ich möchte hier die Matica Enterprises vorstellen.

Die Firma ist in der Vergangenheit ziemlich herumgeirrlichtert ...
"Geschäftsfeld" war Marijuana, dann Lithium, dann Elektro-Powerboote ... jetzt wieder Marijuana.

Keinen guten Ruf hat dabei CEO Boris Ziger. Ihm wurde nachgesagt entscheidungsunfreudig und beratungsresistent zu sein.

Ziemlich eindeutig daher auch der 3-Jahres-Chartverlauf:

The target company is a Quebec based applicant with a ten thousand square foot (10,000 sq. ft.) facility under lease. The target company (“Sellers”) is a late stage applicant with the goal of becoming a licenced producer under ACMPR and has completed the security clearance stage and is now under review. The 10,000 sq. ft. facility is located in an industrial park outside of Montreal. Upon completion of due diligence, Matica and the Sellers will proceed to a definitive agreement (“Agreement”) on or by April 5, 2017, which will allow Matica to acquire an initial sixty-five percent (65%) interest with the right to earn an additional five per cent (5%).


Matica has paid the $50,000 due on signing, as directed by the Sellers. After successful due diligence and signing of the definitive agreement, on or by April 5, 2017, Matica will pay an additional $135,000 in cash and issue 6,000,000 common shares of Matica. After completion of the review stage, Matica will be required to provide funding of $2,200,000 to complete the build out of the medical marijuana facility in preparation for Health Canada inspection. This will earn Matica an initial sixty-five per cent (65%) interest. Within 30 days of Matica receiving notification of licensing by Health Canada, Matica will pay an additional $400,000 and Matica will receive an additional five percent (5%) interest for a total seventy (70%) interest. After the completion of twelve (12) months of production at the facility, Matica will make a final payment of $400,000.

(“ THCD ”), Francis MacMaster, CEO of THCD and other related parties.

An unrelated third party has agreed to purchase all of the outstanding shares of THCD and complete the build out of THCD’s medical marijuana facility (“ the facility ”) in preparation for a pre-licence inspection by Health Canada under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulation (“ACMPR”). Nur daß Sie zweiter Produzent in Quebec werden wollen wird wohl nicht funktionieren - da wird ihnen wohl MYM zuvor kommen ...

Machst hier einen guten Job mit Informationsflüssen.

Eine Frage habe ich dennoch.
Wie ist deine persönliche Einschätzung zu dieser Aktie.

Sollte man lieber weiter in MYM investieren, oder sollte man hier auch einsteigen?

MYM ist ja defintiv besser aufgestellt, als dieses Unternehmen, bin daher hin und her gerissen, ob ich es wagen soll. Bist Du auch hier mit eingestiegen?

nein, ich hatte vorab nur noch MYM gekauft.
Wollte eigentlich nächste Woche mit ein paar MYM Gewinnen Matica zu 5,5 cent kaufen.
Hatte aber ueberhaupt nicht mit diesem Kursanstieg während eines offenen pp gerechnet ...

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich auf dem aktuellen Niveau ähnlich ratlos wie Du.
Ich hoffe auf einen Ruecksetzer auf ca.6 cent. Aber ob der kommt ...?
Das Volumen hier war/ist phänomenal.

OK. Habe bisher auch nur in MYM investiert.
Aber mein Plan war auch so bei ca. 5 Cent, hier mal ein paar Anteile zu schnappen und gucken was passiert. Durch MYM stehe ich ziemlich gut im + und könnte zur Not einen Totalverlust in Kauf nehmen.

Geht es allerdings hoch, freue ich mich natürlich auch darüber ^^

Ich denke prinzipiell kann man bei Matica nichts falsch machen.
Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass die ihre Lizenz erhalten werden.
Die Provinz Quebec ist da ganz stark engagiert ihre (kommenden) Marijuanaproduzenten zu unterstützen.
Kauft man jetzt bei ca. 10 cent wird man auch in Zukunft die 20 cent sehen.
Kann aber (vielleicht) dauern und man muss den Atem haben seine Investition u.U. zwischenzeitlich bei - 50 % zu sehen.
Tja, was tun sprach Zeus ...

