert werden, wobei auch existierende Zielstellen und bekannte Lagerstätten getestet werden sollen.







Das heute akquirierte Grundstückspaket beinhaltet 2 bedeutende Lagerstätten mit signifikanten Zink-, Kupfer- und Goldgehalten. Pistol Bay hat die Opportunität erkannt, um diese Entdeckungen mit erneuter Exploration auszuweiten, einschliesslich Bohrungen und moderner Geophysik.

Copperlode “A” / Fredart Zone

Die andere substantielle Lagerstätte ist Copperlode “A” bzw. Fredart Zone, die über eine (historische) Ressource von 425’000 t mit durschnittlich 1,56% Kupfer verfügt. Die Lagerstätte wurde bis in eine Tiefe von 200 m und über eine Länge von 350 m angebohrt, wobei berichtet ist, dass diese gen Tiefe offen ist. Die Gegend wurde in den 1970ern auch nach Molybdän exploriert und Proben enthielten bis zu 1,46% Molybdän.

Ein Bohrprogramm wurde 2010 von AurCrest durchgeführt, um die Ressource entlang einer vermuteten östlich abtauchenden Richtung nahe einer IP-Anomalie zu vergrössern. Insgesamt wurden 5 Löcher gebohrt, ohne jedoch auf signifikante Mineralisation anzutreffen. Jedoch identifizierte eine anschliessende Bohrloch-Elektromagnetikuntersuchung einen starken Leiter (“conductor”) in der Nähe von 2 Löchern, sodass interpretiert wurde, dass die stark leitfähige Zone zwischen den 2 Bohrlöchern liegt. Es wird antizipiert, dass diese Anomalie womöglich eine in die Tiefe abfallende Erweiterung der Copperlode “A” Zone darstellt, oder eine gänzlich neue Zone/Lagerstätte ist.

3,35 m @ 0,17% Zink, 4,01% Kupfer

Diamond Willow:
4,2 m @ 1,8% Zink, 2,3% Kupfer

Caravelle Zone:
1,1 m @ 4,4% Zink, 0,2% Kupfer

Joy South:
0,6 m @ 17,7% Zink, 0,28% Kupfer

Creek Zone:
0,95 m @ 0,16% Zink, 1,37% Kupfer

Schlusspunkt: Die Copperlode “A” Lagerstätte (425’000 t @ 1,56% Kupfer) ist eine kupferreiche Zone, die mit grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit signifikant mit Gold angereichert ist. Die meisten alten Bohrungen wurden nicht nach Gold analysiert, doch in denen, wo nach Gold analysiert wurde, zeigten sich 0,3-0,6 g/t Gold. Im Confederation Lake Belt gibt es 1 VMS-Lagerstätte mit einer NI43-101-konformen Ressource (Arrow Zone); und Pistol Bay besitzt diese nun. Es gibt auch 4 Lagerstätten mit nicht-NI43-101-konformen Ressourcen mit mehr als 100’000 t Erz; und Pistol Bay besitzt nun 3 davon.


Über VMS-Lagerstätten

• Gold tendiert dazu, mit kupferreichen VMS- (“Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide”) Lagerstätten assoziiert zu sein, während Silber wichtiger in zinkreichen VMS-Systemen ist.

• VMS-Lagerstätten tendieren dazu, in Anhäufungen/Gruppen (“cluster”) innerhalb ganzer Distrikte vorzukommen. Es ist nicht ungewöhnlich, bis zu 2 dutzend Lagerstätten in einem Gebiet mit mehreren Quadratkilometern zu entdecken. Dies macht bekannte VMS-Distrikte zu erstklassigen Explorationsgegenden für Neuentdeckungen.

• Obwohl es in der Vergangenheit nicht immer einfach war, alle Lagerstätten in einem Distrikt nachzuweisen, haben Innovationen und Verbesserungen von Explorationstechniken dazu geführt, dass der Entdeckungsprozess einfacher geworden ist.

