COMPLETION OF PUBLIC OFFERING AND GROSS PROCEEDS OF APPROXIMATELY $5.8 MILLION
Uplists to the NASDAQ Capital Market

SANTA FE, N.M. – February 21, 2017 -

Sigma Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGLB) (“Sigma Labs” or the “Company”), a provider of quality assurance software under the PrintRite3D® brand, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 1,410,000 units, with each unit consisting of one share of the Company's common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock. The underwriter exercised the over-allotment option covering additional warrants to purchase up to 211,500 additional shares of common stock.

Gross proceeds to the Company from the offering, including the exercise of the over-allotment option, were approximately $5.8 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by the Company. Dawson James Securities, Inc. acted as the sole underwriter for the offering.

The shares and warrants described above were offered by Sigma Labs pursuant to a registration statement previously filed with and subsequently declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). A final prospectus relating to the offering was filed with the SEC and is available on the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov, or by contacting Dawson James: 1 N. Federal Hwy; Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33432, ATTN: Prospectus Department.

On February 14, 2017, in connection with the offering, The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC informed the Company that it had approved the listing of the Company’s common stock and warrants on The NASDAQ Capital Market, effective as of February 15, 2017 (the "Listing"). The Company’s common stock ceased trading on the OTCQB on February 15, 2017, and on such date the common stock and the above-described warrants commenced trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbols “SGLB” and “SGLBW,” respectively.

Noch nie erlebt!

Am Freitag wurde die gesamte Aktienzahl der Gesellschaft viermal umgesetzt!
Es gibt 4,72 Mio. Aktien, der Tagesumsatz betrug 18,2 Mio. Aktien.
Da aber mindestens die Hälfte der Aktien nicht im free float ist, wurde der
free float wahrscheinlich sogar zehnmal umgesetzt. Unglaublich.
Dabei stieg der Kurs zwischenzeitlich um ca. 220%.
Es gab zwar eine news Nike (NKE) Tops Q2 EPS by 6c

Sigma Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGLB) today announced that it has received a contract from Laser Zentrum Nord (LZN) GmbH, a leading Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology and research innovator located in Hamburg, Germany for PrintRite 3D INSPECT®. Terms of the contract have not been disclosed.

The two companies have also agreed to actively collaborate to certify Sigma’s IPQA® methodology and solutions for serial production 3D printing in the aerospace industry. The PrintRite3D® system will be installed onto a SLM Solutions selective laser melting machine located at Laser Zentrum Nord GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.

“Advancements of 3D metal printing into production have been hampered by the inability to identify, monitor and mitigate defects during the printing process,” said John Rice, Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Labs. “We’re excited to work with Laser Zentrum Nord GmbH on the in- process dynamic behaviors that cause defects and to demonstrate and document how our PrintRite3D IPQA® software addresses and solve these problems. This contract further validates Sigma Labs’ position as a leader in third party, platform independent quality assurance for the metal additive manufacturing industry.”

This instillation will add an additional machine platform to Sigma Labs’ successes for the deployment of Sigma Labs’ PrintRite 3D® quality assurance technology.

macht ungefähr einmal p.a. eine KE, um den cash-burn zu finanzieren;

Finde das Ding immer interessanter, deren Software achtet darauf, während des Drucks von 3D-Teilen live die DruckQualität einzuhalten/ zu überprüfen.
Patente zahlreich.
Habe die auf der fomnext gesehen, Ministand, muss mir nochmal deren Prospekte durchsehen.

Die sind jetzt im AM Konsortium mit dem Fraunhofer IAPT via Additive Allianc - will was heissen.
Da müssen andere erst mal hinkommen.
Zudem hat Sigma neullich einen Profimetalldrucker ins Haus geholt, und kann nun Aufträge abarbeiten um Geld zu machen - so wie Protolabs..

Combining the sophisticated control technology with in-situ process monitoring for metal additive manufacturing will give customers maximal control on the production process, allowing them to become even more productive.

The two companies are partnering to integrate this inspection tool with the Materialise Control Platform (MCP). The MCP is an embedded hardware solution that answers the growing need for broader and more straightforward control over the AM process by giving full control to the end user. The companies have identified the potential to integrate the MCP with Sigma Labs’s PrintRite3D® real-time meltpool analytics anticipating that the result will be a unique integrated product solution for volume manufacturing.

Gestern wurde an einem Tag der GESAMTE Freefloat durchgehandelt, aber
nicht einmal, sondern ca. 20mal!
Zum Handelsbeginn verdreifachte sich der Kurs, am Schluss stand er wieder
fast auf Vortag.
Was für ein Zock!

Nochmal 100% oben drauf, und wir wären bei der 17😉

Bisher gab es in Sigmas Historie drei Ausbrüche mit Kursanstiegen von über 200 %, immer wurde der gesamte Freefloat xmal gehandelt. Von daher vermute ich heute ähnliches, eibe Art Eintagsfliege aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es so wenige Aktien gibt.

Ich denke, mit solch marktengen Aktien kann man sich eine Tradingstrategie zurechtzimmern, und alle paar Quartale schnelle Verdreifacher einsacken, nachdem sich ein Boden gebildet hat😅

Hallo,
wie ist das zu verstehen? Was macht die Software besser als gleichartige Lösungen der Konkurrenz? Ich arbeite mit einem ähnlichen System und bin über den Nutzen einer Echtzeitüberwachung noch nicht so ganz schlüssig. Auf dem Papier sieht das immer alles toll aus, aber die Realität ist weniger blumig ;-)

Das hab ich schon verstanden, das ist, was das Marketing verspricht ;-)
Die Realität erlebe ich jeden Tag und da hat die Software (eines Konkurrenten zumindest) spürbare Grenzen bzw. wirkt noch sehr unfertig. Daher war meine Frage, was Sigma Labs denn auszeichnet. Meltpool Monitoring (und weitere QM Systeme) haben meines Wissens alle großen Maschinenhersteller selbst im Angebot.
