Wer sich mit so einem peinlichen Beitrag in aller Öffentlichkeit selber die Hose herunterzieht, lässt schon tiefe Einblicke zu. Gut für die Aktionäre bzw. evtl. „Anwartaktionäre“, denn so sollte eine Verkaufsentscheidung bzw. Kaufentscheidung eigentlich leicht fallen 😁😉....ich persönlich bin froh, das ich in diesem Fall den Seelenverkäufer nicht auf dem Leim gegangen bin....AMO

Extension to Closing Date of Share Purchase Plan European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, NEX:EUR, VSE:ELI) (EUR or the Company) is pleased to announce an extension to the original proposed closing date of the share purchase plan (SPP) as announced on 23 September 2020 and 6 October 2020. The Company has decided to extend the SPP Closing Date to allow all eligible shareholders additional time to participate. The Company also reminds beneficial holders whose shares are held through a custodian and who wish to participate in the SPP to contact their custodian. The new proposed closing date of the SPP is now Friday 20 November 2020

Was sagst du zu den meiner Meinung geplatzten Kredit vom 30.12.19.
Ich finde nichts das der gekündigt wurde, nur das Helvetican ihr Anrecht auf Optionen zurück gegen haben....das wichtige Thema wird total vergessen !
Darum glaube ich auch das nichts weiter ging...nicht bei Dorfner und auch nicht in Dublin, die die Bohrproben analysieren sollten.

Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS)
With the receipt of the decree in Q3/2020 for the deep hole drilling program in Zone 1, the Company is in a position to recommence the Phase 2 resource drilling program in Zone 1 as an essential part of the DFS.
The Company reported in Q4/2019 and Q1/2020 that Dorfner/Anzaplan completed the metallurgical test work to assess and optimize process lines, flowsheets and layouts. The results and scope of work have been reviewed and the remaining lock cycle tests were pending during Q2/2020 to assess sufficiently the process to produce reliable results for the Lithium Hydroxide product. As advised in the Company’s Q2/2020 report, Dorfner/Anzaplan were advised to recommence the lock cycle tests In Q3/2020. The Company has been advised by Dorfner/Anzaplan that the final results for these tests can be expected in Q1/2021. This metallurgic test work will also take place at the pilot plant for the Wolfsberg Lithium Project at Dorfner/Anzaplan’s testing facility in Hirschau, Germany. At the completion and review of this work the detailed technical report will be published.
In Q3/2020, DRA Global were directed to recommence activities that includes supply of the independent assessment of the metallurgical work at the Dorfner/Anzaplan testing facility.

METALLURGICAL TEST-WORK PROGRESS HIGHLIGHTS

• Management and investors visit Dorfner/Anzaplan’s metallurgical pilot plant facilities European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (European Lithium or the Company) is pleased to advise it’s on track to achieve another key milestone of the definitive feasibility study (DFS) at the Company’s advanced Wolfsberg Lithium Project (Wolfsberg Project), in Austria.
Dorfner/Anzaplan (Dorfner) were appointed for the complex metallurgical test-work. Test-work samples were shipped directly to Dorfner from the Company’s -70 mm bulk sample stockpiles. Dr Haus, managing director, and Dr Graf, business unit director, advised the Company of the progress of the metallurgical test-work as part of European Lithium’s DFS, confirming test-work will be completed within budget and ahead of schedule (within the next 2 months).
European Lithium is in the process of developing the Wolfsberg Project and aims to become the first local lithium supplier into an integrated European battery supply chain. The Company also plans to supply spodumene, quartz and feldspar products to the European glass and ceramics industry.
Metallurgical Testwork Demonstration
On 27 August 2019, Dorfner invited the Management of European Lithium, represented by Dietrich Wanke, CEO, and Christian Heili, Project Director, together with a number of investors to demonstrate the progress of the Company’s complex and comprehensive metallurgical test-work.
There is a longstanding history between the two companies as Dr. Haus pointed out during the demonstration. Since 1982 Dorfner were involved with evaluating the Wolfsberg Project due to the abundance of Feldspar which is widely used in the established ceramics industry.
Dr. Graf showed the delegation the laboratories, where the pilot plant was constructed and explained the complex metallurgical process to produce the Lithium Hydroxide as well the by-products. Current samples of the intermediate and final products were available for viewing including Lithium Hydroxide.
The Company previously sent ore to Dorfner from the stockpiles of the 1500 tonne bulk sample of raw material from its Wolfsberg mine which has allowed the complex metallurgical test-work to be undertaken before any final design of the hydrometallurgical production facility takes place. Dietrich said “It is very rare for a pre-production company to have this advantage and provides the Company a unique opportunity to optimise the future production facilities. It also serves as a strong risk mitigation factor as potential suboptimal process lines can be finalised.
before construction starts”.
In his presentation Dr. Haus strongly emphasised that “this is a unique process for a pre-production company providing an extraordinary advantage going forward, enabling significant cost savings through investing in the metallurgical test-work at this early stage”.
The Company will update the market once Dorfner complete the full and final report which is anticipated within 2 months. This report together with all other work will be collated and used to prepare the final DFS.

