grundsätzlich finde ich es immer interessant, wenn so kleine Explorer vorgestellt werden.

Jedoch, was mich hier echt stutzig macht....

Es gab hierzu wohl schon mal einen Thread, der dann irgendwann 2008 keine Einträge mehr hat.

Warum sind die bis heute noch Explorer?

Corporate Overview

that drilling of four regional ground MLEM targets at the Wilcherry Project, a

(49%) will commence in mid-October.

MLEM surveys were completed during the June quarter over four priority
helicopter-borne electromagnetic (HEM) conductors identified during the
December 2016 survey. This HEM survey identified 26 conductive targets that
may be prospective for accumulations of massive sulphides, including copper,
tin, zinc, lead and silver. Ground MLEM surveys are used to better define
HEM target areas for drill testing.

A total of 29 traverse lines were surveyed for 41.0 line kms (439 stations).

The Board of Directors of Alliance Resources Limited advises that wholly owned subsidiary Alliance
Craton Explorer Pty Ltd (ACE) has increased its interest in the Wilcherry Project Joint Venture
(WPJV) Exploration Area to 61.36% at 30 September 2017. Trafford Resources Pty Ltd (Trafford), a
wholly owned subsidiary of Tyranna Resources Limited (ASX: TYX) has diluted its interest in the
WPJV Exploration Area to 38.64%.
As previously announced, Trafford elected not to contribute to the WPJV approved Programme and
Budget for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 (FY2018 P&B) totalling ~$3.7 million, including
administration and overheads.
The current change in interests is a result of ACE sole funding expenditure for the quarter ended
30 September 2017.

ACE’s interest in the WPJV Exploration Area is expected to increase to 77.5% by 30 June 2018,
from sole funding the FY2018 P&B expenditure.....

The Directors of Alliance Resources Ltd (Alliance) are pleased to announce
provisional results for the third round of reverse circulation (RC) drilling at
the Weednanna gold prospect, which forms part of the Wilcherry Project
Joint Venture between Alliance (61.36%) and Tyranna Resources Ltd (ASX
Code: TYX) (38.64%).

The RC drilling program, completed in early November, was designed to
define the geometry of Targets 1, 2 and 3 with step-out drilling and to test
the new Target 4 with initial drilling by Alliance.
A total of 21 RC holes were drilled for 3,246 metres (17WDRC050-70).
Nine holes reported intercepts >1 g/t Au, with 4 holes returning >50 g/t-m
Au. Intercepts >1 g/t gold (Au) are detailed in Table A and drill collar plans
and cross-sections may be found in Figures 1 to 8.
The reported results are 4 metre composite samples and may change
pending receipt of the 1 metre split samples.

Managing Director, Steve Johnston, commented: “These results, in
particular the high grade results from Target 4, confirm our view that
Weednanna is a growing gold system that demonstrates significant
potential for the discovery of further high grade gold shoots.”...........

The company currently has an MCAP of $11,472,332 @ 11 cents.

This gives the company an Enterprise Value of $3.288m.

Basic sum - Shares on issue

The company has on issue a puny 104,293,923 shares.

In the 2017 annual report dated 28 September 2017, the Top 20 held 61,184,756 of the shares on issue. That's 58.67%.

If we take the Top 20 out of the equation, that leaves only 43,109,167 shares for the every day guy on the street................

abandoned due to broken ground and clay, yet intersected 3m @ 0.4%
zinc from 159m to end of hole
The Board of Alliance Resources Ltd (Alliance) is pleased to announce the
commencement of regional diamond drilling for base metals at the
Wilcherry Project, a joint venture between Alliance (67.35%) and Tyranna
Resources Ltd (ASX Code: TYX) (32.65%).

Wilcherry is located within the southern part of the Gawler Craton in the
northern Eyre Peninsula, South Australia and comprises seven exploration
licences covering 1,400 km2 and is prospective for gold and base metals.


Managing Director, Steve Johnston, explained: “Our exploration objectives
are twofold, (1) to access the economic potential of the high grade
Weednanna gold prospect for development, and (2) to assess the regional
potential for base metals. Should we make a base metals discovery, it has
the potential to materially and positively impact the Company’s value. In
support of this, previous exploration suggests the project is highly
prospective for gold, iron, tin, copper, zinc, lead and silver.”

The drilling program may take up to 12 weeks to complete on single shift,
however, initial results are anticipated within 4 weeks from completion of
the first hole.............

Recent high grade gold intercepts at Target 4 reinforce Weednanna as a
high grade gold system and include:
• 16m @ 3.2 g/t Au from 84m in 18WDRC003
• 12m @ 10.2 g/t Au from 92m in 18WDRC005, incl. 4m @ 28.1 g/t Au
from 96m
• 4m @ 12.4 g/t Au from 52m in 18WDRC006

Further RC drilling is planned in 2018 to define the limits of gold
mineralisation at Targets 4 and 5 and to test new target areas............