• VMS-Lagerstätten in einem bestimmten Distrikt tendieren dazu, ähnliche Metal-Verhältnisse mit ähnlicher Zusammensetzung zu haben.

• In einem VMS-Distrikt schwanken Lagerstättengrössen im Bereich von weniger als 1 Mio. t Erz bis zu mehreren 10 Mio. t Erz, wobei es typischerweise mehrere kleine und wenige grosse Lagerstätten gibt. Aus diesen Gründen waren Explorationsunternehmen vor allem auch in letzter Zeit erfolgreich, neue VMS-Lagerstätten in zuvor entdeckten Distrikten nachzuweisen.

• Ein Paradebeispiel ist die Flin-Flon Mine in Manitoba (Kanada), die seit nunmehr 80 Jahren in Betrieb ist. Die Mine wurde zwischenzeitlich geschlossen und nach der Entdeckung von weiteren VMS-Lagerstätten in der Umgebung wieder eröffnet.



• VMS-Lagerstätten kommen besonders häufig in Kanada vor. Von den etwa 800 bekannten VMS-Lagerstätten weltweit kommen etwa 350 davon in Kanada vor. Kanadische VMS-Lagerstätten haben einen Anteil von 27% am Kupferoutput des Landes, sowie 49% vom Zink und 40% vom Silber.

• Weltweit haben VMS-Lagerstätten einen viel geringen Anteil an der Kupferproduktion (schätzungsweise 6%). Allerdings werden 22% des weltweiten Zinkangebots, sowie 9,7% vom Blei, 8,7% vom Silber und 2,2% vom Gold aus VMS-Lagerstätten produziert.

Beispiele von VMS-Lagerstätten mit Weltklasseformat

Noranda

Der Noranda Distrikt in Québec beinhaltet die am stärksten untersuchten VMS-Lagerstätten der Welt. In einem Zeitraum von 85 Jahren wurden 20 wirtschaftlich abbauwürdige VMS-Lagerstätten entdeckt. Der Noranda Distrikt beheimatet darüberhinaus auch 19 kleine Goldlagerstätten, wobei diese nur einen verhältnismäßig kleinen Anteil an der gesamten Goldproduktion im Distrikt haben, da die Horne VMS-Lagerstätte von Noranda bis dato knapp 10 Mio. Goldunzen förderte.



Im Untergrund in der Ansil Mine in der Noranda Gegend. Dies ist die tiefste VMS-Lagerstätte im Noranda Distrikt, die abgebaut wird (durchschnittliche Tiefe bei 1’300 m unterhalb der Erdoberfläche). Das Foto zeigt den Kontakt zwischen einer magnetitreichen Linse und dem Chalkpyrit-Pyrrhotin-Erz. Dieses Erz enthält nur wenig Zink, jedoch umso mehr Gold. Flin Flon

Seit mehr als 75 Jahren ist der Flin Flon Greenstone Belt in Manitoba (Kanada) ein signifikanter Produzent von Basismetallen und Gold. Der Distrikt beheimatet 27 signifikante VMS-Lagerstätten, die ursprünglich mehr als 154 Mio. t Erz enthielten. Die Flin Flon VMS-Lagerstätten beeindrucken mit einem breiten Spektrum an Metallen und Assoziationen, einschliesslich Kupfer-, Kupfer-Zink-, Zink-Kupfer- und Zink-Kupfer-Blei-Lagerstätten. Die meisten Flin Flon VMS-Lagerstätten beinhalten zwischen 1-2 g/t Gold. Die Flin Flon Zink-Kupfer-Lagerstätte produzierte knapp 4 Mio. Unzen Gold und ist somit der drittgrösste VMS-Goldproduzent in Kanada.