.... man hat am 30.12.19
einen Kredit über 7,5 Millionen Euro zu guten 5 % abgeschlossen und sagt das dieses Geld reicht um die DSF fertig zu stellen.
Ich finde die Ankündigung ist eh die Beste von allen, da man dann nie mehr was davon gehört hat, auch nicht das dieser Kredit geplatzt ist..... außer in der Zeitung von paar Wochen im Wanke Interview, das er dann ne Woche später als Unwahrheit darstellen wollte.
Das alles wird total tot geschwiegen, obei dies Meldepflichtig gewesen wäre, weil Kursrelevant!!!
Meine Vermutung ist Dorfner hat die Arbeit eingestellt weil sie von EL, wegen des geplatzten Kredites, kein Geld bekommen haben
Jaja ohne Moos nichts los!! Und die Aktionäre immer mit paar schönen Sätzen um Monate / Jahre vertrösten.
Jetzt schiebt man alles auf Corona, aber eigentlich hätte alles schon vor Corona fertig sein sollen. Nach dem Ende des ersten Lockdown ging ja auch wie versprochen nichts weiter.
Jetzt kann sich jeder selbst seine Meinung bilden....

In his presentation Dr. Haus strongly emphasised that “this is a unique process for a pre-production company providing an extraordinary advantage going forward, enabling significant cost savings through investing in the metallurgical test-work at this early stage”.
The Company will update the market once Dorfner complete the full and final report which is anticipated within 2 months. This report together with all other work will be collated and used to prepare the final DFS.

einen Kredit über 7,5 Millionen Euro zu guten 5 % abgeschlossen und sagt das dieses Geld reicht um die DSF fertig zu stellen.
Ich finde die Ankündigung ist eh die Beste von allen, da man dann nie mehr was davon gehört hat, auch nicht das dieser Kredit geplatzt ist..... außer in der Zeitung von paar Wochen im Wanke Interview, das er dann ne Woche später als Unwahrheit darstellen wollte.
Das alles wird total tot geschwiegen, obei dies Meldepflichtig gewesen wäre, weil Kursrelevant!!!
Meine Vermutung ist Dorfner hat die Arbeit eingestellt weil sie von EL, wegen des geplatzten Kredites, kein Geld bekommen haben
Jaja ohne Moos nichts los!! Und die Aktionäre immer mit paar schönen Sätzen um Monate / Jahre vertrösten.
Jetzt schiebt man alles auf Corona, aber eigentlich hätte alles schon vor Corona fertig sein sollen. Nach dem Ende des ersten Lockdown ging ja auch wie versprochen nichts weiter.
Jetzt kann sich jeder selbst seine Meinung bilden....

Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS)
With the receipt of the decree in Q3/2020 for the deep hole drilling program in Zone 1, the Company is in a position to recommence the Phase 2 resource drilling program in Zone 1 as an essential part of the DFS.
The Company reported in Q4/2019 and Q1/2020 that Dorfner/Anzaplan completed the metallurgical test work to assess and optimize process lines, flowsheets and layouts. The results and scope of work have been reviewed and the remaining lock cycle tests were pending during Q2/2020 to assess sufficiently the process to produce reliable results for the Lithium Hydroxide product. As advised in the Company’s Q2/2020 report, Dorfner/Anzaplan were advised to recommence the lock cycle tests In Q3/2020. The Company has been advised by Dorfner/Anzaplan that the final results for these tests can be expected in Q1/2021. This metallurgic test work will also take place at the pilot plant for the Wolfsberg Lithium Project at Dorfner/Anzaplan’s testing facility in Hirschau, Germany. At the completion and review of this work the detailed technical report will be published.
In Q3/2020, DRA Global were directed to recommence activities that includes supply of the independent assessment of the metallurgical work at the Dorfner/Anzaplan testing facility.