Die 20 cent sind übrigens kurz- bis mittelfristig gedacht.
Bei Lizenzerteilung sollten 40 bis 50 cent drin sein.
Keine inflationäre dilution vorausgesetzt (die Aktienzahl ist schon jetzt sehr hoch).

Nun, wir hatten einen super Lauf. Im Anschluss eine Korrektur.
Ob die schon ganz durch ist bleibt abzuwarten.
Aber mittelfristig erwarte ich wieder Kurse um die Höchststände und etwas darüber.
Das pp ist zwar offiziell noch nicht geschlossen, aber die Nachfrage war ueberwaeltigend.
Pp zu 5 cent läuft also noch, und der Kurs ist weit drüber.
Erinnert mich an das MYM pp von Anfang des Jahres.
Längerfristig wüsste ich nicht, was hier gegen eine Erteilung der Lizenz seitens HC sprechen sollte.

On Sept. 25, 2017, Matica Enterprises Inc. signed a new non-binding letter of intent for Matica to become a majority owner of a late-stage application under the Access To Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulation in Southwestern Ontario. Management began talks with owners of the ACMPR applicant situated just outside of Windsor Ontario almost one year ago. We are please to have come to an agreement on terms and will proceed to a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") to acquire the application.

The facility is located on 14 acres of agricultural land. The application is for a 13,000 square foot building which is immediately expandable to 24,000 square feet by extending it to an adjoining building. Matica has also negotiated a favourable purchase option for the entire 14 acres so that a much larger facility can be built on the property at a later date.

Matica Enterprises CEO, Boris Ziger states, "This new project will give us the size we need to be competitive in the medical and recreational markets. Being in southwestern Ontario will keep our power costs low as the area abounds with natural gas. We will have access to two huge markets, Ontario and Quebec, and we will be able to build a huge facility to meet demand."

After successful due diligence and signing of the definitive agreement, Matica will b required to spend $3,000,000 on construction to earn 100 percent on the application. Matica has agreed to net profit royalty ( "NPR" ) of forty percent (40%) on earning from the initial building only. Should Matica construct additional marijuana growing operations on the 14 acres property, no such NPR will be paid and Matica will retain 100% of earnings.

Dorval Facility

Construction on the 10,000 square foot Dorval facility is progressing.

Nichtsdestotrotz eine gute news.
Der mittlerweile 3. (!) late stage applicant den man akquiriert.

Ich vermute der Kurs wird jetzt wieder eine ganze Weile duempeln zwischen 9 cent und 11 cent.
Wie gesagt - hier ist noch etwas Geduld gefragt.
Dorval ist mitten im Ausbau und könnte dieses Jahr noch fertig werden.

Sollten MMJ aber nicht davon abhalten die Lizenz zu bekommen.
Pro 10 cent Kurs eine marketcap von 17 - 18 mio.
Mein Eindruck ist dass man eine gute Arbeit macht.
Kurspotential mit Lizenz ?
Ich denke 40 cent liegen in einem realistischen Bereich.

Im Video wurde ja das Ziel einer Anbaufläche von 400.000 sqf angesprochen.

Das aendert nichts. MMJ ist auf Anfrage von IIROC verpflichtet diese Nachricht rauszugeben - sofern eben aktuell nichts Substantielles vorliegt.
Kommt häufiger vor bei ploetzlichem scheinbar unbegründeten Anstieg von Volumen oder Kurs.
Ausgelöst durch ein leak oder einfach nur Hype.
In der aktuellen Boersenphase häufiger als sonst.

The property has ample water via creeks, ponds, and a well, as well as abundant power supply through 600 amp power lines that traverse the property which will support large greenhouse operations.

Matica has chosen to build greenhouses on the South Shore, due south of Montreal. This area of Quebec is known as “Les Jardins du Quebec” (Quebec’s gardens). This region receives a large amount of sunlight and is reported by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada to receive over 1,800 effective growing degree days. The unique microclimate and access to fresh water makes this an excellent agricultural region within an hour’s drive of Montreal. This is an ideal location to establish large sections of greenhouses for growing cannabis.