Der Flin Flon Belt beheimatet 3 VMS-Anhäufungen (“clusters”) innerhalb einem 250 km langen Greenstone Belt. Der Flin Flon Cluster beinhaltet mindestens 12 Lagerstätten mit insgesamt 80 Mio. t Erz, wovon 62 Mio. t in der Flin Flon Mine vorkamen, die zwischen 1930-1992 in Betrieb war. Die 777 Lagerstätte wird noch immer aus dem Flin Flon Schacht abgebaut. Der Snow Lake Cluster beinhaltet 12 VMS-Lagerstätten mit insgesamt 40 Mio. t Erz. Der dritte Cluster ist in Saskatchewan und beinhaltet 2 VMS-Lagerstätten. Der Confederation Lake Belt ist ein Analog zu einem dieser Cluster und ist Teil von einem Greenstone Belt, der von Lake Winnipeg im Westen bis nach Pickle Lake geht, und die Goldcamps Bisset, Red Lake, Birch Lake und Pickle Lake beheimatet, sowie die Eisenerzlagerstätten und Lithiumpegmatite. Das Birch Lake Goldcamp ist der Standort, wo AurCrest derzeit ihren Fokus hat.





“Wir sind Zinkbullen”, sagte Morgan Stanley. “Doch die 2016-Preisperformance hat sogar uns überrascht. Ab jetzt hängt weiteres Aufwertungspotential von Chinas Stahlproduktionsrate ab, sowie von Glencores Bereitschaft, einiges ihres Minenangebots wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen.” Der Zinkpreis steigt dieses Jahr stärker als andere Metalle an, nachdem erschöpfte Minen geschlossen wurden, gekoppelt mit Glencores Kürzungen. CEO Ivan Glasenberg hat mehrmals argumentiert, dass Minen nicht Material in Märkte mit einem Überangebot liefern sollten. Morgan Stanley sagte, dass Zink ihre Top-Rohstoffwahl sei, während es Goldman Sachs als “bullische Ausnahme” im Vergleich mit anderen Basismetallen umschrieben hat. (Quelle:Bloomberg)

Die Spekulation fokussiert sich jetzt darauf, ob Produzenten ihre Minen wieder zurück in die Produktion bringen. Im Halbjahresbericht behielt Glencore ihre Ganzjahresprognosen zur Zinkproduktion auf niedrigem Niveau. Eine im Bericht versteckte Tabelle gab Indizien, warum. Trotz dem starken Zinkpreisanstieg dieses Jahr liegt der Durchschnittspreis der ersten Jahreshälfte noch immer um 16% niedriger als im Jahr zuvor. Glencore dürfte nach weiteren Beweisen suchen, dass Zink in eine neue Boomphase übergegangen ist, bevor sie ihre beträchtliche Kapazität wiedereinschaltet. (Quelle: Mining.com)

Rio Tinto to Drill on Pistol Bay's C-5 Uranium Property, Saskatchewan

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 24, 2017 / Pistol Bay Mining Inc. (TSXV: PST) (FSE: OQS2) ("Pistol Bay" or the "Company") is pleased to report that Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Inc. ("RTECI" or "Rio Tinto") has informed Pistol Bay that is continuing with its exploration program on the 2,500-acre (1016 hectares) C5 uranium property in the Athabasca Basin, northern Saskatchewan.

Rio Tinto intends to drill between 4 and 6 diamond drill holes for a program total of approximately 2,600 metres, targeting uranium mineralization at the unconformity between the Athabasca Basin sediments and the older basement rocks, and in the basement itself. The C5 property adjoins the Wheeler River property, controlled by Denison Mines Corp. It lies 4.5 kilometres north of the Phoenix uranium deposit, 5 kilometres northeast of the Gryphon uranium deposit, and 2.6 kilometres northeast of the 489 Uranium Zone.

The C5 property, together with the C4 and C6 claims, is under option to Rio Tinto, which has earned a 75% interest, and has previously announced its intention to exercise the further option to acquire 100% interest by paying Pistol Bay C$5,000,000 within 5 years of December 31st 2014 and granting Pistol Bay a 5% net profits interest (see Pistol Bay news release of February 16th, 2015). Rio Tinto has, to date, completed 12 diamond drill holes totalling 6,104 metres on the C5 property and carried out a gravity survey and a DC resistivity. The 2017 diamond drilling program is scheduled to commence on January 20th.

