15k x 2222k warrants = 33.33m warrant based shares x 0.65 = $21.66m
2.25k x 2222k warrants = 5m warrant based shares x 0.65 = $3.25m (over-allotment)
Total maximum gross proceeds = $42.16m for ~76.66m shares or.... ~$0.55/share.
Maximum gross proceeds is predicated on full subscription of the over-allotment and excercision of all warrants - an absolute best-case scenario (quite unlikely IMO).

The catalyst will be that the management has options that are convertible at 1.80.
They just started the trading of 32,200,000 warrants that are also convertible at 1.80.
Coincidence? Definetely not
This compay has a ton of cash on hand and they have a lot of partners that can release positive news at any minute. Do I think they are deceptive? Absolutely. Will that prevent them from getting the price to 1.80 in order to convert their options? No chance.
Look at their chart history. When they want this stock to jump...it triples in a couple weeks. They know how to pump it up and then fade it over the following months. Legalization is around the corner and there will be a pump beforehand (buy the rumour, sell the news). Just know that when the price reaches 1.80-2.40$, there will be a massive selloff (with all the warrants and options adding to the float). If you want to make some good money just sell your shares for a 1$ gain when it hit 1.80. Then open up a short position when you see it start to lose steam...You can make another buck on the way down.
This company is predictable when you stop looking at the story..and start looking at the people. They are hustlers...doesn't mean you can't play the game along side them. You buy right now (I think bottom is between 70-77 cents), You join them on their pump back to 1.80 (they placed the warrants there in order to incentivise investors to get the price back there), Then you sell at 1.79-1.80 and count your money.
They have a ton of positive NR's that don't even have to pan out in order rocket their SP. This sector is full of speculation...and these guys are kings at peaking peoples curiousity. Hugo answering a Q&A last week...Chuck doing an interview with Tiko yesterday...The stock bottoming out around the high 70s.....
This stock is perfectly primed for a pump and the fact that chuck and hugo have been active latey (after months of silence), tells me we are about to be rewarded as longs. My prediction is we are over a buck before the week is over. Watch for the spike. GLTA

Volumen steigt wieder. Mal sehen ob wir die 0,405 cad heute knacken oder wieder fallen. Definitiv über 3 Millionen Volumen so viel müsste sicher sein.

Aber ein Unterschied wird es geben, vom hype werden dieses Mal nur aktien was haben, welche auch was vorzuweisen haben, etwas handfestes.

Und ich denke, es werden jetzt wieder mehr News kommen und wenn die Finanzierung durch ist, kommt sicher bald eine Überraschung...
So ich glaube die Durststrecke/ konso im cannabis Sektor für beendet oder fast beendet. Überall tiefkurse und jetzt gehen sie wieder hoch, siehe auch aurora und aphria.

Und ja ist sehr beeindruckend wie fn aus dieser Fläche soviel Umsatz erzielt. Sehr stark, man kann sich erahnen wie es im 19 aussieht mit den 2 neuen Gebäude. Dann sind aber noch keine Übernahmen miteingerechnet...

Auffällig, infused steht als größter Teil da in der Mitte. Muss aber nix heißen. Bin gespannt ob sie diese noch mit zahlen bzw. einen forecast bestücken, abändern bevor sie diese online auf die Homepage stellen.