... Hi ... ganz schwer zu sagen wie sich MMJ entwickeln wird.
Leider haben wir nicht mehr 2017.
Die news von gestern 6 Monate früher und der Kurs stände jetzt bei 60 cent (oder so).
Selbiges bezüglich der Lizenz. Eigentlich sollte man bei Lizenzerteilung einen Kursanstieg erwarten. Aber die aktuelle marketcap. liegt schon bei ca. 60 mio. dollar.
Ich möchte mich da nicht aus dem Fenster lehnen. Es gibt seit Mitte Januar zu viele Unwägbarkeiten.

Und MYM, ja, die Lizenz sollte mit jedem Tag kommen.
Fragt sich nur, wann "jedem" genau sein wird.

Frag' mal bei Deiner Bank an, ob Aktien die Du nicht über einen Börsenplatz in D sondern an der CSE kaufst auch von clearstream verwahrt werden.
U.U. könntest Du dann eine Verwahrartaenderung beantragen - sprich in D gekaufte Aktien für den Handel in Kanada umschreiben lassen.
Das könnte eine Lösung sein, weiss ich aber nicht ...

bin bei den aktuellen Kursen ernsthaft am überlegen hier nochmal aufzustocken - meine Spekulation ist, dass sich der gesamte Sektor ab ca.ende August/Anfang September wieder derrappelt ( Allerdings denke ich auch das sich der Lithium-/Kobaltsektor kommenden Herbst wieder fängt...)...wie seht ihr das? Oder meint ihr bei Werten wie MMJ ist generell die Luft raus...!?
Stimmt es das HC im August keine Lizenzen erteilt (Urlaub!?)

Boris wird ordentlich in der werbe Kiste rühren . Der ein oder andere am Rande hier wird sich wohl jetzt auch überzeugt haben das manche Dinge Geduld und Spucke brauchen um es richtig zu machen und dauerhaft was großes zu gestalten . MATICA SALES LICENCE UPDATE

September 18, 2019 – Toronto, Ontario – Matica Enterprises Inc. (MMJ – CSE) (MMJFF – OTCQB) (39N – Frankfurt) (“Matica” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on the status of the applications for licences for both Standard Processing and Sales For Medical Purposes by RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc. (“RoyalMax”) for the Dorval facility. Samples from the first, second, third, fourth and fifth crops have been dried (198.24 Kg dried weight) and have been submitted for independent laboratory testing. Upon receipt of the currently outstanding independent laboratory results, expected this month, RoyalMax intends to submit for both a Standard Processing Licence and a Sales For Medical Purposes licence.
Boris Ziger CEO of Matica, notes that “Initial testing has yielded THC levels from a low of 8.20 to a high of 14.18% for crop four. RoyalMax staff and consultants have been working to refine and enhance the quality of the crops for its THC content and its overall aroma and appearance to provide a superior experience for the end consumer. Visual site inspection of the fifth crop suggests that they may have achieved their goal.”
RoyalMax is growing hand tended, small batch cannabis at the Dorval facility. Sensi Star, a noted medium to high THC strain, is currently being grown at Dorval. RoyalMax has harvested a total of 198.24 kg of dried flower in the first five crops. RoyalMax is maintaining a selection of mother plants to generate its own clones. The Company is also in the process of acquiring additional strains to compliment its product mix.
Matica is earning a 70% interest in RoyalMax. Matica will receive a 65% interest in RoyalMax (currently held in trust) upon the receipt of a sales licence. Matica will earn an additional 5% interest in RoyalMax (also currently held in trust) upon payment of the final $400,000, due 12 months after licencing. (MMJ - CSE) (39N - Frankfurt) (MMJFF - OTC) ("Matica" oder das "Unternehmen") freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass Matica die RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc. geschlossen hat. ("RoyalMax") abgeschlossen hat und seine 70 Prozent erworbene Beteiligung an RoyalMax formell übernommen hat. Am 6. April 2017 unterzeichnete das Unternehmen eine endgültige Vereinbarung ("die Vereinbarung"), die es Matica ermöglicht, Mehrheitseigentümer (70%) von RoyalMax zu werden, damals ein Antragsteller in einem späten Stadium gemäß der damaligen Verordnung über den Zugang zu Cannabis für medizinische Zwecke ("ACMPR"). Gemäß der Vereinbarung konnte Matica eine 70%ige Beteiligung an RoyalMax erwerben, indem es die Finanzierung und die Ressourcen für den Ausbau der Produktionsanlage in Dorval, Quebec, zur Verfügung stellte.