Uranium mineralization in the Athabasca Basin is spatially associated with the unconformity where the Athabasca sandstones rest on top of older basement rocks. The unconformity is approximately 400 metres below surface in the area of the C4, C5 and C6 properties. The highlight of Rio Tinto's previous program's on C5 is diamond drill hole 14CBK003 which intersected 0.054% U3O8 over a core length of 1.5 metres, including 1. 0.071% U3O8 over 0.5 metre. Core recovery was approximately 50%, indicating that the assay does not accurately reflect the uranium content of the rock. In addition, diamond drill hole 14CBK0005, 50 metres to the northeast of 14CBK003, intersected 0.041% U3O8 across a core length of 0.32 metres just below the unconformity, and 0.022% U3O8 across a core length of 1.00 metre, 5 metres below the unconformity. These results were previously disclosed in a Pistol Bay news release on June 4th, 2014.

The C4, C5 and C6 properties adjoin the 11,720 hectare Wheeler River property of Denison Mines Corp. (60%), Cameco Corp. (30%) and JCU (Canada) Exploration Co. (10%). Wheeler River includes the newly (2008) discovered Phoenix Zone, with an indicated mineral resource of 70,200,000 pounds of U3O8 grading 19.13% plus an inferred mineral resource of 1,100,000 pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 5.80%. The Gryphon Zone contains an inferred resource of 43 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 2.3%. The 489 Zone is at an early stage of exploration. It has reported drill intercepts of 0.13% U3O8 over 5.5 metres and 0.46% e U3O8 (radiometric estimate) over 1.5 metres.

The C4, C5 and C6 properties are situated approximately mid-way between the former producing Key Lake mine and the currently producing McArthur River Mine of Cameco Corp. (70%) and AREVA (30%). McArthur River has produced, to the end of 2015, a total of 287.6 million pounds of U3O8. It has reserves of 336.5 million pounds at 116.89% U3O8, measured plus indicated mineral resources of 5.6 million pounds at 3.80% U3O8 and an inferred mineral resource of 58.6 million pounds at 7.72% U3O8. With a total endowment of over 688 million pounds, McArthur River is the largest high grade uranium mine in the world (Cameco Corp. annual and quarterly reports).

The C4, C5 and C6 properties are road-accessible, an important feature that allows exploration funds to be used much more effectively than more remote, fly-in projects. The 75-kilometre all-weather haul road from the McArthur River mine to Cameco's Key Lake mine/mill passes approximately 5 kilometres from the properties, and there is a network of bush roads or trails that can be used by 4-wheel drive vehicles.

Technical material in this news release has been prepared and/or reviewed and approved by Colin Bowdidge, Ph.D., P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101. Uranium analyses quoted in this news release were performed for Rio Tinto by SRC Geoanalytical Laboratories in Saskatoon, using ICP-mass spectrometry. The geometry of the mineralized intervals quoted here is not known, and no estimate of true widths has been made.

I’ve actually controlled Pistol Bay since about 2006, it used to be called Solitare Minerals. I’ve been in the resource industry or venture capital for 30 years. Pistol Bay is a resource explorer that’s focused on zinc and copper in the Confederation Lake belt. This belt has had major exploration, there is some 850 drill holes in the belt but it’s never been consolidated under one owner and that’s what we’ve done.

Confederation Lake has four historic resources that we now control. As well as one two million tonne, 43-101 resource that has an excellent grade. So this is volcanic mass of sulfide belt that hasn’t really been explored beyond 200 meters for 95% of it. What we are planning to do is do deep penetrating V-Tim Max surveys that can seek a big anomaly down to 500 or 700 meters.

What I like about this project is it has — the blue sky as in we are going to look for the big deposit’s but it also has a grassroots program that we can methodically build the resource with this historical deposit as well as our 43-101 resource at Arrow.