Um eine 70%ige Beteiligung an RoyalMax zu erwerben, hat Matica 6.000.000 Stammaktien des Unternehmens ausgegeben und 735.000 Dollar bezahlt, wobei weitere 250.000 Dollar im zweiten Quartal dieses Jahres fällig sind, und hat die Nachrüstung und Lizenzierung der Dorval-Anlage finanziert. Seit der Unterzeichnung der Vereinbarung wurde Maticas Beteiligung an RoyalMax treuhänderisch gehalten und im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen aller Parteien freigegeben.

Matica berichtete, dass RoyalMax am 15. Oktober 2018 die Standard-Anbaugenehmigung für die Dorval-Einrichtung erhalten hat. Am 23. Januar 2019 wurde berichtet, dass RoyalMax seine Cannabis-Lizenz gemäß dem Verbrauchssteuergesetz von 2001 von der kanadischen Finanzbehörde erhalten hat und die Ausgangsmaterialien für den Anbau erhalten hat. Am 6. November 2019 beantragte RoyalMax nach mehreren erfolgreichen Kulturen die Standard-Verarbeitungslizenz und gleichzeitig die Lizenz für den Verkauf für medizinische Zwecke. Wir arbeiten weiterhin mit Health Canada zusammen, um den Erhalt dieser Lizenzen zu beschleunigen. Nach Erhalt wird RoyalMax in der Lage sein, bestimmte Cannabisprodukte an medizinische Patienten zu verkaufen und am Freizeit-Cannabismarkt teilzunehmen.

Was mich jetzt schon wieder ärgert ist, dass es Boris & Co bis heute nicht auf die Kette bekommen haben ein simples Update zu schalten.

Ansonsten sollte der Kurs zumindest kurzfristig steigen. Wie nachhaltig hängt jetzt von den Fortschritten bzw der Fortsetzung der Baustelle in Hemmingford ab.

Kürzlich war ja diese Twitter-Blockerin Lisa Campel vor Ort in Dorval - für mich kam das so rüber, dass die schon einiges an Ernten eingeholt haben - sollten also, falls Abnehmer vorhanden, jetzt schon verkaufen können.

Alumina-Eigenkapitalfazilität

Der Ausübungspreis der Warrants wird mit einem Aufschlag von 25 % auf den Marktpreis der Aktien erfolgen. Matica Announces Name Change and Share Consolidation

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 15, 2021) - Matica Enterprises Inc. (CSE: MMJ) (FSE: 39N) (OTCQB: MMJFF) ("Matica" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, in connection with the previously announced share consolidation on a thirty (30) for one (1) basis (the "Consolidation"), the Company will be changing its name to West Island Brands Inc. (the "Name Change").

The common shares are scheduled to begin trading on a post-consolidation basis at market open on October 20, 2021 under the stock symbol "WIB". The new CUSIP number will be 953400108 and the new ISIN number will be CA9534001081. Following the Consolidation, the Company will have approximately 10,712,484 common shares issued and outstanding.

A letter of transmittal will be sent by mail to registered shareholders advising that the Consolidation and Name Change have taken effect. The letter of transmittal will contain instructions on how registered shareholders can exchange their share certificates or DRS statements evidencing their pre-consolidated common shares for new share certificates or new DRS statements representing the number of post-consolidated common shares to which they are entitled. No action is required by non-registered shareholders (shareholders who hold their shares through an intermediary) to effect the Consolidation and Name Change.

No fractional common shares will be issued upon the Consolidation. In the event a holder of common shares would otherwise be entitled to receive a fractional common share in connection with the Consolidation, the number of common shares to be received by such shareholder will be rounded down to the next whole number if that fractional common share is less than one half (1/2) of a common share, and will be rounded up to the next whole number of common shares if that fractional common share is equal to or greater than one half (1/2) of a common share.