Bis Ende August 2017 müssen die was auf die Beine stellen, denn dann kommt ein ganz schöner Warrants Überhang: 7,6 Mio. Warrants zu 0,075 bzw. 0,09 haben dann "Verfallsdatum".

bliebt halt noch zeit sich günstig einzudecken! ab 3.4. sollen ja die fernsehspots laufen,und davor sollte auch mal was von den bohrgeschichten gemeldet werden!!!!zumindest würde ich das so machen,wenn ich werbung für meine firma betreiben würde,und geld für tv-spots ausgebe,sollte ich etwas zu vermelden haben!!!!!! sie sammeln noch günstig projekte ein....checken die alten bohrergebnisse und bündeln alles zu ner???? wir haben dicke eier nummer!!!!geschichte,ja klar.... aber irgendwann is auch ostern!!!! und dann hosen runter!!!ich hoffe das es was wird!!! weil wenn alles stimmt??? dann sind sie minimum 1000% unterbewertet! die frage bleibt ...wenn alles stimmt????QS

War aber ein ganz schön guter Deal für Rio Tinto:
von der ursprünglichen Zahlung von $5,0 Mio. für die Uran-Liegenschaften ist jetzt noch nicht einmal die Hälfte übrig geblieben, nämlich gerade mal $2.25 Mio., wenn Rio bis Ende des Jahres alles zahlt.
Selbst wenn sie bis zum ursprünglich vereinbarten Zahlungstermin, dem 31.12.2019, zahlen, sind es insgesamt nur $3,0 Mio. Und damit satte $2,0 Mio. weniger, als bisher vereinbart.
Ja, keine Verwässerung, aber dafür deutlich weniger Einnahmen als erwartet.
Der Markt fand die Vereinbarung heute auch nicht so toll: -21% bei großem Volumen (1,44 Mio. Aktien).

1. Die Tabelle ist von 2007.
2. Ist es ein "Resource Estimate" und die Angaben sind nur "INDICATED" und "INFERRED", da ist also noch gar nichts "Nachgewiesen", wie Du schreibst, sondern nur die "sehr grobe Schätzung" eines oder mehrerer Geologen.
3. Erst wenn durch viele, viele Bohrungen diese groben Schätzungen in "PROVEN & PROBABLE" Ressourcen "umgewandelt" werden können, sollte man über NACHGEWIESENE Werte im Boden sprechen.

PISTOL BAY SIGNS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS AND APPLIES FOR ADDITIONAL DRILL PERMITS FOR CONFEDERATION LAKE

Pistol Bay Mining Inc. has signed confidentiality agreements with two prospective partners, which have expressed interest in farming in to part or all of the 42,000-acre Confederation Lake zinc-copper project east of Red Lake, Ont. One CA has been signed by a mid-tier producer, and the other by a junior exploration group.

Pistol Bay has applied to the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines ("MNDM") for exploration permits covering the Garnet, Fredart, Moth and Fly claim groups. The MNDM circulated the applications to potentially affected First Nations and other aboriginal organizations on September 22, 2017, with no comments or concerns received to date. Exploration permits are normally issued within 50 days of the circulation date unless serious concerns have been raised by indigenous interests. The Company currently holds an exploration permit for the Dixie property.

Charles Desjardins, CEO of Pistol Bay, commented "The level of interest expressed by companies that have approached us about possible farm-ins and joint ventures is a testament to the quality of the Confederation Lake project. With zinc prices at a record high, there's lots of demand for zinc and copper exploration projects. On behalf of the directors and myself, Pistol Bay Mining Inc. would like to thank all our loyal shareholders for your support in 2017 and look forward to your continued support in 2018 and beyond. As we move forward in 2018, which we feel will be a very exciting time in the company's history, I would like to reflect upon our activities and accomplishments in 2017.

Confederation Lake (Zinc, Copper, Silver, Gold VMS Greenstone Belt)

The year started off with the company receiving exchange approval to proceed with acquiring the AurCrest properties in the Confederation Lake greenstone belt. These properties expanded our holdings in Confederation Lake making us the dominant landholder in this VMS-rich greenstone belt. With this land package, plus the previous land holdings, Pistol Bay made plans to do a VTEM PlusTM survey over a large portion of our claims. This geophysical survey was commissioned to test depths of up to 700 metres in areas that were previously tested to only to a depth of 200 metres.

In February, Jody Dahrouge, B.Sc., Sp.C., P.Geol., was added to our Advisory Board. Mr. Dahrouge has been involved in all aspects of mineral exploration and development for a wide variety of commodities worldwide. He is President of Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd., a geological services company that provides consulting services to a broad range of public and private exploration and mining companies.

In February and March, Pistol Bay acquired additional land holdings in Confederation Lake that included all historic data, which was reviewed by Colin Bowdidge, Ph.D., P.Geo., and his team. We also closed a private placement financing and received a cash infusion of $750,000 from Rio Tinto exercising part of their option for our Athabascan Basin uranium property (C4, C5, C6 Blocks).

In April, we started the VTEM PlusTM survey which showed fantastic results in identifying numerous new conductors and IP-effect anomalies throughout our land holdings and confirming that many deposits that were already indicated in the historic data acquired in February had potential for tonnage growth. These results were supplied to us by Geotech in September after carefully analyzing and compiling a 3D module model of the data. As a result of all our acquisitions, we now have a total of 297 claim units bringing Pistol Bay's total land package in the Confederation Lake greenstone belt to over 42,000 acres.

Pistol Bay was invited by the Province of Ontario to be part of their delegation at the Mines and Money Moneyrence in London, England held in November 2017. This conference provided many leads which the company is currently in discussions with. With the data in hand from the VTEM PlusTM survey, we had several Joint Ventures (JV's) discussions with companies wanting to get involved with the claims Pistol Bay holds in the Confederation Lake area. Some of these JV's discussions are ongoing and we hope to announce the first joint venture in the very near term.

PB Blockchain Inc (a wholly owned subsidiary of Pistol Bay Mining Inc.)

The company realized early in 2017 that there was a fundamental shift happening in technology, Blockchain! Blockchain and the benefits of distributed ledger was going to impact most industries, if not all, and there is an opportunity to create blockchain products specific to the Mining and Oil and Gas industries. With this in mind, we created a subsidiary focused on blockchain applications for mining and resource company management. We will be leveraging the work of other Application Program Interface (API) companies to build a suite of blockchain products to address needs that are particular to the data management and security of mining/oil and gas companies. It is expected that many of these blockchain products could have crossover to other industries. These blockchain products may include but will not be limited to focused Ethereum smart contracts, security, claim management, resource management and the tokenization of resources.

In December, PB Blockchain Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of Pistol Bay, added Brad Moynes to the Advisory Board. Mr Moynes is the founder of DigaTrade Financial Corp (OTCQB: DIGAF), which launched its digital assets exchange on July 1st, 2015. Along with his accomplishments in the Bitcoin early entry into the Cryptocurrency and Blockchain space, Mr Moynes has extensive experience in public company management, finance and corporate relations and has served as a senior executive for a junior mining exploration company. The technical team is now prioritizing products and working on time lines for roll out of early adopter products. We anticipate several announcements in this regard in January 2018.

Kurs liegt zur Zeit wirklich am Boden für Neueinsteiger mit RISKIO bewußtsein eigentlich ein optimaler Zeitpunkt. Auch ich habe nochmal verbilligt nun reicht aber meine Position aus .

("Infinite Ore") has completed its recently expanded 10 hole drill program on the Fredart property located in the prolific Red Lake Mining District (See Figure 1).

The Fredart property is 100% owned by Pistol Bay. Pursuant to an option agreement entered into between Infinite Ore and Pistol Bay, dated February 03, 2020, Infinite Ore has an option to earn up to an 80% undivided interest in the Fredart property.

Infinite Ore reports that it has intersected several zones of massive, semi-massive, stringers and blebs of sulphide minerals (pyrite+pyrrhotite+chalcopyrite) in association with oxide and silicate iron formations in 8 of the 10 drill holes. All 10 drill holes are at the lab for assaying. Assay results are expected in batches and will be published as received.

PEGASUS UPDATE ON GREEN ENERGY PROJECTS

Pegasus Resources Inc. is continuing to review several green energy opportunities consistent with the company's mineral exploration focus. Projects under review are within North American jurisdictions favourable for mineral exploration and development. Opportunities under review consist of lithium, copper, nickel and/or uranium.

The company's technical team is presently conducting a review of multiple opportunities and intends on providing further updates after the due diligence is completed.

Charles Desjardins, president and chief executive officer of Pegasus Resources, stated: "With the company being fully funded and with lithium, copper, nickel and uranium being in great demand and for the foreseeable future, we will explore the possibility of acquiring additional opportunities if they meet our criteria of enhancing value to the company and its shareholders.

"We also look forward to a busy field season at our Golden, B.C., area properties, such as our Vertebrae Ridge project, where we believe the extensive, high grades of copper mineralization are indicative of a unique, high-potential discovery."

The sale of the Confederation Lake properties (see news release dated Jan. 6, 2021) is almost complete. The $500,000 cash payment has been received and the company is awaiting the final transfer of $1.25-million worth of Trillium Gold Mines Inc. shares...........

scheint so, daß da schon was zur NEU- aqui zirkuliert..........wir evtl. schon kurzfristig

woooooow - da ist grad ne menge dynamik drin, nachdem widerstand bei 7ct. geknackt
wurde - und auch jetzt mal grad mit cad- mios 5,- bewertet !!!

PEGASUS JOINT VENTURE PARTNER INFINITE ORE COMMENCES DRILL PROGRAM ON CONFEDERATION LAKE

Pegasus Resources Inc. has noted that Infinite Ore Corp. has commenced a 2,500-metre drill program on the Confederation North property (formally known as Dixie 17-20) within its Eastern Vision project.

Infinite's Eastern Vision Project is located south-east of Red Lake, Ontario and east of the high-grade gold discovery of Great Bear Resources Ltd. The drill program will test gold, copper, and silver anomalies from a recent Spaciotemporal Geochemical Hydrocarbon ("SGH") survey conducted on portions of the Confederation North property by Infinite. (see Figure 1)

Charles Desjardins, President of Pegasus commented, "We are excited to see the start of this 2,500 meter drill program on the Confederation North property and are anxious to see the results. Access to the property and logistics are very good, so I anticipate an efficient drill program."

Infinite has optioned three properties from Pegasus which are part of their Eastern Vision Project. The three properties are Fredart (80% optioned), Garnet Lake (80% optioned) and Confederation North (formally Dixie 17-20) (75% optioned with option to increase to 90%)..............

PEGASUS RESOURCES ACQUIRES MILLIONARA GOLD PROJECT IN NORTHEAST NEVADA

Pegasus Resources Inc. has entered into an option agreement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, whereby it may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Millionara property, Nevada, from National Treasure Corp.

The Property is located 112 kilometres ("km") north of Elko, Nevada, and is considered an intermediate stage exploration project within the regional Independence Gold Trend.

The Property consists of 33 unpatented federal lode claims covering approximately 630 acres (255 hectares.)

Project Highlights:

The Property is approximately 25 km northwest of the Jerritt Canyon Gold Mine, which was recently purchased by First Majestic Silver Corp. in a $470 million plus share deal. Jerritt Canyon has produced over 9.5 million ounces of gold since 1981.

The majority of the historical exploration on the Property between 1986 and 1991 focussed on exploring the Range Front Structure. It includes the following drill results:

Hole M88C-3: 19.8 m of 3.63 g/t Au

Hole WILC-4: 21.3 m of 4.05 g/t Au

Between 2010 and 2011, Ashburton Ventures Inc. ("Ashburton") focussed exploration on the high-grade Upper Vein Area.

On the surface, mineralization appears to be associated with highly silicified breccias and sinters along a prominent range front structure in Paleozoic carbonate rocks. Epithermal and Carlin-type deposit styles are being considered on the Project............
